The Bycicle BnB is a fantastic spot for 1-4 guests. the three beds make it easy to fit the whole party. located just north of town, it's easily walkable or using a bike.

This was a lovely place for a short retreat. It suited my needs perfectly. I do wish it had been summer time so I could take advantage of the herb garden...oh well.

Laura’s place was fantastic! Incredible views and such a peaceful atmosphere! Laura was so helpful and responsive and gave us such wonderful recommendations for my son and I while we visited San Francisco for his spring break! Cannot recommend her place enough, and we hope to come back soon!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming stand-alone cottage in Kensington, and it exceeded all my expectations. Nestled in a serene garden setting, the cottage offers a peaceful retreat that's both private and comfortable. The detached nature of the guesthouse ensures complete privacy, making it an ideal spot for both work and relaxation. Additionally, the convenience of on-site parking adds to the overall ease of the stay. I highly recommend this guesthouse to anyone seeking a tranquil and comfortable getaway.

Really nice place to stay, comfortable bed, comfortable sofa and a good kitchen. A nice decking area with loungers to enjoy the outdoors, and the property has a great view of the sunrise. Near to Sonoma town and really easy to get around. Eliza was a perfect host, recommending local wineries and really responsive and friendly. Easy self check in as well. We really enjoyed having a nice place to relax in after a day walking in the national parks and sightseeing!

We enjoyed our stay at Barbara's charming Backyard Beach House for the third time, and felt at home there. We find it restful to stay in this quiet neighborhood. It's always nice to communicate with Barbara and Ken, as they are readily available if we have questions or requests. We consider this house a gem of a find. Thank you again Barbara and Ken for contributing to our lovely vacation.

I rented Polina’s place for my daughter and toddler grandson during their visit to the area because my husband and I did not have room for them to stay with us. It was an excellent choice - a lovely well maintained unit on the grounds of Polina and her family’s home in the hills above Walnut Creek. Very peaceful area, yet close to downtown and transportation options. Polina was so kind and helpful, the unit has everything one would need for a short stay in the area. Highly recommended and a good value for the area.

Oh what a hidden gem this place is! I walked in and immediately felt at home thanks to its natural charm as well as the host’s thoughtful touches. The space itself is filled with natural light and very conveniently located. I had rented a car and had no issue at all with unloading/finding street parking. Plus there’s a sweet waterfall super close by and it’s very quick drive to Muir Woods and Stinson beach. It’s one of those homes that can you can tell was designed thoughtfully - I’m a sucker for high quality appliances. The kitchen is lovely. I was so happy to get to cook meals on my trip and feel a bit of the grounding energy of a farm while being in a town/not too far from SF. 10/10 highly recommend!

Rifat’s home was as advertised and she is a lovely host! Perfect set up for being productive, creative or just relaxing. Enjoyed coffee on the expansive patio in the morning and wine in the evening. A great spot to think and enjoy the scenery. Also plenty of great hikes nearby. Check out the local farmers market on Sundays. A fantastic stay!

Mary Lee and David have created an apartment that feels like home. Very thoughtful supplies and amenities, very responsive hosts, in a quiet and uncrowned neighborhood with easy access walking to the historic center, easy parking and easy access to the freeway. Met and exceeded all our needs.

Mira was quick to respond and provided clear directions. Her place is in a quiet residential neighborhood. It’s bright and airy and had everything we needed for our short stay! Will certainly stay again!

It’s a very private abode even though you share a gated entrance with the owner. Barry couldn’t have been friendlier and had a great spirt about him. We nerded out on landscaping, tiny homes, and rivers. He sold me on giving the American River some of my time this year. I’d absolutely stay here again. The only real issue was the effort to climb down a ladder half awake. I did it in the dark so I wouldn’t lose my cat eyes and wake up too fast. There’s plenty of outside lounging areas and the views are pretty. I had a decent view of the night sky to the east and above. The town may be busy but you’re perched hillside under some great live oaks. The neighborhood was full of quiet families and quirky houses that are truly Marin County in nature. Open space trails are just uphill and the town is just down. It’s very convenient to everything.

Jessica has created a lovely space. It is designed and appointed very well. Super comfortable bed, great pillows and there are many thoughtful touches throughout. I found my stay here incredibly restful. I love that there are hiking trails just up the hill. I would definitely recommend this space.

