This is a fantastic central Wellington Apartment. You are right in the heart of the city, so can be a bit of street noise, but the payoff is there is a cafe at the front door, with a bakery. Two craft beer bars within 20 meters. Restaurants all easy walking distance. Maria has hosted us a few times now, and we will be back again.

What a great place to stay! Close enough to the city and all of its attractions and far enough away from the ‘sweet’ smells of Rotorua. We enjoyed the wonderful daytime views and starry nights. The accommodations were comfortable like our own home.

Chloe and Andy were amazing hosts. They were very responsive and answered all of our questions right away. The studio was cute and charming, just as described. We had everything we needed and then some.

One of our favorite places we stayed in our 2 week long New Zealand trip. The location is magical. Lots of room for 2 people. Lived meeting the doggo, chickens and looking over the vineyards. Thanks Andrew!

A real gem on the Petone waterfront/esplanade! The place is as lovely as its hosts! Huge top floor all to yourself with 5 distinct areas: bedroom, bathroom, lounge, viewing section, TV nook. The pictures do not do it justice. Loved the ocean being opposite the house and the personal touches like hoisting the country of origin flag for the guests staying on their flag pole outside! Lesley and Lawry gave me the privacy I needed but were happy to socialise when I wanted some company too! Loved the little touches like breakfast provided in the self contained kitchen. Highly recommended, will book again in a heartbeat!

This house was so nice. Beautiful gardens, awesome shower, excellent breakfast with pears from the garden, and the most comfortable bed. We hated to leave and would stay here again

Margaret was gracious and attentive when needed. I can't say enough about how wonderful our stay was. The entire place was well-furnished. The kitchen and bath were conveniently organized. The accomadations were spacious and the furnishings were comfortable from the sofas to the beds. The grounds were beautiful. I will be recommending Margaret's place to family members who will be visiting NZ later this year.

Great space. Very walkable and close to great restaurants, shopping, public transport. Had a car but didn’t need it the entire time while at this space. Loft is large and open. Love the character of the old brick building. Smaller bedroom has 2 beds and off living room while larger bedroom is up in a loft but private from main space. Only drawback is the bathroom is on the other side of the space from the larger bedroom. Large flight of stairs to get to it. Belinda was very helpful and very responsive to our requests while staying in the space. Would recommend and would stay again.

Loved the ambient music on arrival, all of the amenities were top notch, and the apartment was tastefully decorated and everything was thoughtful. Lovely.

Steph is super friendly, responsive and accommodating. The unit is a dream, so beautifully decorated, clean and homely. The location was exceptional…walking distance to anything and everything you could possibly want/need. I would certainly come back! This is what Airbnb is about!

Lovely loft-style apartment in central Auckland. Walkable to many restaurants and shopping areas. The apartment is well set out and comfortable, with the added bonus of an outdoors area and close-by carpark. One thing to be aware of: the lift is a beautiful old style but, at 70 years old, she was a bit temperamental! Something to keep in mind if you are older as the apartment is on the 4th floor. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again if back in Auckland.

Great crash pad in a good location. Moon was very helpful and accommodating. Slept well, had a great shower, all good!

We had a great stay here - we loved how close it was to everything on Ponsonby, and we visited the wonderful ohSO! cafe next door almost every day. The unit was clean, and hosts were responsive anytime we had a question. The only minor thing I would say to be aware of, is that the windows offer very little noise isolation, and for some reason very loud cars/motorbikes like to drive down the street until late at night.
