Johanna's place is very cute, well curated and thoughtful. It's not often that I like airbnb's style, but this location stands out. You can tell that it was put together with intentionality and a specific aesthetic in mind. We reached out to her a few times during out stay and she was responsive, which was nice. Overall, had a good time and would def stay here again! Things that might be helpful for folks to know about is the stairs- I believe that it's mentioned in the description but the stairs can be hard to go up and down since they aren't regular stairs.

My husband and I have been visiting Philly for nearly 10 years and this is hands down one of our favorite stays! The home was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our family trip with a little one. We loved how much space there was for everyone to spread out and the communal spaces were so comfy, especially in the back yard. Aubrey was such a kind, thoughtful, and responsive host. We’re looking forward to staying here again soon! 10/10!

Josh is a great host! The house is cozy and exactly as described. We really appreciated Josh’s flexibility on checkin times as we were traveling overnight from South Carolina with a 3 month old. Very spacious home and close by to a lot of great restaurants and amenities. We will be returning next year for another family reunion!

We stayed for 3 weeks as our local house was having work done. It was a perfect spot and had everything we needed. Plenty of room, parking and a great location. David was a great host.

Our family had a lovely weekend stay! The big green couch was definitely a favorite feature, so comfy. Our kids also loved the hanging hammock chair. Neighborhood eats that we enjoyed within walking distance were Bao Button and Little Susie’s Pie & Coffee. Hosts were helpful and responsive, we had all we needed for a brief Philly trip in their fun colorful townhome. Neighborhood was quiet and street parking was easy to find. We visited the zoo, aquarium and The Franklin Institute which made for a full weekend and would definitely come back to stay here again!

Really liked staying there. Recommend if you need longer term accommodations

My friends and I rent this place every January for a games weekend, and it is perfect for our needs. Super clean, comfortable, and nice. We'll continue coming back as long as they'll have us!

I highly recommend a stay at Nick’s place! It was a great deal and so much space - you cannot beat all those balconies and rooftop, such a gorgeous view and great people watching! The space was thoughtfully and beautifully decorated, loved the books available (librarian stamp of approval), and kitchen + laundry made our stay so comfortable. Both my friend and I thought the beds were really comfortable, I slept so deeply! I felt like I was a bit needier than normal on an Airbnb stay, and Nick was so kind and gracious, always responsive communication and made sure we were taken care of. You’re also right on several bus lines; 48, 49, & 61 were our go to’s to explore all of the items on our first time tourist bucket list. They pick/drop off literally right in front of the Airbnb or one short block over, and Google maps has real time tracking. We also had a car for part of the stay and never had an issue with parking. Great space & convenient location. Thank you for a wonderful stay Nick!

The apartment is a nice size and has a full size kitchen. Timothy gave detailed instructions on checking in to the place. It is in a quiet area. If you are looking for a place to feel like home while on the road, I recommend his apartment.

This Airbnb was spotless and so well cared for—you can really tell the host puts a lot of effort into making it comfortable. The decor is adorable, and everything felt warm and inviting. We had a great stay—thank you so much!

We had an amazing stay at J’s apartment. The apartment was beautifully decorated, and J was very responsive and flexible with check-in and check-out times, which we greatly appreciated. Great decor, and very clean. Well appointed with extras. A bit tight and cozy. And street traffic noise did quiet down during overnight. Bed was surprisingly super comfy.

Pros: A very nice apartment with comfortable furnishings and big TVs. Everything was clean and orderly, from the kitchen, to bedroom, living room, and bathroom. Appreciate the provided towels and amenities in the bathroom. Cons: One of the outlets next to the bed didn’t work at all. I messaged the host about this and received no reply. The bathroom was clean but neither the shower nor the sink drained very well. There was a large hairball in the shower drain when we first used it. Overall, a nice apartment for our weekend away, but I’m not sure it was worth what we paid versus a hotel stay.

We needed to come into town quickly due to a family emergency & this stay was able to be set up incredibly quick! Rob & Amanda were great hosts and this place was perfect for us. We so appreciated the hospitality & responsiveness, and the place was clean, comfortable, & peaceful. We have family in the area & we’d love to come back here when we visit them!! <3

This place looks just like the pictures! the rooftop has some furniture...I do wish for more seating on the roof however all in all BEAUTIFUL! can't wait to book again!

This place is great for a big group having multiple bathrooms and bedroom was very convenient definitely will book again for a group gathering place was clean and comfy!!!

I walked to Reanimator coffee in Fishtown every morning and got takeout for everyone. The bed was comfortable. Interesting inustrial + yuppie condo neighborhood. Was perfect for us.

Fantastic place in a great location. Samantha was kind and flexible for our check in and out needs. Highly recommend her place!

It was beautiful home. Karan was very responsive and helped whenever i needed it! Definitely will be staying again soon!

Andi went above and beyond to accommodate our little ones during our stay. The house was equipped with a baby gate on the stairs and they even added a pack-n-play and a booster seat! The kitchen is a chef's dream. Packed with amenities and where we hung out majority of the time. We are hoping to visit in the warmer months to enjoy the gorgeous and serene back patio area and the rooftop! THANK YOU Andi for taking such good care of us during our stay. We can't wait to visit again :)
