Great location, very spacious apartment with all the necessary amenities, very affordable. Host communication is superb, very fast and helpful. However, the hospital is quite near the stay, therefore expect ambulance sirens in the early morning. Nevertheless, I would definitely recommend staying here!

1000 characters isn't enough to convey how much I enjoyed my stay with Asami & Daniel. They were endlessly kind and pleasant to deal with, gave tons of recommendations for local places (tons of hidden gems away from tourists), and had all of the time in the world for chatting and listening too. They took the time to give multiple bike tours of the surrounding areas and explain the why that things are done, as opposed to a lot of whats, making each one feel like it's own secluded experience. Daniel was kind enough to ferry my bags to and from the station, taking all of the stress out of finding the location. Without a doubt the few days I've spent staying with them will contain my most treasured memories about my Japan trip. The pictures lay it out perfectly, this is not a hotel, so do not expect one. If you are looking for a more traditional, but also unique and deeper experience from your time in Kyoto, I strongly believe you won't find anything better, or better hosts too.

In the backstreets on Namba, easy to get from Namba Station and Kansai International by train. Lots of local eating options and not far from Dotonbori. Very clean.

Everything was fine. They were clear and responsive when you needed it. The place was nice and peaceful—a good location between the two main stations.

It was easy to walk to a train station which quickly got us to Kyoto Station, so that was helpful for all we wanted to explore in Kyoto. The description was accurate - it said small for 4 adults, which was our group, and it worked for us since we only had backpacks. If you have luggage, there would not be much room. The only thing I didn't understand before arriving was that there was only one sink, so you had to use it for both meal prep and toothbrushing since no sink in the bathroom area. We loved having the kitchen area so we could prepare meals. Any times we had questions the host with super fast to respond. Beds were comfy, all had multiple outlets by them, and the shower was awesome. Bonus to have the washer as well.

Super nice place to stay, good location & near to subway. Staff respond fast & helpful. Only a bit dusty as my husband & son hv sensitive nose. Overall super good! Near to supermarket & 7-11, super convenience & also suitable for those would like to do simple cooking. Highly recommended👍 Thanks🙏

Great central location and clean home.

Comfortable and clean stay. Unit 303 is on 3rd floor without elevator but they are short set of steps. We had two large bags and ended up with an additional carry on at check out. Seeing how small the hotels were, we decided to choose this Airbnb. It is a bit of a walk to the stations (about 10-15min walk). The restaurants nearby were so-so and pricy, catering tourists I believe so we preferred taking the train elsewhere but there are lots of shops nearby. Overall, it was worth staying for us!

Great place to stay. Check-in and check-out were extremely smooth. Host is easily contactable. Quiet area but still accessible to the nearest train station. Room is clean and spacious. Will definitely return for our next trip.

We love this apartment. Several of our colleagues stayed here as we work for Expo. Well connected. Amazing hosts, super clean and comfortable.

It feels convenience when staying in this homestay. It is near dotonburi with walkable distance and it is superb near Osaka metro station. Ground floor of building has 7 eleven and restaurant for breakfast. Owner is friendly and always provide good guidance. We feel great when staying in this homestay. There is 1 cons which is related to the noise of car which overspeed on road as the building is near the road. However, if you are feeling tired, you still able to sleep no matter the noise. Overall, it is a great homestay I ever stay. We all so like it.

Diese Unterkunft ist etwas ganz besonderes. Sie ist sehr stilvoll und bedacht eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich direkt wohl und schaut sich gerne um. Die Lage ist toll - ruhig aber dennoch zentral. Es sind Bahnhaltestellen in der Nähe mit denen man alle Ausflugsziele leicht erreichen kann. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft unbedingt.

住宿体验非常好，位置离地铁站走路5分钟不到，离jr天满站大概要8分钟左右，不远处就是天满市场，还有居酒屋一条街，很有烟火气息；离usj大概22分钟路程！ 房间干净整洁，可以摊开两个26寸的箱子，基本厨具都有，床上用品很干净，浴室也不拥挤 房东人非常好，行李延误拜托房东与机场联系，yuri十分耐心并且回复迅速，让我顺利拿到行李，非常感谢，有机会会再次入住！ ps：晚上偶尔会有飙车族，睡眠浅的朋友可以带耳塞 推荐所有人入住！❤️

우선 사진과 너무 똑같았고 역에서 도보로 이동이 가능한 거리여서 편리했습니다. 근처에 편의점이 있어서 편안하게 이용하였습니다. 무엇보다 호스트분이 한굳어도 잘하시고 빠른 응답을 해주셔서 좋았습니다!!!

Great quiet place not to far from everything.

哇，居然是个一室一厅的房子，没想到和这个价格可以在大阪地铁站边订到这么大的房间。很干净，还有欢迎零食，配套设施很完善，早上热便利的东西很方便。离地铁站真的很近很近，100分。下次来还会来住。

Perfect spot to explore Kyoto without being directly in the hustle and bustle of it all. Quiet neighborhood and the hot tub at the end of a long day of exploring is a life saver. Seth is a host who goes above and beyond to make his guests have the best time!

Very good walkable to everywhere. A but noisy due to proximity to the Main Street but nothing a good background noise on iPhone can’t handle.

The staff were very friendly, kind and helpful. The room is compact, but fine for 2 people. It was very clean, quiet, and comfortable with good mattresses.
