Fidel was easy to communicate with. He also accommodated our last min request for an electric kettle! Nice place , perfect location near the ocean.

The place was very nice—clean, cozy, and just as pictured. Check-in was easy, and everything inside the home was well taken care of. It was a comfortable stay overall. The only downside was that the neighbors were a bit nosy, which made things feel slightly less private at times. Other than that, it was a great spot and served its purpose well!

Only one minor thing I didn’t like was the screen door didn’t lock and I’m use to leaving the main door open to get that fresh air. But that wasn’t a deal breaker and matter of fact I ended up leaving it open and falling asleep till 2am

5 Stars — A Perfect Stay in Marina! Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely fantastic! The home was spotless and I mean completely spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the comforts we could ask for. The location was perfect — just a short drive to the beach, Monterey, and Carmel, but tucked away enough to enjoy peace and quiet. Our host was incredibly welcoming and responsive! He made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. He definitely knows what he's doing! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the Marina area, totally worth it!

We loved our stay here in Carmel. For four people, it is spacious enough with very comfortable beds and a fantastic living space. The location is unbeatable with the beach a ten minute walk away, and so many restaurants nearby. We’d love to come again!

This apartment was exactly as listed! Beautiful view with small porch that had a small table perfect for a romantic dinner. Surrounding area has a lot of food options and a local saloon downstairs. Walking distance to the mission. Cara was very responsive when it came to asking any questions. I would definitely recommend this location. 10/10 stay!

Great place and neighborhood also liked that there was driveway space for us. Overall good experience for a short two person trip. :)

We had a great time staying here. We had some trouble getting in the gate because even though Maria messaged me what the gate code was I kept thinking and looking back at their old gate code in the listing. Luckily we got it sorted out but it was a lil confusing at first. We also weren’t quite sure which way was ok to drive to the place. Like drive behind their house or cut right in front of their house to get to the place, there weren’t any instructions so we did both lol. We were also a lil bummed that there was no outside seating like shown in the pictures. We drove around their house a couple times trynna make sure we were at the right building because we were looking for the outside furniture for us to know we were at the right place. Once again we figured it out. It was overall a beautiful surrounding at the house and so many flowers. We had a great time and would stay again. I would recommend Maria’s place for sure so peaceful and quiet it was very very nice. Thank you Maria

Can't wait to be back at this amazing stay again! The accommodation was exactly as shown in the pictures and the view of the beach was just great. It was peaceful and felt very secure. The rooms were spotless and the kitchen and bathrooms had all the required commodities. The house felt cozy and the decorations added to the comfortable atmosphere. Overall, this accommodation made our holiday perfect!!

The hosts were attentive and made sure our stay was seamless. Whether we were enjoying a cozy evening at home or exploring the vibrant neighborhood, every moment was a delight.

My wife and two grown sons had an amazing stay. Michelle obviously pours her talents and love into making Toujours Maison a magical place to relax and savor the beauty and charm of Carmel. Wonderful touches/details abound both inside and out. One and a half bathrooms worked fine for the four of us, the kitchen was very well equipped, and the beds were comfortable. Hot tub was great, and the 5-6 outdoor seating areas were the best! The walk into town could not have been more pleasant, and the uphill walk back to the house helped work off dinner. Construction noise from next door wasn't too bad and got us going in the a.m. Great private parking spot and easy access to Hwy 1 helps avoid the sometimes heavy traffic too! Only wish we could have stayed longer -- would rebook this gem in a heartbeat next time around. Thanks Michelle!!!

The pictures you see are exactly what you get! It was nice being able to walk to the beach after breakfast and enjoy bonfires after dinner! The place has a full kitchen and was clean. We visited Carmel by the Sea and Monterey. We definitely enjoyed our time. 🙂
