We had a great stay at Steffi's flat. We typically like to stay right in the downtown area of a city, but this was better in some ways because it was close to a bunch of cute neighborhoods and still a short Uber o bus ride to the CBD. The flat is nice and modern and sits on a little park where our kids could throw the football and get some sun. Steffi was great to deal with. Very responsive and helpful with our luggage situation on our flight home, as well as with some local restaurant recommendations. Overall a very good stay. On a related note, we would highly recommend renting ebikes from Bionic bikes and doing a big loop around the city. One of our favorite adventures of our entire trip.

Great apartment with majestic views of Auckland's sky line. Perfect location, walking distance to shops, parking included so no frustrations of finding parking. Equipped with all the necessities required for a long stay. I enjoyed running from the apartment to the Viaduct nearby. Brendan is a great host. He is responsive and has ensured a very homely stay away from home. I stayed there for some 5 weeks and certainly felt very comfortable.

We had a fantastic stay at Sally’s apartment. We loved the layout and especially the extras like the sauna and steam shower. Apartment has everything you could possibly need and the parking space was a good size for inner city and easy to access. Only a 5 mins walk to some amazing restaurants on Cuba Street and a small convenience store right opposite. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Aneezs place, what amazing host from the initial contact right though to check out, the service Aneezs provided was second to none, extremely friendly and attentive if needed, I couldn't have asked for a better apartment in Auckland city, I have never seen an air bnb so equipped, from toiletries to beverages in the fridge, Location, service, price, and the building itself in my opinion is the best option for short or long stay in Auckland city.

Location: Perfect restaurants, shopping, catholic church, near cruise port. Host: Lain appreciates quick responses to our questions. Place highly recommend.

Great place to stay during an extended business trip. Easy 30-minute walk to my office in the CBD. Comfortable and quiet apartment. Short walk to an excellent grocery store, coffee, and pubs.

The view, the view, the view. We could have spent our whole time sitting on the patio looking at the view. Very centrally located and easily walkable to many restaurants, stores, and attractions. Beds are on the firmer side. Nice to have a bathtub and the extra space (more than what you would get in a hotel). Would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment! Nice and cosy place with all essentials provided. The apartment had its own allocated secured parking which had scan tag access. The location was great as it was close to Mount Maunganui, restaurants, activities, the beach and shopping centres. The swimming pool and spa was an awesome inclusion and we made the most of this! Sienna was an amazing host, she had good communication and was very responsive. Overall was a great place to stay and would recommend it! Would definitely stay here again 😊

This was an excellent AirBnB. The unit was very well equipped and nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great with plenty of hot water and water pressure. The onsite sauna, gym and dedicated, covered parking space were big pluses too. Although we did not meet Natalie and Brendan they communicated well and made sure we had everything we needed, including local recommendations. The location was excellent-the CBD was an easy walk. But the highlight of this condo was the view of the sky tower which was perfectly framed by the living room patio door and balcony. We were there over New Years and the firework views from the balcony were magnificent!

Awesome location. Very tidy apartment with stunning views as the sun sets. Bed, linen and pillows were so comfortable and five star hotel quality which I loved.

Had a great stay in this accomodation for 10 days. Location is amazing and is walking distance to many destinations within the CBD. The perfect hub for exploring. Host was easy to communicate with and responsive. Due to no a/c or opening windows it can get a bit hot especially in summer. Other than this we throughly enjoyed our stay.

I selected this apartment because of it’s location and because it has a gym. If you’re an athlete, the best part of the gym is the weight machine and the fact that it’s hardly used by anyone before 8:30am.

Hassan was so welcoming. We showed up earlier than expected from the airport and Hassan allowed us a place to drop our bags as we waited for the room to be ready for us. He gave us great recommendations for food and places to get settled in. We felt very comfortable right away and would definitely stay here again for the ease of moving around the city centre.

We absolutely loved our stay, the views are breathtaking! The sound of nature was very grounding, the sound of kiwi every night was beautiful, we recommend Paul and Sues home to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway!

We loved Anu's place. Always a great place to stay with larger groups for mountain bike trips. Sauna is great after riding. Consistently one of the best Airbnbs around.

In reading many of the other reviewers comments about Jeffery's place, and so as not to repeat literally all of them here, I would simply say that it's a rare Air BnB property find that is as good (and probably even better!) than it's glowing reviews. Make sure you read them! Not a detail was missed and the home had so many quality, luxury touches and little 'extras'. Hands down one of our favorite family holiday bookings ever - And one we would happily book again without question! Thank you so much Jeffery for providing an unparalleled holiday hangout for our family.

Blossom Cottage was very comfortable and Abby was very helpful. It was lovely to able to walk to town for restaurants and shops. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home with a great view. Enough space for us and everything was very neat and tidy.

This is my family 2nd visit in this lovely house & the location is perfect for close by families. The 1st visit was last year 2023 & due to my medical condition, I was not able to come on that trip, but my family mention that it was a house that we can call home. It was my 1st visit and now I see why they say this is home. Thanks to the host for making it possible for my family to check in early. Hope all is well with the host & in the future if possible & be able to return would be great.

A great cottage with plenty of space for our group of 7. The spa is a bonus, after a busy day of adventures. Loved it.

Brad's home is a 10 out of 10. He's thought of everything and more that makes your stay comfortable and absolutely care free. We were in NZ for over a month and this beautiful home was the only one with a kitchen that can rival my own kitchen at home. It made for some lovely meals and memories.
