This place was perfect for our group of 4 couples. Plenty of room. Nice large bedrooms. The view was as good as it could ever get. Full ocean view. We were able to see beautiful sunsets. We spent a day on the beach right in front of our place. The only disappointment was they say in the amenities list there is a fire pit. Actually, you have to rent it for 45$ and pick up at office. We did it and it was worth it. A small price but felt misleading. I would highly recommend Cypress 5.

Our host was amazing, very responsive and super friendly. At the Dunes just took over as the rental agency and did an excellent job. The views,location, and peacefulness were outstanding. You are just steps from the ocean and a long stretch of beach. The king size bed is comfortable and when you leave the slider open you can fall asleep to the waves crashing.

Amazing stay! We’ve visited Pajaro Dunes the last three summers and this is our favorite condo yet! Yes, it’s a bit dated- but most of the units at PD are. You come here for the views and the private beach steps from your front door - and this unit had both (and was very clean). We could see whales and sea otters from the couch! There was a minor issue when we checked in when the code didn’t work, but maintenance literally sprinted to the front door and fixed it immediately. Will definitely be back!

This unit was wonderful. The walk to the beach is about two minutes on the wooden walkway. We had a great stay and we hope to be back soon.

We stayed for 4 nights at the dunes apartment, it was super confortable for 4 people. The dune view from the big window and outdoor space is amazing, and the fact that you can simply walk to the beach is very nice. When booking I didn´t realize we would be staying in a resort type place that even has a small shop. We chose this place to be able to explore Monterey bay and went kayaking and whale watching (blue ocean) at Moss Landing, and also drove to Monterey and Carmel. I think you need a car to be able to do this, we ended being away for the day but it was a fantastic place to come back to relax at the end of day, and energize with morning walks on the beach.

The location of the apartment is awesome. We really enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and excellent view of the beach and ocean. Sleeping with the sound of the ocean waves was such a gift. Patti is lovely and kind with her communications. We did have some issues with the shower and bath sink in one of the bathrooms. We also wished we had paid attention to what was not listed in terms of provisions. For example, you’d have to bring your own coffee, teas, paper towels, and bathroom hand soaps (although napkins and bath soap bars were provided). Overall, a beautiful home at a great location with potentials for some minor improvements which I understand Patti will address in good spirit.

We had a nice time at Irene and Gary's place for a two-night stay while en route from Los Angeles to San Francisco. They were friendly and warm via message, providing clear instructions on how to reach the suite. It is well-equipped and in a peaceful location. We had everything we needed for a short stay and felt welcome throughout.

We had an amazing stay at Ahnalisa’s beautiful home in Monterey! The place was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The views were absolutely stunning — waking up to them every morning was a treat. It’s also in a perfect location: peaceful, yet just a short and easy walk to everything we wanted to explore. Ahnalisa was a wonderful host and made sure everything was just right. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Monterey!

We really enjoyed staying at Julia's place. The apartment is located in a very peaceful neighborhood and everything was super clean! Julia had great recommendations for things to do and restaurants in the area. If we get a chance to return to the area, we would definitely stay at Julia'a place again.

Tim’s place was great. Very good location with heated pool and big jacuzzi. The fire pits near the beach were great. The front desk provided the sticks and luckily Wal mart was located about .50 miles up the rd. The grill was also great and convenient. Planning on staying again soon.

We had a fabulous time here and we will be back again. The location at the beach cannot be beat and the view from the upstairs primary bedroom is stunning. Everything was clean and comfortable, and every need was provided for - throws and blankets, beach towels and chairs, games, etc. We really appreciated the wine and cheese welcome gift. Communication was excellent - if we had any question, the host company responded immediately. The people at the gate were friendly and didn't treat us like outsiders. Our family loved every minute of our stay!
