Soojin’s place is INCREDIBLE. I traveled there with my 2 kids and it could not have been better set up for us. The ocean is steps away, there were beach mats, towels and toys for us to use. The house is extremely well stocked with anything we could have possibly needed. I didn’t cook while there, but would have been able to make an elaborate meal if I wanted to. There were kids games, books and movies. The view is mesmerizing, and the house extremely clean. The location is perfect for the places we wanted to visit- Big Sur, Santa Cruz, the Bay Area are all accessible. It’s honestly the best Airbnb that we’ve stayed in in awhile. Soojin is a wonderful host. She checked in with us multiple times and was very pleasant. We all cannot wait to stay there again.

Gorgeous resort. Condo was clean and spacious. Nice view of ocean from patio. Wonderful walk down to beach, a bit steep, but worth it. And availability of golf carts to take you down to beach or around property is nice. Restaurant was way overpriced for a limited menu and just so so food. And it'd be nice to have coffee in the lobby.

This resort is somewhere to go to get awayrom the chaos of city life and just walk along a beach and sit and contemplate life.

We have been renting Airbnb properties in Capitola for years. This unit was by far my favorite. Absolutely everything was perfect. The place was immaculate and so well outfitted. I hope to come many many more times!

The view is breathtaking. Also beautiful walking paths. An elevator was a plus, as was lots of parking. You can hear the waves as you sleep with the sliding door open. Will definitely visit again.

This home was beautiful, easy to find & private location with plenty of parking to choose from. Very short 2 min walk to access the ocean right at your feet. The home was spacious & clean. When we arrived, we got there a little early and were still able to access and get settled in with time to spare for the beach. Unfortunately we didn’t get any communication with Jay. When we arrived, I noticed one of the window slats was broken in the room with bunk beds and the shared restroom shower drain was really struggling to drain the water. I tried calling a few times nit the voicemail box was full.. we also weren’t sure what the policy was on being able to bbq. When renting this spot the instructions said no but once we arrived we found instructions in the welcome book that said we could. So it was just a bit of confusion. All in all though, the place served its purpose and we all had a wonderful time being able to gather in the home & beach. We would definitely come back, it was beautiful!

The location of the apartment is awesome. We really enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and excellent view of the beach and ocean. Sleeping with the sound of the ocean waves was such a gift. Patti is lovely and kind with her communications. We did have some issues with the shower and bath sink in one of the bathrooms. We also wished we had paid attention to what was not listed in terms of provisions. For example, you’d have to bring your own coffee, teas, paper towels, and bathroom hand soaps (although napkins and bath soap bars were provided). Overall, a beautiful home at a great location with potentials for some minor improvements which I understand Patti will address in good spirit.

Had a wonderful stay at Ling’s place .. it was awesome place with amazing beach just a walk away . Really enjoyed our stay here. Will definitely book again if ever wanted to come again . Place was exactly like the description.

We had an amazing stay at Ahnalisa’s beautiful home in Monterey! The place was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The views were absolutely stunning — waking up to them every morning was a treat. It’s also in a perfect location: peaceful, yet just a short and easy walk to everything we wanted to explore. Ahnalisa was a wonderful host and made sure everything was just right. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Monterey!

Great location and place. Patio was relaxing. Got in late and couldn’t shower-thought it was broken, but after reaching out a couple of times and calling the following day-we were told to pull extremely hard-and we had water. We were worried it would break-so hopefully that can save you waiting to hear back-and just pull out hard.

This is a "home run" sort of airbnb. I was trying to plan future trips around staying here within 20 mins of checking in. good sign! very organized, and feels like home without the clutter. Peaceful ocean view from the living room patio and bedroom. I was doing a staycation and I liked it so much I added on another day. don't second guess just book it. book it. book it!!!!! I'd be surprised if you didn't thoroughly enjoy all that it has to offer. wonderful communicative hosts. thank you for a great get away. Love your place and I am picky! Being a Realtor and going into lots of homes I can truly appreciate it when someone does it right.

Amazing place with amazing atmosphere. With the location being so close to downtown capitola this is an iconic spot! People travel far and wide just to see these houses here. But the most amazing thing about this airbnb is the host. Very caring and loving and takes superb care of their customers. 12/10 would recommend

This is the second time we've stayed At The Dunes. We love this place! It is big enough to fit myself and staff comfortably, and we are not on top of each other. The host was super responsive when we asked about things, and even brought us complimentary wood for the fireplace, which we loved at night! We will be coming back every year!

Amazing place with picturesque views! highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Blake and Lisa’s beautiful condo overlooking the ocean. The unit is spacious and very well laid out. The decor is breezy and beachy with soothing blue tones. Lisa is super responsive and helpful. The kitchen is so well equipped with lovely plates and mugs that mirror the coastal theme. We are a multigenerational family and everyone from the grandparents to my eight year old loved this stay. The balcony is the perfect spot to soak up the sun and watch beautiful sunsets. The beds were super cosy and we appreciated the card and board games that were provided. There is a little convenience store, deli and a restaurant/coffee shop within walking distance. Lovely stay!

I will echo on so many other reviews that were left for this Aptos property. The condo itself was beautiful, spacious for 4 adults and 2 little kids. There was easy access to the beach (5 minutes through a paved path) as well as access to different pools and a restaurant. Even with a great property, I’m also giving this a 5-star review because Annie was great to communicate with. She offered wonderful recommendations during our stay, and any minor issue we had, she offered a fix for very quickly. She genuinely made our stay worth every penny spent at this location. The added amenities that she provided were definitely a great bonus!

The place is at a great location. The resort has three swimming pools. The apartment is next to the North swimming pool. We can see the wave from the balcony and dining room. The kitchen is clean and have everything I need. We had a wonderful weekend with my family.
