Leah’s place was just what we needed. A large affordable apartment near downtown Martinez that was easily walkable. Leah was super responsive with all our inquiries and helped us out a lot. Great stay.

Most responsive and proactively communicating hosts I've ever stayed with! The separate driveway for the unit is really nice and private (and spacious, we had 2 cars). Convenient location near the 4 and 680, parks, grocery store, Walmart and restaurants minutes away. All the basics you need and expect for a comfy stay!

Beautiful home with stunning surroundings! My husband and I came for my birthday trip and had a great stay! Only wish the bed wasn’t so hard. Other than that it was a great stay!

The place was perfect for our stay. Easy to get to shopping and restaurants. Whole Foods directly across the street. Clean and comfortable apartment.

The place was awesome and we had the best time. Stayed with our family and friends and all of us said it was the kind of place we would own if we were to live up there. Might have been hard to find if not for the great directions provided before. Hosts did a great job of checking in on us. Place was clean and spacious with pool and jacuzzi along with creek that runs right by the house. Every morning we would enjoy our coffee with the dear, turkeys, and various wildlife. One of our most enjoyable vacations thank you!

What an easy stay! The location is really tough to beat. Exactly what I was looking for!

Our group of five stayed at Lan's Airbnb for three nights. Even though it was our first time here, we immediately felt comfortable because the house was very clean and well-maintained. The living room and bedrooms were cozy, and the bathroom was great too. The place had everything we needed, including a kitchen, laundry facilities, and parking, which made our stay super convenient. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe, with supermarkets and shops nearby, making grocery shopping easy. We mostly drove around, but with the BART station close by, getting to Berkeley or San Francisco would be a breeze. If you're looking for a budget-friendly, comfortable, and well-located place to stay, I’d definitely recommend this one!

We enjoyed our stay at Marc’s place. Check in was smooth and the house was very welcoming. It was comfortable for our pups as well traveling with us. Only thing, which is unavoidable in the area, is there was nowhere outdoors to take the dogs potty that wasn’t covered in foxtails. But the entire area was basically like that. Overall we really enjoyed the stay and Marc is a great host.

We had such a great time staying here. The location is amazing and the views are incredible. Architecture and position is sublime. 3 min walk to Harbor House Inn and one of the best meals we have every had. We would definitely stay here again. Only thing that could have been more ideal for us personally (and probably our oversight) - the main bedroom is completely open to the upstairs loft bedroom - so privacy is not possible if you are using the second set of beds above. I think if we were to return, and it wasn't just us two, we would lean towards the larger unit.

This is the 2nd room I've stayed in within the same house. Bluetooth has a queen memory-foam bed and is nearest the bath/laundry rooms. It's also a corner room, bright, with several windows overlooking the backyard. Pi room is a middle room, between the master bedroom and Nyla (Nyla is a corner room, faces neighborhood street and has several windows for natural light). Pi has a full sized, memory-foam bed. Its location within the house makes it fairly quiet and good for studying. Windows face another house, but has excellent sheer and blackout curtains for natural light adjustment. The hostess was friendly and helpful with adding onto my original reservation. I was very fortunate to have spectacular roomies as well, which made this stay welcoming. The pets are excellent ambassadors. Will miss the cat.
