The location of this airbnb is unbelievable, right in between lovers point beach, Monterrey bay aquarium, and right in front of the trail that leads to both locations! Walking to each location took around 12-15 minutes, very peaceful and relaxing, exactly what I was looking for. The place was very cozy and had basic necessities for a nice short stay. My absolute favorite part was leaving the bedroom window open just a crack and hearing the ocean while I fell asleep!! Overall a great clean stay.

The apartment is quiet, clean, and cozy. Perfect for a couples getaway. We also loved how the property is conveniently nearby all the sights! We came to Seaside to visit Carmel, Monterey Bay Aquarium, Old Fisherman’s Wharf, and Pebble Beach.

This was a lovely getaway for our kids’ spring break. The view was wonderful and you can’t beat the location. 10/10!

The apartment is in a great location, walking distance to everything in Carmel, restaurants, shopping and the beach. The apartment was very clean, almost new! We like to cook and it was easy to do in the well equipped kitchen. The bedroom is big with a nice sitting area a good place to sit and watch the people walk around Carmel. Communication with Steve were quick and helpful. Looking forward to staying here in the future.

The view is amazing! You can see the forest and the hills. Big open windows that let lots of natural light in. There’s also a large wooden porch. A great place to relax in the morning. It feels private since it backs up to the woods. You can get anywhere on the Monterey Peninsula in about 10 minutes. Easy access to Big Sur as well. Some people have commented about low ceilings, but I’m 6’3’’ and never noticed the ceilings at all.

Leos's Airbnb might be the single best Airbnb experience I've ever had. From his attentiveness before, during, and after our stay to the truly beautiful studio, I felt truly at peace. Both my daughter and I wish we could have stayed more than one night.

So charming. Such a great location. So a great town. Loved the house. I walked to the water and saw sea otters and seals. I wish I had brought my binoculars. I had a wonderful time and so did my girlfriends from the Santa Catalina class of 1985! Thank you Marci. I hope I can stay there again.

Our stay at Pebble Beach Hideaway was absolutely perfect! The house was immaculate and thoughtfully equipped—especially the kitchen, which had everything we needed to whip up meals for our group. The bathrooms and bedding linens were top-notch, ensuring every guest felt comfortable. It was an ideal space for three families to come together, and the bonus pet-friendly policy was a nice touch (even though we decided not to bring our fluffy Siberian husky). The host was incredibly accommodating, handling the guard gate arrangements seamlessly and quickly addressing a brief early morning Internet outage. Highly recommended!

Perfect vacation rental for our family of four in Monterey, and Dave and Lee were wonderful hosts. Recommend!

Excellent location, adorable exterior and stainglass windows, and very communicative helpful host! If you are a light-sensitive sleeper, bring an eye mask as the upstairs bed doesn’t have curtains and downstairs bed are privacy only curtains rather than light blockers. There isn’t a dining table to eat at, but a two seater counter in case you’re planning to cook and eat there. Would stay again!

Vincent was responsive to any questions and comments I responded usually within 10 minutes. The home is super clean and smells nice when you walk in. The bedrooms have very comfortable mattresses, lots of pillows, and the temperature is well regulated. We came in winter and the heat made everyone comfortable. Every room also had a television! The shared spaces like the living room and kitchen were spacious and modern in design. We travel as three adults, one infant, and two dogs and everyone had a great time. The location is also 15 minutes from Monterey or Carmel. The neighborhood is residential but felt safe and quiet. My dog enjoyed the dog park that was a 10 minute walk away and there were nice views of the ocean while walking. The home is near a small airport but we only heard planes in the daytime and very infrequently.

We had an excellent stay and found the house to be a warm and inviting place to stay. Our hosts were great and replied quickly to any requests and information. You have got to check this place out!! Fantastic!!

This was our third year using Donna’s home for our week-long annual trip to the Monterey peninsula. We have always been pleased with our stay, and this year was no different. Donna’s home has everything a family or group could need. The home has always been clean and tidy. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood, and very close to most of the points of interest in this area including golf courses, the popular Monterey Bay Aquarium/Fisherman’s Wharf, and Laguna Seca Raceway. Her communication has been friendly and clear - no troubles to speak of. If you are considering a stay in this area, either short or longer term, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it!

Amazing views of the Pajaro River and the ocean. Perfect place for wildlife viewing. We enjoyed the comfortable seating area with panoramic coastline views through the large picture windows. There's also a nice deck attached to the living room and master bedroom.

The location of the apartment is awesome. We really enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and excellent view of the beach and ocean. Sleeping with the sound of the ocean waves was such a gift. Patti is lovely and kind with her communications. We did have some issues with the shower and bath sink in one of the bathrooms. We also wished we had paid attention to what was not listed in terms of provisions. For example, you’d have to bring your own coffee, teas, paper towels, and bathroom hand soaps (although napkins and bath soap bars were provided). Overall, a beautiful home at a great location with potentials for some minor improvements which I understand Patti will address in good spirit.

Beautiful view of the ocean. Peaceful location and right on the beach. We enjoyed being able to walk directly from the condo to the beach. We were able to enjoy some sunny beach days in December!The condo was perfect size for our small family. It was clean and had everything thing we needed like pots, pans, cooking utensils, and plenty of shower towels and extra blankets. We look forward to visiting again.

We stayed at Shorebirds #223 in Building G for 8 nights and it was wonderful. The beach and dunes are beautiful and this apartment has a front row view. The 2nd floor unit is easily accessible with ramps and there are convenient carts to wheel your bags to your door. There's ample parking. The steps down to the beach are right outside the door. The grounds are quiet and beautiful with a preserved nature area across from the complex which has a walking path. Pelican Point is a short ride through the neighboring complex. We choose this location to be close to Moss Landing where we did many whale watching excursions and explored the Elkhorn Slough, both highly recommended. The interior is pleasant, the kitchen is spacious, and furniture comfortable. Water pressure was excellent. We cooked all of our meals in the apartment. Nob Hill groceries in nearby Watsonville is great. The team at The Dunes was very responsive. Highly recommend!

Thank you Kelly for the hospitality. The location was perfect, right off the freeway, tons of fast food/convenience stores nearby. Perfect distant from Monterey and Carmel activities. Rideshares fares were fairly priced from the residence. Residence was clean and fully stocked with toiletries.

Although it was raining and could not use outdoor sitting at all, it didn't stop us from enjoying beach and spectacular sunsets through clouds !! Just Amazing! Can only imagine how lovely it will be on warmer and clearer days. Your place was perfect to unwind and enjoy nature and ocean. Wishing you best always!

This resort is somewhere to go to get awayrom the chaos of city life and just walk along a beach and sit and contemplate life.

We love staying in this place…it’s our second time. It’s a short walk down to the beach, you can hear the gulls during the day and the sea lions at night. It’s a nice neighborhood to walk around with a lot of original homes that look Victorian to me. There’s a very good Mexican restaurant right below and a cute artisans’ collective across the street. You can walk to many good restaurants for any meal. Quiet at night. I like the little reading book next to the dining room area. Perfect for us.
