John’s place was definitely as he described. My boyfriend and I enjoyed our time here and would stay here again. It was a perfect weekend getaway when you need some much needed time off. John was extremely detailed and responsive and make the check in and out easy.

Barney’s home was welcoming and spacious for our family ski trip. The kitchen was great for meal prep, the living room and game room were spacious, and the bedrooms were all in great shape. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay. The house is as beautiful as it looks in pictures, with a beautiful view of the lake. It was extremely clean and well stocked with supplies. Linda was a very communicative host and provided clear and detailed instructions for our stay. Would highly recommend!

I've stayed at a few dozen Airbnbs in the Tahoe area and this one definitely is one of the best. The house is recently remodeled. The bathrooms are very modern and super clean. The kitchen is extremely well equipped. The house is <15min away from Northstar and ~40 from Palisades (assuming there is no crazy traffic). I can highly recommend staying here, we would love to return next year.

We had such a great stay here with family and friends over the weekend! The cabin was beautiful, in a great location, and the host was super friendly and responsive. One thing that really stood out was how well-stocked everything was, which isn’t something we’ve typically seen at other Airbnbs. The kitchen had everything we needed, from pots and pans to coffee machines, spices, and seasonings, which was perfect since we did a lot of cooking. Just a heads-up if you’re a coffee person: they provide the machines but not the coffee, so be sure to bring your own! The place was also dog-friendly, which was a huge plus. We loved that there were tons of games, activities, and even outdoor gear to keep everyone entertained. You can tell the host really cares about the guest experience, and we’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Very spacious house, conveniently located close to Lake Blvd, providing a short drive to Kings Beach, Northstar, Tahoe City, and the Alpine and Palisades resorts. The house is quite spacious, with plenty of sitting space, a good kitchen and dining room space. There is room for 4 cars in the driveway, plus one or two in the garage (depending on your parking skills ;-), which is nice. My friends and I are already thinking of trying to rent this lodge again next year (although this review may make it more difficult...). We had a small issue with the hot tub -- it was perfectly usable (it is really big too), but the jets did not function correctly every time. This has been reported and given Madelyn's responsiveness, I am confident that this will be solved.

Great location with its own off-street parking. Easy access to Palisades and Palisades Alpine for skiing as well as many good dining options in Tahoe City. We were there for winter sports but the house also has really good access to Lake Tahoe for warmer days. The house is clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to eat at home. Bathrooms were also clean and well stocked. Tom provided good communications and was a pleasure to work with. We would stay here again.

In Tahoe City, you simply cannot find a better place than this one. Modern design with almost-brand-new appliance, warmth-filling rooms and living space, with a welcoming host to help you as much as they can.

It is rare to find a one-story accessible home with a fenced backyard for dogs. This home looks upon a beautiful meadow area, it was very quiet and peaceful and a big bonus, walking distance to a lesser known beach that also has an area for dogs. The dogs loved their walks in the meadow, hanging out at the dog beach and running around the backyard which is much larger than represented in the photos. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable and has a dog door in the slider. Restaurants and other attractions are within an easy few minutes drive. We look forward to returning next summer! This home was perfect for our trip to Palisades Ski Resort — 15 min to the mountain and walkable to the lake and restaurants. The kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable, and the home was very clean. The host, Kathy, was very communicative and provided recommendations, clear instructions, and answered all of our questions. We would definitely stay again!

We had an amazing experience at this place. We booked it in March for a ski trip. The location was incredibly convenient, with Palisades and Alpine Meadow just a 30-40 minute drive away. The accommodation itself was clean, well-decorated, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. We appreciated the fast WiFi and the smart TV. Everything we needed was readily available and easy to find. Overall, we highly recommend this place!

My wife and I spent a few nights here and loved our stay ! The condo is nicely decorated – super comfortable, thoughtfully appointed and quiet. Great amenities include nice appliances, everything needed for cooking meals, smart TV, nice bed and even boot heaters. Location is fantastic – Condo is about as close as you can get to the village. In the morning, grab your skis from the locker just outside the door, walk about 150’ to the Village/Condo Run and ski down to the Big Springs Gondola which opens at 8:30. When you’re done on the mountain, just follow signage for Village Run and take the last left to the Condo. We were here for some late March Spring Skiing - in mid-winter you should be able to ski in/out right to the Condo with little walking required. After a day on the mountain, we enjoyed the recreation center hot tub and pool. Substantial gym, showers, lockers, pools and hot tubs. We will definitely try to schedule our next NorthStar trip at Liliana's...

Gordon was super communicative. The place was great for our small family and the location was awesome!

Sarah was a very good host! She gave clear instructions on the day when we checked in. The condo complex looks exactly as the photos listed on Airbnb. The best thing is that it has 4 rooms, which can easily fit 10 people. We have 8 people - three couples, two girls, and two pets. It fits nicely. It's 20 minutes away from the Palisades resort. We had a great ski weekend over there!

Great little cabin in a great location, with easy access to all of Northshore. Kerstin and Richard were very responsive and pro-active with communications. the cabin is part of a larger complex with beach access amenities, but I was here to ski and it is a quick drive to Northstar. The bed was comfortable and the gas fireplace controlled by a thermostat kept it warm and comfy. I will look forward to staying here on my next trip.

My friends and I had awesome ski weekend at Northstar. We had two little kids and they LOVED the place with books and games in the two single bed room. Location is awesome, so close to the village. A loft above the kitchen definitely brings out an inner kid of myself. Place was clean, full stock of appliances and dishes. One of the best places I stayed! Willing to stay again.
