Cilia's home is located in a quiet area which makes it ideal for having a restful evening after a busy day. She went above and beyond to accommodate me, and even allowed me to stay a bit past check out due to my flight being rescheduled to a later time. The area is low key, which worked perfectly for me because i work overnights so it was very peaceful while I was on my shift. Most things are within relatively close proximity if you don't mind walking a bit. I highly recommend staying here, and if I'm ever in the area again I'll be doing so myself.

This was my second stay with Sherry, and once again, it was a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, Sherry made me feel completely at home with her warm, accommodating nature. She truly goes above and beyond to ensure her guests are comfortable, and her hospitality is unmatched. The house itself is consistently spotless—clean, tidy, and well-maintained. It’s clear Sherry takes great pride in keeping everything in top shape. Whether you’re looking for a long-term stay or just a short visit, this place offers the perfect balance of comfort and convenience. I highly recommend staying here if you're in the area. This is our second stay at this property. We occupied two units. There is always plenty of space, and it was clean and ready to go. We enjoyed the little details: plush towels, the “nice” TP, etc :) Thanks for hosting us - we’d come back if you’ll have us.

I booked this stay for my wife and me, but due to some unforeseen circumstances, I was unable to make it. My wife stayed here for two weeks. We initially booked Tracy's house due to its perfect location, but apart from the great location, this house is actually a big hug from an old friend. Tracy's home is gorgeous, creative, cozy, and full of loving touches wherever you turn around. It has that warm, genuine, lived-in quality that's just not imitable. The real magic however, is Tracy herself. She's the kind of host who greets you with just-baked homemade banana bread (I really wish I could've been there to try it too!) and makes you feel like an old friend the minute you sit down. Super genuine, positive, engaging, responsive, and more than happy to help—Tracy totally lives up to the definition of hospitality. Every day was light-hearted and enjoyable, with inspiring conversation in an environment specially designed to unwind.

We enjoyed our stay at Its a Shore Thing!! The home has been updated so nicely! We all felt right at home as we enjoyed fun evenings and a great launching pad for our day excursions!! Being a quick walk from the beach was fabulous!!

We stayed here for my dad’s 60th birthday and it was the best time!! It was the perfect location, beautiful, clean, and had great amenities! We are already planning another trip to go back!

We enjoyed our Thanksgiving stay at Bob's place. The well-supplied kitchen allowed us to cook our Thanksgiving meal without problems. We enjoyed the deck for the ocean view, comfy chairs, and stargazing at night. The beds are very comfy and well-supplied with blankets and comforters for the cool nights. The laundry room had no detergent, so be sure to take some with you. Otherwise, we had all the supplies we needed for our stay. Would love to return.

Emey was very accommodating and nice to work with during a challenging time in our lives. She went above and beyond a good host. The Townhouse is beautiful and very comfortable in a great location. We highly recommend this Airbnb!

This is a great room, in Willow Glen. Abhishek is lovely, and was very responsive to any questions I may have had. His home is stunning, and super clean! If you need a well appointed, comfortable place to stay, this room with a private bathroom will not disappoint!

The place is great and as advertised. It's quiet yet accessible to plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. The room was spacious, quiet and comfortable. The desk is really good if you are looking to work from here. Michael was a great host. It was really great to get to know him and chat with him.

This is an awesome place to stay!! Literally less than 5 mins to walk to heart of Capitola wharf, surfing & restaurants, yet quietly tucked away on the river. They had a canoe and launch site right there at the house, plus we brought kayaks & surf boards. Beautiful, shady, quiet area to canoe/kayak that feels very private, as no public access on river. House fit the 6 of us well. All beds and furniture a bit worn, but super comfortable!! Kitchen has what you need to cook and eat with, but no supplies of spices, etc…You have to provide all, but if you forget, like us, Safeway, Nob Hill, even local liquor store had milk/creamer, condiments, etc…had it all & very close. Car port only fit a smaller car & rest of us used the local lot that was a 5 min walk away if you take the back streets, but you do have to pay daily for that lot. Overall, great trip and great house, the privacy feel yet literally just around the corner from the heart of town was such a blessing for our family get away!

The only reason you book this AirBnB is for the view. From the balcony we saw killer whales, humpbacks, otters and sea-lions. People watching was also a great hobby. Whilst internally it’s a tad dated, the beds were super comfortable. Parking onsite was an absolute bonus due to the location right on Lovers Point. Great stay.

Stayed with Marya for about 3 months and enjoyed every second of! Everything that I needed, Marya had. Host was communicative and the place was picture perfect☺️ Great location + great amenities!
