Nagoya : locations de vacances avec lave-linge et sèche-linge

A very nice place to stay. Clean. Had everything we needed. Close to subway line. Easy walk to Nagoya Castle. Well stocked Mini-Mart on the corner.

房间比较小，摊开行李箱就不太能走路，所以拿取东西不方便。另外，床是在阁楼的所以比较压抑，床垫的摆放位置使得有一个人的腿是无法伸直的。但是小猫还是很开心的，窜上窜下，可以尽情活动。附近有名古屋连锁咖啡店，还有一家不错的法国烘焙，因为是居民区环境非常安静这点很棒，还有一个很大的超市，走十分钟可到达，总之还是可以的。

A nice to place to stay at!! Pretty much every place that I wanted to go was within walking distance!

We, my wife and I, rented the place for a month, so plenty of room for just the 2 of us. This reasonably spacious apartment was very clean and comfortable and an easy walk to train station, grocery and convenient stores. Also, well stocked with basic toiletries and kitchen and cleaning supplies. Quiet building and safe neighborhood too.

Bon logement, propre et facile d’accès. Attention à l’adresse parfois le GPS nous envoie à un autre point, essaye de rechercher directement le nom de la Guest House depuis vos appareils. Sinon, tout simplement le meilleur logement que j’ai eu durant mon séjour au Japon.

外観も綺麗だが、内装も非常に綺麗。 部屋も使いやすくてとてもよかった。 アクセスがやや入り組んだところになるが、分かりにくいというほどではない。

The most surprisingly thought through place in Nagoya. The pictures do not do this place any justice, it is simply amazing!!

ホストの方の対応が迅速で丁寧だったので、予約時からチェックアウトまで、とても快適でした。

快適な時間を過ごすことができました。ありがとうございました。周辺環境も良く、安心して楽しめました。また、駐車場の完備もよかったり駅近だったりしたので、どの交通手段であってもアクセスが良いと感じました。 返信が早かったのも非常に助かりました！友人にも自信をもっておすすめします。

Thank you very much for a wonderful stay! Sanso-san was an incredibly kind and accommodating host. He picked us up to start our stay and brought us back on the day of departure by car, and regularly checked in, and responded almost immediately to our questions. The room is just as pictured and the access to all utilities such as the kitchen and the combined washer-dryer is very helpful. Without a car guests might feel limited by the options of what to do in the area, but there are some restaurants, convenient stores, drug stores and small supermarket in walking distance so it depends what you are hoping for in your stay. As we were looking for a way to relax in a peaceful spot in nature, this was perfect for us. Thank you again!

Very neat, clean and nice place with great owner who give us lots of helpful information throughout our 3 days stay with Rise. Would love to visit Rise house again if we have a chance.

Great place with an attentive host. Good for getting away for some peace and quiet and not far from central Nagoya.

The place was more than big enough for the 3 of us and in fact can fit at least 1 more comfortably. The apartment has a lot of beds so in theory it could accommodate a total of 6 people but then luggage space becomes a challenge. We loved that they gave us coffee on our 2nd day which we found to be a cute surprise. In terms of location, it's about a 15-20min walk from the Nagoya Station but there is also a bus station a few mins away. It's located in a quiet neighborhood, perfect for the laid back vibes that Nagoya has to offer.

チェックインはとても簡単で分かりやすかった。場所も栄の近くで夜遊びに行くにはとても便利でした。

The location is not very walkable, as it is about 1.5 km from the Nagoya MRT station. You will need to take a bus, but this is not recommended if you have a lot of luggage. A taxi is a better option, which is what we decided to do. However, this place features some of the most modern and beautiful rooms we've experienced compared to our stays in Osaka and Tokyo. The rooms are contemporary, new, impeccably clean, and extremely comfortable for sleeping. I would highly recommend it to both locals and foreigners who don’t mind walking a bit or who have rented a car. The staff provided excellent service and even offered us free coffee sachets. Great for a large group with very well equipped kitchen and heated flooring. Check in process was a little lengthy and car park was tricky to find as it was further from the house - we had to stop at a random car park first before double checking the photo directions. Second car used coin parking that was very near the house and capped at 500Y for 24h. Overall very clean and comfortable place wish we could stay longer! Very worth what we paid.

L'alloggio è molto spazioso e moderno, fornito di tutto ciò di cui si può aver bisogno e l'host è simpatico e super reattivo! Siamo stati benissimo e lo consiglierei senza pensarci due volte:) Fantastico!!

My partner and I have been travelling and staying in all sorts of places over Japan and this place has the best location by far!!! It was right in the ossu shopping disctrict which is a huge mall full of amazing food markets, restaurants, shops, bars, gifts stores etc you name it!!! It also has a giant temple next door (can’t remember the name) but there is so much to do around there you will have a blast!!! It also closes up pretty early so we didn’t have any issues with noise at night which was great! Room was clean and tidy, had everything we needed! Only con was trying to find the place, the maps weren’t mapping for us but we got it in the end!
