This place is all about the location! Very close to the main shopping district of Osaka and lots of restaurants. It’s a bit quirky, definitely the most unique Airbnb we’ve stayed in.

It was our second stay at Akiras apartment and it won’t be our last. We really like it there, the size is great for two people and it has everything you need in a walkable distance.

Hana-San has a great place to stay at Dotonbori! We had 6 people and a baby for our stay and it was very easy to find everyone a comfortable place to sleep. The amenities were enough for all of us to use, and we were thankful for all of the towels! ^-^ We were so close to the Dotonbori area, the Shinsaibashi-suji Shopping District, and the Namba area. When you stay in Osaka, make sure to stay here! Hana-San is an amazing host!

I feel very lucky to find this AirBnB. The room is very spacious and complete with a washing machine, stove, 2 air conditioners, a dining table and an elevator. The room is located on the 6th floor so we get a great view to enjoy while having breakfast every day. And the most enjoyable thing is, the location is very close to the LIFE supermarket which is very helpful in fulfilling our daily needs and has a variety of ready-to-eat foods at prices much cheaper than in convenience stores. The supermarket is open until 12 midnight and starting at 10 pm there are already many discounted foods. It's just that the location is relatively far from the nearest train station, so for those who are not able to walk far or have quite a lot of luggage, it might take a little struggle. The host, especially Ken, is very responsive and able to quickly handle our concerns. I highly recommend this place and of course will come back here again if I visit Osaka. Thank you

Jumpei's place was awesome! We really enjoyed the place itself as well as the location, it was next to some really cool streets with nice food and cute little stores. it was about 15 minute walk to the main station which could take you everywhere in the city so it was a very good location. Jumpei was also a fantastic host, he allowed us to drop off our luggage early to facilitate exploring the city "pre-Checkin" and he also provided us with heaps of location recommendations. Finally, he was really proactive about messaging us before check in as well as during the stay. Definitely reccomend this place for groups of 4, it was really comfortable for us.

Vielen Dank Rei, für einen großartigen Aufenthalt. Wir haben uns ab der ersten Minute wohlgefühlt und auch die Kommunikation war Klasse. Die Unterkunft ist super gelegen, sodass die Metro gut und schnell erreichbar ist, aber auch ruhig gelegen um abends gut zu entspannen. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder kommen.

この度はお世話になりました。電話問い合わせのレスポンスが早く大変助かりました。ただ外の騒音(車や電車の音)が大変大きく聞こえてしまう場所に寝室がありうまく寝られませんでした。それ以外は完璧なスペースでとても寛げました、ありがとうございました。

The Host was exceptional, She was very warm, friendly and very accommodating. The accommodation is very nice, spacious and homely. The host kindly left amenities which was useful if you got anything. The bathroom is a standout part of the accommodation , especially if You enjoy using a bath. The neighbourhood is beautiful and very peaceful, there are bus and train services nearby. There are a few restaurants within a 5 minute walk however there isn’t much options. You need to travel in to town for more options which is fairly nearby.

Absolutely loved this place. Felt right at home since our first step into the place. Everything was clean and tidy. Weather was surprisingly cold but there were sufficient heaters to make the rooms warm and snug. Location wise it's very near Kyoto station which helped us get around easily. Finally, greatly appreciate the host for preparing such a lovely place for us to stay in. Would definitely want to be back next time.

Yamano-san is one of the most helpful hosts I've ever had the pleasure of having. He sent us a complete house guide with directions to get to his place (with photos of every turn), how to use the appliances, and how to dispose of garbage. Japan has strict rules on garbage disposal, so that was essential information. He alsobmet us at check-in to show us everything. He responds to messages immediately and came when we needed help with the water system. We came during cherry blossoms season so everything was just wow! Crowded but beautiful. Good thing Yamano-san's house is in a quiet area even if it is less than 200m from a train and bus station, and from a convenience store. We were even able to walk to the iconic Togetsu-kyo Bridge. Bonus: He is a setai (body adjustment) doctor. He treated two of our group and they loved it! We definitely recommend staying there!

Really enjoyed our stay in this cosy charming home which has a traditional feel just what we wanted to experience in Kyoto. The host was extremely thoughtful in providing above and beyond the basics such as milk, snacks, lovely coffee tea etc. We felt so comfortable right at home. We especially enjoyed the little courtyard garden with beautiful blossoms. Thank you so much! 😊

我们一行8人带孩子入住，这家非常大，距离京都站走路10分钟左右，还是很方便的，卫生间都很干净，有厨房，从永旺超市买的和牛还可以自己煎 下次来如果人多的话 还会考虑这里

I had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect, literally around the corner to Dotonbori.

Excellent location, an incredible experience staying in this apartment. Everything was very clean and well organized.

Notre séjour dans le logement a été très agréable, le bruit du train ne s'entend pas dans la chambre a futon. Liang a été très réactive pour répondre à nos demandes. Le logement est très bien placé proche d'une ligne de train et établi un contraste avec l'environnement bruyant de Namba et la tranquillité des rues ou se situe l'appartement. Merci encore a Liang, nous reviendrons !

친절한 호스트와 청결한 숙소. 가격대비 넓은공간 3인-4인 정도에게 좋을것같아요 다만 아쉬운점이 있다면 겨울의 교토날씨가 생각보다 많이 추웠다는점과 난방에 조금더 신경을 써주셨으면 한다는점입니다. 봄,가을에 다시 교토를 가게된다면 다시 갈것같아요

房子的地理位置非常好，离各个地铁站都很近。并且无论是到机场还是市中心，基本都不需要转站。而且由于附近的电车都是地下铁，所以听不到地铁的噪声。房间的设施也很完善，隔音效果也不错。下次父母再来大阪旅游这个房子还是我的第一选择。美中不足的是房间的窗户没有窗帘，早上阳光太强的话没办法睡懒觉。总体体验还是很棒的！

was a great experience, everything was cleaned prior to our arrival. Host was always responsive to questions and messages. check in and check out instructions were clear and available in multiple languages. location was amazing. super close to dontonburi and all other activities. Will definitely be looking to stay in this location again. overall highly recommend staying with this host and in this location.
