Love my stay at minimalist. It’s close to everything. The studio was super clean and had all the furniture needed!! I enjoy spending time there and will come again if I go back to Osaka !

It's a great and really clean and comfortable place! Really close to family mart and ~10 mins walk to the subway!

Room was good size, definitely a comfortable stay. Plenty of convenience stores near by and about a 10 minute walk from namba. Station was also close by it was about a 400m walk.

Voldoet volledig aan de verwachting. Kleine maar comfortabele kamer. De kleine sportschool op de begane grond is super fijn. We hebben hier dankbaar gebruik van gemaakt. Ook erg fijn dat de douche en toilet gescheiden zijn wat zeker niet overal in de stad het geval is.

We had a wonderful time! We stayed there to be able to visit the Ghibli Park, and while the commute was about an hour, it was very easy to navigate. The host picked us up at the train station which was extremely nice! Keep in mind that this is a shared space with the host and their family, but they were very welcoming and it was a perfect stay!

I needed somewhere nice and comfy to camp/sleep for a week, and this place was perfect for me. The whole process was simple and easy. The neighborhood is nice, and I was able to walk to transportation (train stations) without any issues. Highly recommend.

AMAZING HOST AND LOCATION!! PO's Airbnb was extremely convenient being a stones throw away to toji Station and to Kyoto Station. He was extremely warm and welcoming always engaging us and making sure we are alright and comfortable! He also gave many recommendations and assisted us many times during our trip! It made my trip so much more pleasant and enjoyable! I will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in kyoto!

We zijn maar één nachtje gebleven als tussenstop, maar Meneer Kazuhiko heeft enorm zijn best gedaan om ons comfortabel te maken. Hij is vriendelijk en behulpzaam, en hoewel veel ruimtes gedeeld zijn is alles erg netjes en duidelijk. Hij heeft tevens veel flyers en tips voor activiteiten in de regio.

Clean room recently rebuilt, extremely helpful host, easy to go by car. The parking space is in front of the house on the right of the listing's address. Two great washing machines, to use them better coordinate with the host. Walls are a bit thin, and as hinted in the listing there might be a dog in the adjacent room. 1 lofted bed, and 1 bunk bed, comfortable room space for 3 adults. Overall a great base to explore the attractions around the city.

Larry was a great host, Providing great recommendations and telling us the right timings to do items as to avoid crowds and picked us up from the train station which really helped with our baggage, Couldn’t recommend a stay here more!
