Came here for a retreat, it was really great. A lot of the activities were really wonderful bonding experiences, and it's in close proximity to park, nice sidewalks to walk on.

It was just perfect for my husband and son. Very comfortable beds! We enjoyed our stay. Very clean and had everything that we needed.

This was a beautiful, peaceful place for us to stay for about a week along with our son and daughter-in-law. The house is delightfully unique, and was comfortable for the four of us. The weather was colder than we had expected and there is no central heating, but there were plenty of space heaters and extra blankets to keep us comfortable. We spent some time in Monterey (about a 30 minute drive), some time in Pinnacles (1 hour - 1.5 hour drive depending on where in Pinnacles) and some time just at the property and surrounding area. The views of the vineyard and hills were stunning, and the road was great for walking.

Christian's place was fantastic for our group of 10! He was a responsive and helpful host, and the entertainment options – TVs in every room, the impressive video wall, and the fun gaming room – were a huge hit. The spacious and comfortable couch easily accommodated everyone. The only minor drawback was the single shower; with 10 people, a second shower would have streamlined our mornings. However, this didn't detract from our overall experience. We had a blast and would definitely recommend Christian's listing!

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at Parisa's home! She was such an amazing host, very accommodating and sweet! The home is so beautiful and cozy and near so many beautiful beaches and venues! 10/10 would recommend!!!! Thank you Parisa!

This accommodation is very comfortable for 2 people. Plenty of amenities on the doorstep - eating, pubs, fuel, large store a few blocks away. Only a short drive from the more expensive Monterey centre. Murray always responded quickly to messages and queries.

The apartment is quiet, clean, and cozy. Perfect for a couples getaway. We also loved how the property is conveniently nearby all the sights! We came to Seaside to visit Carmel, Monterey Bay Aquarium, Old Fisherman’s Wharf, and Pebble Beach.

What an incredible place! Krista was very helpful and quick to respond. The place was so comfortable and restful! We will be back!

Absolutely stunning location and super friendly owner. Everything had clear instructions and she even let us park in the driveway while unloading our baby gear and waiting for a parking spot. Less than a half mile to the aquarium and lovers point. Just an all around wonderful stay!

The pictures you see are exactly what you get! It was nice being able to walk to the beach after breakfast and enjoy bonfires after dinner! The place has a full kitchen and was clean. We visited Carmel by the Sea and Monterey. We definitely enjoyed our time. 🙂

A warm and inviting cabin with beautiful views

Lovely getaway but still close to things to do!

From start to finish, I had a great time at Kris's rental. Kris was proactive with communication & did everything to make sure we found everything okay. She communicated everything clearly, all the house instructions, rules, wifi-passwords and extra information were all organized in a binder which I found super helpful. The host was really nice and supportive & the experience was 10/10. The location was also really peaceful and private & I enjoyed the views it came with. By far my best AirBNB experience & I would like to thank Kris a lot for going above & beyond. I would highly recommend, fantastic host and fantastic experience all-around.

this was a unique place to stay while visiting and hiking around big sur. his house is about 5 miles up a narrow dirt road that is very steep and scenic (about 20 minutes of driving once you turn off of hwy 1). he coordinates with you during arrival so that you can follow him during the last couple of miles. we had a two wheel drive SUV and it is a miracle that we made it up the steeper sections. he was accommodating with our arrival as we were arriving later at night (about 10:30 pm) the cabin is above the clouds. it is very remote and you feel like a zen monk gazing down upon the world. if you are seeking a stay that offers isolation and contemplation then this may be for you. there were three grown men in our party and there was plenty of room for us to sleep. the cabin is running on solar panels/renewable energy. so the power and wifi were intermittent during our stay. the kitchen was clean and stocked with everything we needed to cook basic stuff. he's a great host!

If you've read the accurate listing thoroughly, understand the location and are delving into the reviews just to confirm things... book away. The place is well stocked and I had zero complaints about the kitchen supplies (no dishwasher). The less than one hour drive to Pinnacles is lovely (at least in Spring) and maybe even a bonus if you love driving winding country roads. Mitch was incredibly responsive, kind and was around to address anything we needed (we didn't need a thing though). This place is special and unique... like time traveling.... but with wifi.

Wonder place! This property is extremely well maintained. You can tell the hosts want their guests to have the best experience. The cabin was super cozy! I wish the dry sauna had been open as stated on the listing. I’d love to come during the summer when the pool is open, looks beautiful!! We explored Big Sur and Carmel; this site was close.
