Sehr sauber und top ausgestattet. Rebecca und ihr Mann managen den Komplex mit mehreren Ferienwohnungen. Parken im Innenhof inbegriffen. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Über den Ort muss man wissen, dass er an einem Hafen liegt, zum Ohope Beach muss man fahren.

Really loved our stay at this absolutely stunning apartment - super comfy, clean and well-equiped with everything we needed. Electric blanket came in handy, kitchen was well-stocked and check-in was easy. Also really handy being so close to Britomart Station and an array of great CBD restaurants. Truly an amazing apartment - highly recommend and would love to stay here again!

Fantastic location in the CBD - walkable to buses, trains, and ferries, plus shopping restaurants, and everything else downtown Auckland has to offer! The apartment is small, but the space is used well and perfect for a single or couple traveling—very similar to a hotel room (with a nice kitchenette) as it is in fact on the premises of a hotel. The property is nicely equipped with amenities like the rooftop pool, Jacuzzi, and tennis courts. Kerri is a fabulous host, and we would absolutely stay here again. Great place to stay during an extended business trip. Easy 30-minute walk to my office in the CBD. Comfortable and quiet apartment. Short walk to an excellent grocery store, coffee, and pubs.

Absolutely beautiful! The views were amazing and the house was just beautiful. We absolutely loved our stay ! We will definitely be back again. Highly recommended

Central location. We walked around into the city and to the marina without issue. Plenty of bus routes if you prefer. The supermarket is around the corner. Plenty of options for bars/cafes within walking distance. We have two kids and found a huge playground and grassed area just across the road. Pool and gym in the building was an added pleasure. Robert was great to converse with and was quick in reply :) Would definitely book again if visiting again.

Stunning brand new apartment. Comfortable beds and linen. Great view! Well equipped with new appliances, everything was just gorgeous. Really helpful host who responded quickly. We wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Awesome location. Very tidy apartment with stunning views as the sun sets. Bed, linen and pillows were so comfortable and five star hotel quality which I loved.

We were at the Mount for a family holiday. We were all staying in seperate accommodation and coming from different destinations. My BNB was perfect in every way . Spotlessly clean, fantastic location, safe and friendly staff throughout the complex. Jenny was wonderful in all her communication and I was able to have an early checkin, which took the stress out of arriving. Thoroughly recommend this BNB .

Lynda's place was perfect location for us for a family wedding we were attending nearby. It was extremely comfortable and clean and Lynda's communication was fantastic. We would happily stay here again.

What a gorgeous place this is! It’s got such a lot of welcoming charm that makes you feel at home straight away. Helen had also put up a Christmas tree and put lovely decorations around the house. Thank you for going the extra mile and making it all so special! Ooh and great oven to cook Christmas dinner in!!

The house is set on lovely grounds with ample activities for the children: tennis court, swimming pool and a table tennis table in the garage. The inside of the house is spotlessly clean and beautiful. Although a teeny tiny imperfection is the absence of a microwave oven, this does not detract from the overall charm and functionality of the house. I highly recommend this place and would stay here again.

The house was absolutely stunning in a very private quiet neighborhood. We really enjoyed our stay, the host was really helpful and always replied to our messages immediately. We would absolutely love to be back there again.

We had a wonderful stay at this place! It was very comfortable, quiet, safe, and clean. The location is great—close to the city center yet peaceful. Waking up to the beautiful sea view every morning was truly amazing. The host was very kind and responsive, always there to help whenever we had any questions. A unique experience with all the comforts and perks details that make life pleasureabl of our own home and with extremely personable, knowledgeable experienced in many things of local and international interests, complimenting neighbor, Rick, not in the listing but in our case was there. Andreas Father and friend built Kiwi Viewing at Russell Jim's Path tips and red torch. We love gardens and walking which were both at our doorstep. Sitting on the property on the two sides of house wrapping balcony with comfortable views of the harbor at all day and night of the harbor, stars boat races and changing weather, ferry traffic with antique cars for the show, every mix of vehicle/people. Kept wife's and my home tradition of presenting her a small bouquet and a latte to start our day with the ease of home with Andrea's Garden and Italian machine. All well maintained. Lawn chairs under ancient Pohutukawa at private beach. Worth ferry sounds 6a-10p for us as trade for unique interest.

We had a wonderful time at the property. It was clean and felt cosy. The host was very responsive at all times and we had no issues. Highly recommended and would love to come back.
