Great place to stay ! Amazing host

Kiwoong was responsive and very helpful within minutes of looking into reserving his house for our 8 man (which turned out to be our 10 man) crew for a work project we were coming into town to do. He inquired about enough space for our team and offered additional options for renting the guest house (located in the back of the house we reserved) or the 2-story house that he also has just across the street! (Which we may just consider on our follow up trip). We had trouble finding adequate accommodations for our entire crew and even more of a challenge finding one that was not priced over the top! That's when I came across Kiwoong's house! It was actually one of the closest of the properties available, while being the most reasonably priced BY FAR compared to nearly all others and provided the most sleeping accommodations of any place I found. Quiet, private, "like home" feel, close to the 10 freeway and plenty of parking both in the driveway and on the street. Definitely recommend!

From the time we booked Adam’s place until the time we checked out, Adam was in constant communication with us. His house was cozy and updated despite being in an older neighborhood. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils with new appliances. Only 2 cons we encountered during our stay was the fireplace posed a bit of a tripping hazard to our little kids and the central heat seemed to all be concentrated to one bathroom but other than that everything was as expected. Thanks Adam! If we’re ever in the area again, we’ll definitely book again.

Binh and family were amazing hosts. Rental came as advertised and even surpassed my expectations when it came to all the amenities for the kids. They were very responsive to our inquiries and made clear they were willing to accommodate any requests we had. Overall great stay and would definitely recommend.

Love the stay, matches the description and the house is new, clean and tidy. The host is helpful and the response is fast. I would no doubt recommend it to anyone who is looking for safe, peaceful neighbourhood to stay. Location is also unbeatable, you may go to all the tourist spots around 20-30 minutes. It is just a few minutes away from the highway exit so very easy if you are driving. Parking is also very easy as you can either park on the driveway or along the road outside the house.

This house was perfect for our crew going to Expo West.

We took a trip here with the purpose of staying off property for a Disneyland trip and wanted something close without hassle of dealing with parking or ubers. His place is easily walkable to and from the parks and you can indeed watch the Disneyland fireworks from the yard. It was super clean, had all the amenities we needed and would be a great place for the summer with the pool (sadly still a little too cool out for our visit). Highly recommend!

A stunning apartment in the heart of San Clemente. Manu and his team is fantastic - they helped us out tremendously in accommodating our last minute booking! The space is also perfect - a well equipped kitchen for long term stays or home cooking and beautiful decor and furniture. We are so happy with our stay / we already rebooked!

It was very nice amd cozy, had walkable stores and restaurants (even walked to a restaurants that was nearby) has a very safe environment and had no issues, love to stay again in future

We had a wonderful time staying at Mike's place. The location was perfect; lots of little shops and restaurants within walking distance. The hosts were very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this place.

Loved the stay at Aimee’s place. Was in town for the marathon and it was everything we could’ve wanted. The place is clean, well thought out and close to everything. Plus any day you get to hang out with Peppa is a good day! Would definitely stay again!

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this Carolyn's place! I don't require a lot of communication, but Carlolyn gave me enough to know how it worked without being overwhelming (check in and out, parking, etc.). The space was spotless, stylish, and equipped with everything I needed—comfy bed, fast Wi-Fi, and a kitchen that felt like home. The location was close enough to LA Live to feel local, while still not being right in the middle of it. It was so quiet, I couldn't believe I was in the middle of LA. I can’t wait to book again!

Sharon’s Newport Airbnb was the perfect getaway with stunning views and a comfortable family vibe… perfect for the 6 of us… The beds made for a great night’s rest, and the place had everything we needed. Being able to easily park 2 vehicles was a huge plus. And, place is within walking distance of many conveniences including a deli and pharmacy.

The condo is very clean and comfortable. Very quiet and felt very safe. Nicely decorated without clutter. It’s a beautiful and easy 30 minute walk to the local beach through the Waldorf Astoria golf course. We did it twice in a week and used the free Laguna Beach transit bus from Ritz Carlton to explore.

Amazing location and spot to really get away and enjoy the SoCal beach lifestyle. Helpful touches to have access to beach chairs and ice in the freezer - will be back!

This is one of the top places I’ve ever stayed! It’s beautifully located, easy to find, and Trevor’s instructions were so helpful! The description and photos matched exactly, and the golf cart for the entirety of your stay is SUCH a plus since you can only rent for a couple hours on the island. Trevor was so flexible, responsive, and I greatly appreciated that as a first-time visitor. Can’t recommend enough and really hope to be back soon!!

Really awesome place to stay for Disneyland! It took about 25 minutes to get to the parks and only 18 minutes on the way home. Super clean and it actually looks like the pictures. The 4 bedroom is in a converted garage, it felt homey though. Perfect for our family and we would stay there again!

We loved our 4 nights in Avalon! Our 18 yr old daughter brought along 2 friends so there were 5 of us. Plenty of space. Very comfortable beds and couch. Nicely appointed kitchen. Very quiet neighborhood but super easy walk to the main area. Would definitely stay here again.

Place was clean and matched the beauty of Laguna Nigel. Kitchene was nice and has lots of necessary dishes, pans, utensils. Patio is beautiful and relaxing. TV’s allow streaming. The thermostat easy to control. Great Host, Great Place, Great location.

Easy access to groceries store. Nice quiet place. Very welcoming host.
