My mom loved staying here! Great location and easy to get around! Would definitely stay again!

My daughter and I took a last minute overnight trip to Santa Cruz while she was on Spring Break, and were looking for a comfortable place to relax for the night. Marie and Peter were wonderfully communicative, responded quickly to my questions, offered a second bed, and gave clear instructions on how to use the hot tub in the garden, which was available 24/7. The garden and room were lovely and very peaceful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Highly recommended!

Ms. Jane was a great host. The space was a perfect size and had a personal entrance for guest. Also Ms. Jane communicated with and responded with in the hour of our message. The location was ideal for us. We had easy access to Santa Cuz, San Fran, Monterey and Big Sur. We would recommend our own family and friends.

Pamela’s place is absolutely perfect - stayed here for a weekday getaway from the Bay Area during our son’s daycare spring break. The place is very comfortable and there is so much to love: all the natural light, the fireplace, comfy couch & bed, wide array of board games, fluffy robes, the hot tub, beautiful porch, two guest passes to the aquarium (huge perk!), the book collection, reading nooks…I could go on and on. Pamela is so kind and greeted us upon arrival and has a great list of local recos and books about the area. If this is available, look no further!

Amazing views, and amazing patio to read a book early morning, not far from Capitola and Santa Cruz, definitely would stay again!

Will definitely stay here again. It was worth for the price!

Great stay and a great location!

We had a wonderful stay at Chris’s place, it was clean, incredibly cozy, and so thoughtfully decorated. It had everything we needed and more! By far our most favorite place we’ve stayed at when visiting Santa Cruz.

The space was perfect, nestled in a quiet neighborhood and close to everything we needed. Although the apartment is part of Marie's home, there is a separate entrance and it feels private and cozy. The kitchen is compact but contains everything required to prepare meals. The bathroom is heated and the water pressure in the shower is outstanding. We a appreciated the care and attention paid to the decor - truly a "Boho Oasis"!

It felt very private and peaceful staying there. The hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Everything was as it was described, and while tucked away from the noise, shops, etc were close by.

What a beautiful space! My family had a great time at Gabriel's house, it is a stunning house and Gabriel is very responsive and helpful. 10/10 would love to stay here again.

So beautiful! I feel very fortunate to stay at The Upper House. I did serval hikes and bike rides during my stay. I loved being surrounded by the lush landscape. Rain or shine, it is a beautiful location. The home is really comfortable and the home office worked great on the heavy rain days when I didn’t want to report on-site for work. As you drive down into town, there is (literal name) Adorable French Bakery inside of Vino Cruz. So perfect! I got to meet Robyn at the end of my stay as she was tending to her garden beds. Truly an amazingly kind person.

The suite is located in an amazing house. Self check-in was easy and there is so much space in the house. Everything was super clean and tidy. The bedroom and bathroom were very spacious and clean too. Amazing views into the valley and hills from the house. Communication with Daniel was great and nothing to complain about. We would recommend this AirBnB a 100%. we would definitely come back here if we are nearby again.

From the comfy bedroom area with lots of storage space for our belongings, to the cozy daybed area with lots of space to sprawl and relax, and the clean bathroom with tons of daylight, this was hands down one of our better stays! This space is very well thought out and Christina was an amazing host. Be sure to look out for the guest book!! That was a nice little Easter egg for us to find! Thank you Christina and family for a wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Anu’s place in Carmel! The location couldn’t be better—just minutes from the beach and shopping. Anu was a great host, very communicative and kind enough to let us check in early. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and my husband especially loved starting his mornings with the Nespresso coffee maker. We’d definitely stay here again!

These hosts are SO nice and it is really such a pleasant and well maintained property in a beautiful location. the kitchenette works very well with a better working hood than many rentals with a full kitchen!

We a family of 4, in winter, so wet, cold, overcast weather (no views while there), could not use outdoor spaces (patios, balconies, yard). A working class neighborhood of Seaside- great restaurants, good shopping, short drive to Monterey area attractions. Bedrooms upstairs, 1 big bedroom with 2 queen beds, attached full bathroom. 2nd smaller bedroom also 2 queens, so have to walk through main bedroom to shower/bathe. Not bad, but u do have to deal with stairs, and privacy between the sleeping areas might be a concern for some. Downstairs main room is big but sparse. Cooktop, no oven. small microwave, toaster, full size fridge. One big sectional sofa and a coffee table. 1 other dining/side table for everything else. Host lets u use washer/dryer in garage free, BYO soap. Overall, nice stay for our winter vacation in Monterey. Host very responsive, very quick even small issues. Parking- street or half driveway, driveway blocked by other car some time. walls thin though-u hear next unit.

My boyfriend and I stayed here over the weekend and we had a wonderful stay at Barbara’s place. Very clean and a great location. We went to a wedding at the preserve and this location couldn’t have been better. Thanks for everything Barbara!

Our stay was enjoyable, the place was clean, the neighborhood was nice and safe. We really loved having the e-bikes to take for a cruise by the beach and to grab some food. Jacuzzi definitely is a MUST in the morning. Thanks Evan for sharing your home!

Binh’s place was perfect for us. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. It showed that Binh went the extra mile to ensure our stay would be pleasant and hassle-free. We highly recommend this place!

We had such a wonderful stay at Erik and Marina’s studio! It was beautiful and had easy, private access. Their place was super clean and they even set up a second bed for us on the couch futon which was very comfortable! We requested an early check in and they were very accommodating. They even left us some breakfast items and treats! 10/10 would love to stay there again when we are back in Santa Cruz! Thank you so much Erik and Marina for making our stay so comfortable!!
