We had a lovely stay at this property. Clean and well maintained. One of our granddaughters was feeling bad so instead of going for a hike at Pinnacles we hung out at the house. The trampoline and playhouse were especially great, we felt like we had a holiday just enjoying the house.

We enjoyed our stay. The accommodation was spacious and clean. The kitchen area is a good design and space to spend with your friends and family. Faris responded to any questions we had very quickly. We would stay here again.

Amazing location and beautiful home! The house was perfect for our family with young kids! The kids toys and dishes were a great help. The location was so convenient between grocery stores, the beach and town. Melí is a responsive and friendly host! Could not recommend enough! We will definitely be back!

We loved our stay at Karin's and felt right at home. This is my 90s dream home complete w/nostalgia from the VHS movies to the DVDs, TV w/the VHS slot, and a tape rewind machine. The area is very quiet, private, + peaceful. The house is very clean, cozy, spacious, I love the vaulted ceilings and breathtaking views! Had plenty of natural light on the main floor, lots of towels, linens, thick soft blankets, toiletries in the bathrooms, lots of beds, lots of seating. I love the breakfast nook next to the kitchen. The beds were comfortable and the 1/2 bath on the main floor was convenient. Super close to hiking at Point Lobos, the beach, main shops and restaurants on Ocean Ave, Barnyard, and still close enough to Monterey and Big Sur. Tenant in the cottage next door was nice and friendly when we ran into her, but it was still a quiet and private stay for us. Didn't get to use the aquarium passes since my teen didn't want to go. We would love to come back again when the weather is warmer.

Beautiful place, great location just outside of main town centre but easy to walk to. Very comfortable and perfect for our weekend getaway

Laura’s home was the perfect place for my family’s getaway in Carmel-by-the-sea. Great location! So close to the Main Street of Carmel, and easy, beautiful drives to Monterey and Big Sur. Laura was also extremely responsive and provided some dinner recommendations that did not disappoint. Would definitely book again if back in the area. Highly recommend!

The convenience of David's place in terms of proximity to Pinnacles National Park cannot be overstated. The place is 10 minutes door-to-door to the park camp store & visitor's center, and 15 minutes top to your favorite trailhead parking on the East Side. It was a fabulous place to stay with children in terms of the ease of logistics. Also, given Pinnacles has no restaurants (as compared to the behemoth Yosemite), having David's large fridge and freezer + well-equipped kitchen was key to our being able to prep & pack in all our food each day. While the setting is rustic and the place fairly simple, David has decked it out with such comforts that our 9-year-old walked in and said "oh this place is fancy! This is exactly how I hoped it would be!" Plush faux fur blankets, beanbag chair, child-sized table, cards/assorted books/Scrabble, foosball table-- there was plenty of ways to contentedly pass the time when tuckered out from hiking.

We all liked the place, especially liked the charming decor. It was very spacious and comfortable. Have already recommended the place to other friends who will be in the area.

Excellent host. Was very accommodating and responsive. There was a binder of local restaurants and wineries that she also put her reviews on. This was very helpful in planning out our stay. The property is beautiful. The apartment was cozy. We’ll stay here again for sure next time we’re in the area.

This apartment was exactly as listed! Beautiful view with small porch that had a small table perfect for a romantic dinner. Surrounding area has a lot of food options and a local saloon downstairs. Walking distance to the mission. Cara was very responsive when it came to asking any questions. I would definitely recommend this location. 10/10 stay!

Great place and neighborhood also liked that there was driveway space for us. Overall good experience for a short two person trip. :)

Amazing location, just a short walk away from Lover’s Point and the main strip of shops and restaurants in Pacific Grove. It’s also an easy stroll along the beachfront path to the Monterey Bay Aquarium. Bright and airy apartment feels bigger than it is. It was the perfect getaway for our family of 4. Kitchen is well stocked with cooking equipment and dishes so we were able to easily cook meals when we weren’t eating out.

We had a great time staying here. We had some trouble getting in the gate because even though Maria messaged me what the gate code was I kept thinking and looking back at their old gate code in the listing. Luckily we got it sorted out but it was a lil confusing at first. We also weren’t quite sure which way was ok to drive to the place. Like drive behind their house or cut right in front of their house to get to the place, there weren’t any instructions so we did both lol. We were also a lil bummed that there was no outside seating like shown in the pictures. We drove around their house a couple times trynna make sure we were at the right building because we were looking for the outside furniture for us to know we were at the right place. Once again we figured it out. It was overall a beautiful surrounding at the house and so many flowers. We had a great time and would stay again. I would recommend Maria’s place for sure so peaceful and quiet it was very very nice. Thank you Maria

My husband and I had an amazing stay at Susanne’s place in Carmel. The studio is exactly as described and has gorgeous views of the surrounding forest and ocean in the distance. We loved the deck and enjoyed the fireplace at night. We would definitely stay here again!

Keven and Jill like to greet their guests at checkin, and touch base after check out. They have very good suggestions regarding places to see, and eat. There is a lot a nature to see in the area where they live. In terms of animal life, lots of interesting birds, including quail in the morning and afternoon, a few rabbits, and we heard frogs on the one day it rained. Their instructions are very detailed, which we like.

Amazing views of the Pajaro River and the ocean. Perfect place for wildlife viewing. We enjoyed the comfortable seating area with panoramic coastline views through the large picture windows. There's also a nice deck attached to the living room and master bedroom.

The location of the apartment is awesome. We really enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and excellent view of the beach and ocean. Sleeping with the sound of the ocean waves was such a gift. Patti is lovely and kind with her communications. We did have some issues with the shower and bath sink in one of the bathrooms. We also wished we had paid attention to what was not listed in terms of provisions. For example, you’d have to bring your own coffee, teas, paper towels, and bathroom hand soaps (although napkins and bath soap bars were provided). Overall, a beautiful home at a great location with potentials for some minor improvements which I understand Patti will address in good spirit.

Soojin’s place is INCREDIBLE. I traveled there with my 2 kids and it could not have been better set up for us. The ocean is steps away, there were beach mats, towels and toys for us to use. The house is extremely well stocked with anything we could have possibly needed. I didn’t cook while there, but would have been able to make an elaborate meal if I wanted to. There were kids games, books and movies. The view is mesmerizing, and the house extremely clean. The location is perfect for the places we wanted to visit- Big Sur, Santa Cruz, the Bay Area are all accessible. It’s honestly the best Airbnb that we’ve stayed in in awhile. Soojin is a wonderful host. She checked in with us multiple times and was very pleasant. We all cannot wait to stay there again.

Beautiful stay! It was even better than expected! The host was very responsive and accommodating, the place was clean and very well stocked with everything we could need. We stayed with our toddler and there were even a few games for him in the cabinet. Overall had a great time and will definitely be staying here again in the future!

This resort is somewhere to go to get awayrom the chaos of city life and just walk along a beach and sit and contemplate life.

We had a nice time at Irene and Gary's place for a two-night stay while en route from Los Angeles to San Francisco. They were friendly and warm via message, providing clear instructions on how to reach the suite. It is well-equipped and in a peaceful location. We had everything we needed for a short stay and felt welcome throughout.