This is an absolute hidden gem. It quickly became apparent why Carolyn is a super host. Not only is the property absolute perfection but Carolyn made it a point to go out of her way to welcome us, accommodate us, and go above and beyond customer service wise. This property radiates harmonious zen like energy from the community library, to its amenities and all its extra additives, to the garden. It’s graced with every bit of detail for guests to enjoy. I’ve loved traveling and have mostly been a hotel snob, until now. In short, Carolyn has carefully crafted a beautiful get away and decided to share it with the world. We will certainly be back when in town.

This is our fourth stay at Creole Place. Both Susan and her husband Gerald are very accommodating, kind, and responsive in every way without ever interfering in any way. The quiet location is easily accessed plus it is a quick walk to Safeway, CVS, and shops and restaurants at Red Hill Shopping Center. Our grandson has stayed with us and loves visiting. There is a beautiful very large screen TV with multiple kid friendly programs. A park with a ball diamond and playground, and a nice hill for exploration are both close by. Nice restaurants close by, but I really also enjoy cooking in the lovely kitchen. We celebrated Christmas** here with our family, and have made reservations to return to Creole Cottage in late April. **We were not able to find Christmas wrapping paper (last minute gifts) and the stores were SOLD OUT. I ran into Susan and mentioned going back to get bags when I really wanted/needed paper. She was there in 5 minutes with her wrapping paper.♥️

Little heaven in the forest just half an hour drive to San Francisco. The hikes walking distance and the sauna the japenese bath make this Airbnb one of the most beautiful place I stayed in. It’s an amazing place experience and Sarah the host would do anything to help you. Thank you

Amy and Tom are terrific hosts- this is our second stay with them! Their place is private and extremely quiet with a nearby mountain stream. The Airbnb is easily accessible to both Sonoma and Napa valleys, numerous great restaurants, and hiking trails. We will be back next year!

First let me start by saying the pictures posted are exactly as the place! It’s street parking but felt safe as a residential neighborhood with plenty of parking. Kananu was very respectful & responsive within minutes if not seconds! Kananu’s place has everything you need to feel right at home. The host gave nice recommendations for what’s in the area for dining, fun activities for all ages & shopping. We had a small issue with the water heater making nose and she was able to get the issue resolved quickly without interfering with our stay. I would definitely recommend Kananu’s place to anyone traveling to the area and definitely will be back for another stay! Her place definitely makes you feel like you’re in your own home.

Jakob's cottage was comfortable, clean and well appointed. Great location with easy access to both Calistoga and Clearlake. We didn't get to meet Jakob, but he was friendly and very clear in his communications. Would highly recommend this lovely cottage to anyone looking for a place to call home while in the area!

A quiet and comfortable spot. Unlimited things to do with its proximity to the grand/lakeshore district. I love the view from the backyard and have had a great peaceful stay everytime I’ve booked. Would highly recommend!

Petaluma is a great location for exploring Sonoma county and surrounds, and Carole's place is perfectly located in a lovely part of town very close to the historic downtown. The property is as descried, and cosy yet spacious. It was a great place to both hang out in and relax, and venture out from for local explorations. We may become annual guests! Carole was super responsive to questions and concerns, and was committed to making sure we enjoyed our stay.

This perfectly-appointed cabin in the sky was the ideal escape “between the years.” It rained every day of our stay but that did not stop us from walking down to the beach, grabbing a bite at Parkside Cafe, and exploring every hiking trail in walking distance. (Highly recommend the Dipsea trail to Steep Ravine with a side bar to the Stinson Tree.) Carey really thought of everything: not only was the bed comfy and the place spotlessly clean, the kitchen was well-equipped (cream for the coffee!) as was the bathroom (thick towels!) We especially appreciated the clear instructions for operating windows and other things. It was our best Airbnb experience to date and we can’t wait to come back.

Wow.... just WOW! The Bathhouse is definitely one, if not, the best BNB we've stayed at. It felt just like home the moment we stepped in. Every corner and every detail of the house was thoughtfully designed to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. The hot tub outside surrounded by plants and the big redwood was definitely the cherry on top. Also, Suzanne gave clear directions on finding the place. Her guidebook was also very helpful and provided lots of recommendations. She even left us a little treat for our anniversary. ♥️ The Bathhouse was definitely my favorite during our trip to SF.
