We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Jay place. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The communication with Jay was smooth and prompt, making the booking process hassle free. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted and given a thorough tour of the property. The space was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The amenities provided were top notch, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. Overall, our experience was amazing. The location of the apartment is awesome. We really enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and excellent view of the beach and ocean. Sleeping with the sound of the ocean waves was such a gift. Patti is lovely and kind with her communications. We did have some issues with the shower and bath sink in one of the bathrooms. We also wished we had paid attention to what was not listed in terms of provisions. For example, you’d have to bring your own coffee, teas, paper towels, and bathroom hand soaps (although napkins and bath soap bars were provided). Overall, a beautiful home at a great location with potentials for some minor improvements which I understand Patti will address in good spirit.

Mary was an amazing host! Very responsive and her property was amazing, really peaceful getaway! Hot tub view of the mountains was unreal.

The property sits high up in the hills with great views and lots of privacy. The pool and hot tub also have great views. We didn't use the pool but the hot tub was nice. It was really easy to use, heats up quickly and very relaxing. There was also a gas fire pit on the patio. Rooms are good size and the beds are comfortable. I would definitely stay here again or recommend to a friend.

We had a wonderful stay in Castroville. It's a very short walk over dunes to the breaktaking beach. We had gorgeous sunsets. The kitchen is great and the house is well stocked and very comfortable. We're a family of 5 (kids 9-13) and the space was perfect. Thank you, Robyn!

Convenient and clean! The cabana was a quiet, comfortable place to unwind and catch up on business during my visit. Check-in was seamless, and the host was responsive. The space had a cozy feel, with fast Wi-Fi and nice little touches like a small desk setup and radiant heaters to take the chill out of the early morning. Would enjoy staying again!

We cannot save enough good things about Lisa's place- we didn't want to leave. The place had the best location! Described as 28 steps to the beach, it really is that! I was looking for a beachfront property, and this was just that. The beach was also easy to get to, unlike some of the other listings. The home was very clean and comfortable- it had a lot of high tech items, like the Lululemon exercise mirror, the table that is a high/low, standing or sitting, the sleep number beds, the restroom mirrors/shower. Lots of items were included to ensure an amazing stay-- binoculars for whale watching, sand toys on the patio, and aquarium passes. So very thoughtful! Lisa was very responsive, and I really appreciate the later checkout upon request. I wasn't feeling well that last full day and was really grateful. We were also lucky that we got to be here when the heated pools were available! My absolute favorite part was the views and proximity to the beach!

The estate was very private and peaceful. The house itself is stunning, has beautiful views, and great amenities. We especially loved the hot tub. The ping-pong/pool table was a blast, and we even ended up playing some card games. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything you could need for cooking. Kimberly was very welcoming and responsive the entire stay. Overall great trip. Thank you, Kimberly!

This was our second time staying here. Carmel Valley is beautiful and close to wineries and restaurants. We enjoyed the hot tub, the heated bathroom floor and comfortable bed. Thank you again for sharing your place with us 💕
