Our stay at Carnelian Bay was fantastic. Ryan made us feel right at home with Christmas trees and presents for the kids. His communication was prompt and on point, He answered all of our questions and concerns during our entire stay. The house is beautiful and well kept with an amazing view. It was well stocked with everything we needed for a two week stay during Christmas and New Years. We truly enjoyed the house and Ryan made the stay smooth and enjoyable.

Alice’s place was a perfect fit for our family. It was spacious yet cozy, remote and peaceful, yet conveniently located, and had all the amenities and touches of home. We had the best time sledding at the local hill she recommended to us, skiing at sugarbowl a quick drive away, and cooking delicious meals in their open concept kitchen. Not to mention the hot tub! Highly recommend.

We stayed at Skyler's for a family Thanksgiving. we were there for 5 days and we could not have asked for a better time! The kitchen was incredibly stocked with general needs, and it was huge! The house itself was gorgeous, warm, and so welcoming. We had so many questions leading up to our stay and Skyler answered them all quickly and completely. Overall, everybody left saying what a beautiful house it was and how perfect it was for our Thanksgiving needs!!

A very cozy log cabin close to the Lake. We were 7 adults and a toddler and had a very comfortable stay. Highly recommended.

What a beautiful little house in a private community! Kings Beach is a gem of a town with options from casual to fine dining and gorgeous views of Lake Tahoe while you explore town. “The deck” at speedboat beach was the perfect stay. Easy to park & check in with all the listed amenities. We picked this home for the hot tub and it’s beautifully maintained. Nothing like hot tubbing with snow and trees all around. Beds were comfy, lots of tv entertainment options, chic interior and all the kitchen amenities you could need. Hosts were proactive with information and made us feel right at home with clear and reasonable instructions. Would highly recommend!!

Really nice house, with everything we needed for a vacation with friends. The only thing missing was the barbecue.

Gary’s home was wonderful, from the start, check-in was easy and cleaning was visibly held to a high standard. The house was stocked with everything we needed and everything mentioned worked as intended. The location and neighborhood are great and would stay again without a doubt!

Missy and Sonny were great and super acoomadating. They even gifted us some bubbly for our anniversary. 100% would recommend a stay at their wonderful home.

John’s place was definitely as he described. My boyfriend and I enjoyed our time here and would stay here again. It was a perfect weekend getaway when you need some much needed time off. John was extremely detailed and responsive and make the check in and out easy.

We love staying here. The house is comfortable and well equipped. There's good food and the lake/beach within walking distance. The hosts are responsive, helpful, and friendly.

This place was much bigger than we needed but it allowed pets and that was our main criteria so we could have a long weekend as a family. That said, the place was amazing!! Exactly as pictured and no surprises. Everything was clean but more importantly, everything was comfortable....the upstairs bed had me asleep in minutes. With so many places to sleep, we talked about inviting extended family back some time to skiing at Palisades and staying here... it would be PERFECT! Neighbors are also so very friendly and awesome. Caterina was checking in to make sure we were okay and very responsive to me. Money well spent for a much needed get away to the mountains!

You really can't beat this location. Any closer to the lake and you would be on a houseboat. The beach is beautiful, just steps from the front door. It is also just a few minutes from great restaurants and King's Beach. The cabin is cozy and true to the photos. I wish the interior/furniture/kitchen was updated, but the rooms were nice and big and the beds were comfortable. It was awesome to have a sauna with a view of the lake too. The fireplace is nice and helps keep the place warm (tip use the fireplace fan) - we were lucky and it snowed while we were there. We had a question about the heater and someone quickly came over. Very nice and helpful. We will be back. 5/5 recommend!

This review is about our Host Cathy and her place. This who we interacted with for the most part, not necessarily Evolve. But Evolve did reply to our messages in a timely manner. We loved our stay and Cathy always responded when we had a question. The Cottage is tastefully done with lovely furnishings and decor. We loved the king sized memory foam bed, the nice cabinets, the wood stove and the heated bathroom floor. The grounds are beautiful and we would love to see everything in full bloom in the Spring. As a side note, the property has other spaces that are occupied by respectful tenants, so you will see them walking around occasionally. We said hello and everyone was friendly. We do highly reccomend this cottage to future guests who are looking for a quiet relaxing getaway.

Perfect place for a ski week! Sarah was very responsive and attentive, and the cabin was private and well-maintained. Could not have asked for a better location.
