This place was great, bedroom layout is excellent - 1 downstairs with bathroom and 4 upstairs. The beds were really comfortable! Loved the basketball hoop and backyard for the kids. We used this space for my bridal party to get ready and there was plenty of room and great natural lighting. Overall a great place for large families.

Really enjoyed staying with Sharon -- she was a great host. Very responsive and helpful, clearly stated reasonable expectations for her guests, super-friendly and easy to be around. Her home was comfortable and welcoming. I was there to attend a workshop nearby and I really, really appreciated her help in making sure I was able to get out of the driveway on time each morning !! I would stay at her place again anytime.

Susan was awesome with responding to any question we had! The place was perfect for our family to gather and stay together for my son’s wedding, which was just a few miles away. We highly recommend the home for a group!!! Thank you, Susan!!!!

It was a lovely home big and spacious. The location was great . I would definitely stay there again.

Our stay was extremely pleasant - outdoor lights greeted us and the indoor ambience and treats made us so delighted. Outside fire place gave us the extra warmth …. Board games , interior thoughtful furniture and the designs were exemplary. Kitchen was stalked with so much food right from energy bars, fruits, chocolates, cakes, milk and many more . We are thankful to the host for all the extra mile . Loved it and will be back soon !!!

What can say about Juan José that hasn't already been said by previous guests with positive experiences! Juan José truly was a gem to speak with and be around. My son and I were grateful for the breakfast and free use of the kitchen. We absolutely loved the location and its convenience to a walkable shopping mall, a bus stop as well, and in such a quiet, peaceful and safe neighborhood! The kindness Juan José extended to us was top notch! And we are grateful for our stay.

This was such a lovely stay! Renata and her husband Richard are very friendly and welcoming. The space itself is very nice and in quite a peaceful location surrounded by trees. The highway is nearby but noise from it was minimal, especially at night. I was worried about the check in process but it turned out super smooth. An all around great place!

Amazing amazing home! Brenda and Bill are incredibly kind and generous. Loved the initial tour and chatting about their wonderful home and neighborhood. It’s such a comfortable stay and you will love all its amenities and Brenda’s wonderful famous banana bread!!

I've stayed here several times and it's perfect for my needs. Close to groceries, a drug store, and restaurants. Easy access to Big Sur and surrounding cities. Beautiful garden. Comfortable beds. 15-30 minutes from most places in Pacific Grove, Monterey, etc. My only caution is that you can't access the kitchen, so if you like to cook your meals in the evening, this is not the place for you. The suite does have it's own mini-fridge, which we used to store drinks, snacks, and lunches.

Becky was an amazing and friendly host. Clear instructions for entry. Clean space, as described. Beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Becky was very personable and accommodating, and gave great local recommendations. I very much enjoyed my stay.

Rishi offers an incredibly warm welcome, that is genuine and caring. How lovely, after we’d been on a long road trip! He offered us a bottle of wine at check-in and other nice touches when he learned that it was my birthday. We took the advice of another reviewer and left our car parked when heading out in the evening, as all the spaces were full. Uber was reasonable price. We loved the quiet location, and only issues we had was not being able to access reception area the morning we were leaving, for breakfast and to check-out. Otherwise, our host made our stay very very welcoming and memorable. Would recommend!

Absolutely perfect. The bed was comfortable. The sheets and blankets were soft. Our little fireplace did the trick for the chilly evenings. Bathroom was well stocked and large. Breakfast each morning was hot and fresh. Delicious little muffins were available at all times. Furniture in the living room was soft and cozy. We had a lovely lovely stay.

The environment here is wonderful, making it a perfect place for a vacation. It’s just a ten-minute drive to the nearby town, where you can enjoy the sea, go surfing, and explore local shops. This trip was a bit rushed, but I hope to return next time for a more relaxing stay. The nights are incredibly peaceful, with a sky full of stars creating a truly romantic atmosphere—I absolutely loved it. The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming, and I truly enjoyed my time with them. They were kind and hospitable, providing me with the best service. Once again, thank you so much!

This a such a charming and magical property. It’s like stepping into history and so peaceful but you are still close to everything. The pig is sooo cute too! Breakfast was incredible and the chef was so kind! Hope to return again soon!
