Newport Beach : locations de vacances en maison d'hôtes

This was my first time using an Airbnb. I was not disappointed. I selected this place for its high reviews. The property matched the pics and description. It was very warm and comforting. I had a question about parking which was clearly and quickly answered by Tony. We were there for a short time and spent the majority of the time away, but I would have loved to been able to spend some more time at the property. The welcome “touches” were appreciated and I would definitely book a stay with Tony in the future.

非常喜欢这次的旅程。Camille非常的热情和友善，不仅帮助我打印了很多次需要的文件和资料，还在住宿期间送了小朋友小礼物，让我们品尝到了她家里自己制作的汤和面包。 家里的日用品非常齐全，大小毛巾，被子，枕头，毯子，沐浴用品都非常充足。厨房用品也非常齐全。我们自己只购买了几双拖鞋，牙膏牙刷等私人物品。 房子的地理位置也很优越，环境很好，在山上空气很清新。离迪士尼，great wolf louge都也很近。要去外面吃东西也很方便，下山就很多餐厅。附近还有个AMC，有空就可以去看场电影。 总之，是非常棒的一次体验。下次再去洛杉矶的话，一定还会预约Camille的房子的

Angela’s place rules supreme because of many things, but easy & safe parking leads the list by a mile… in CDM!! This location is just perfect all around. Ease of accessing this 2nd story 2Bed/1Bath was great. The Living room & Dining Kitchen was very laid out, airy & bright. Angela is communicative & helpful. There were thoughtful touches that really made this stay feel special....beers in the fridge on arrival, Kind bars and a vase of fresh flowers! We liked the inside stairway entry into this 2nd story apartment, the outdoor sunny patio and the location with the views of a great park and lovely homes on the hill. Getting into the Village was a breeze as was walking along the paths in and around the very nice neighborhood. We will love to come back and stay here anytime we choose CDM!

10/10 - if you're unsure, just book this place!! the attention to detail was wonderful (squeaky clean, including fluffy towels and actual good pillows!) and it really is a peaceful, private space. yard was really great for our 2 pups (also hard to find in an airbnb) and we could even walk to a coffee shop. truly one of the best stays we've had, the hosts have thought of everything and eliminated stress/friction. we hope to be back in long beach and plan to book this place again!

I really enjoyed my stay here! The place is just as described and very cozy. Vincent was responsive to any questions I had. If you drive or plan to take Uber/Lyft, there are nice restaurants in the area. I loved how peaceful the neighborhood was and that I was only 20 minutes from DTLA when I had to go.

I booked Mohamady’s place as a little getaway for my mom and her boyfriend, and they absolutely loved it. The check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow, though they initially went to the wrong key lock. Luckily, Mohamady was kind enough to come out and assist them. My mom couldn’t stop texting me about how much she loved the tub—it was exactly the relaxing escape she needed. Mohamady even checked in with me to see how they were doing and suggested a movie app on the TV since they’re big movie lovers, which was such a thoughtful touch. We did have a little mix-up at checkout (completely our fault), as my mom mistakenly thought she had an extra night. Despite the late checkout, Mohamady was incredibly patient and understanding. His hospitality made the whole experience even better. I’d absolutely recommend staying here, and I’m already thinking about booking a trip for my boyfriend and me in the future! 🏡

Very friendly and clean and very enjoyable for a good gateway

Lorrie & Angela's place was the perfect home base for our trip to LA. The house itself is beautiful, clean and well-appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The modern kitchen was great for preparing meals, and the bedrooms were spacious with cozy beds. The beds & pillows were super comfortable, which was much needed after long, tiring days of travel and exploring. Exactly what we needed to recharge for our group! Our kids also loved hanging out in the house and watching TV in the evenings after busy days out and about. The neighborhood felt safe and was conveniently located near shops & restaurants within 5 - 10 min drive. What really made our experience stand out though was Lorrie & Angela's exceptional hospitality. They were incredibly responsive hosts, addressing any questions or minor issues right away with clear communication. We'd give them our highest recommendation and look forward to staying with them again on future LA visits!

The location of the home was great - walkable to multiple restaurants and nearby a Target. The home was well decorated and comfortable. It worked out well for our trip to Paramount and Disneyland.

Beautiful place to stay with flowers and a great hot tub. The host was very kind and great at communicating. I will definitely look into staying again if I go back to LA.

Jimmy and Victor‘s guest house is absolutely beautiful clean comfortable. Made us feel we were in a villa somewhere. It is easy walkable to the beach and very quiet.

Lovely place. The location was perfect for our needs. The host was very accommodating and let us check in three hours early. I would book again.

The location was amazing quiet and had plenty of parking. It was also super easy to find. The host was helpful, super communicative, friendly and makes me want to come back every weekend.
