Came here for a retreat, it was really great. A lot of the activities were really wonderful bonding experiences, and it's in close proximity to park, nice sidewalks to walk on.

The house was perfect. We loved the dog friendly yard with secure fencing and walkable neighborhood with nearby park. The house felt cozy and tidy. Close to Monterey but away from the busyness. We had a great time!

Comfy beds, very clean house, easy check in and check out, fantastic location, nice neighborhood close to local attractions. Our dogs were also welcomed.

There were 9 adults for a girls weekend and it fit us perfect! The beds are comfortable. The couches were super comfortable. Plenty of blankets and towels. The temperature in the house was perfect. The bathrooms were clean and stocked. Mina was proactive and sent messages with all the information needed to get in and enjoy the home. And then the day before our departure provided cleaning instructions which were very minimal. She responded quickly to any questions I had. We were able to fit 4 vehicles in the drive way. I recommend this place!

Wondeful place, close to downtown Carmel. Finishes were high end, beds were comfortable. Overall, great!

This was the perfect place for me and my husband to celebrate our honeymoon at. It was so quaint and charming. I wanted to stay there forever! The place was a quick 15 minute walk to most of the restaurants and shops available in Carmel and the beach was close by too! Michele was also so sweet and easy to talk to! She let us borrow some beach chairs and always was so lovely to chat with. Hope to be back here soon!

Spacious and well designed, this beautiful sometimes mancave is flooded with light and is incredibly comfortable. Russell was very accommodating and the place was tricked out with qualty soaps and treats. The place is super easy to get in and out of Carmel/highway. Highly recommended.

The apartment is quiet, clean, and cozy. Perfect for a couples getaway. We also loved how the property is conveniently nearby all the sights! We came to Seaside to visit Carmel, Monterey Bay Aquarium, Old Fisherman’s Wharf, and Pebble Beach.

Adorable place and the perfect spot for a girls trip with my daughters! Love the location. Walkable to restaurants, the Cannery area and the aquarium. Really enjoyed having the ocean and walking path right across the street and enjoyed the sunrise from our porch. The house itself is absolutely adorable! Loved the high ceilings and kitchen. Pacific Grove is the most adorable area of shops and restaurants. Highly recommend checking out Winston’s for brunch, Juice and Java for coffee and Lopez Liquors for any beverage needs. The owner is the nicest guy that will give great local recommendations. Thanks for an amazing stay, Rhonda! We will definitely be back!!

We visit Carmel 1-2 times a year and typically stay at a hotel. Decided to try something different, and we loved it. The unit is tucked away in a courtyard in the heart of the village. There are some quirks that accompany the location (walk through outdoor dining area for a sushi restuarant to get to unit, and eavesdrop on gossip from the blowdry bar under the unit), but it was super enjoyable. The host at the restaurant introduced himself to us, and offered tips for parking, places to dine, and even ice if we needed it. Yes, parking is not ideal, but there is space to unload/load in front of restaurant, and then simply park the car 2-3 blocks away where there is no time limit (most of the town has 2 hour parking limit). Lastly, if you are looking for a special place for dinner we highly recommend Grasley's about 2-3 blocks away. Awesome bar and amazing food. Highly recommend staying in this apartment.

Amazingly great place! Super nice host and beautiful house with great surroundings! They have a lovely dog and the stay is very pet friendly. The music and books collection are fantastic. I will definitely come back in the future!

Amazing views of the Pajaro River and the ocean. Perfect place for wildlife viewing. We enjoyed the comfortable seating area with panoramic coastline views through the large picture windows. There's also a nice deck attached to the living room and master bedroom.

The location of the apartment is awesome. We really enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and excellent view of the beach and ocean. Sleeping with the sound of the ocean waves was such a gift. Patti is lovely and kind with her communications. We did have some issues with the shower and bath sink in one of the bathrooms. We also wished we had paid attention to what was not listed in terms of provisions. For example, you’d have to bring your own coffee, teas, paper towels, and bathroom hand soaps (although napkins and bath soap bars were provided). Overall, a beautiful home at a great location with potentials for some minor improvements which I understand Patti will address in good spirit.

Beautiful place with beautiful views. We spent an extended weekend here with family and from the moment we walked in we felt right at home. It was clean, modern, and obviously decorated with love and all our needs in mind.

Had the most amazing time at the perfect location!! The place was very clean and had everything we needed. It was a great getaway and we already are planning on coming back!

The beach was amazing, especially being able to walk out the door and only take a few steps to get there. The snack shop is limited but had some staples so it was definitely nice to bring some easy meals and we cooked most of them there. My had some basics there that made cooking easier (salt, oil, etc). Our two teenagers enjoyed having their own full bed. Stay here - great deal for a clean space.

Marc’s beach view condo was absolutely beautiful. Spent a girls weekend there and it was very comfortable for three people. Kitchen was fully stocked, fireplace was nice and cozy. He was very flexible with our check-in time. I highly recommend this place if you’d like a peaceful location & quite beautiful ocean view. This is a perfect location in between Santa Cruz and Monterey/Carmel.

This was the perfect place for my family and I to relax and enjoy. Plenty to do and a great little restaurant right on location. Sidharth was awesome to communicate with and was very proactive.
