The view from this home is AMAZING! Everything was exactly as described. Clean, not cluttered, comfortable furniture and beds. Great amount of towels available. The house is quiet, can't even hear the rain in the main part of the home. Large washer/dryer, very much appreciated. The property manager, Zoe, was excellent! Great communication and response time. She even gave us numerous recommendations on what to do and where to eat. If we ever go back to northern CA we will definitely rent here again.

This was a peaceful and convenient stay for 2 adults and 2 dogs. The kitchen was functional for our nearly weeklong stay. The host provided a decent variety of pots/pans and cooking utensils that made meal prep easy. For longer stays, I recommend requesting additional trash bags, cleaning supplies, and paper towels ahead of time. The water pressure and temperature for showering was outstanding. The toiletries will cover your basic shower needs. The bathroom light’s chain requires gentle finagling to turn on and off, so treat it with care. Keep in mind that since the home is a bit older, the windows and walls are not as soundproof or secure as newer homes. Regardless, this wasn’t an issue for us. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors seem to know each other well, which made it feel very safe and community-oriented.

I love this place because of the location next to the lake and in the center of the city of Clearlake. While it is not five-star, luxury accommodation, there is the feeling of luxury having private access to the lake and the wonderfully attentive host. I would definitely stay here again because of the reasonable cost, wonderful location, caring host.

It was a nice stay! It felt like home. The neighbourhood is very quiet and at the same time, it is in a walkable distance to the ocean (~6 min). 5 bikes were a very nice addition to our activities!

We had a fantastic stay at Bill's AirBnb! The space was incredibly cozy, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. It was well-equipped and met all of our needs perfectly to create a welcoming and comfortable environment. We appreciated the attention to detail and recommend this spot to couples looking for a relaxing getaway.

Sadie was a great host. She was clear with check in/out instructions, had a booklet with local recommendations and listed amenities, and she was flexible with my check in time last minute. This is a BEAUTIFUL home with so much space. I travel for work, so it’s hard to feel at home sometimes, but this place was perfect. Thank you, Sadie!

This was the perfect place to stay while we visited our daughter in Sacramento. Parking was convenient and the bungalow is charming...and quiet! Appreciated all the amenities and the comfy bed. The location is also great. Centrally located to so many great places to eat and shop and explore. Highly recommend.

This was a perfect cozy retreat for a small, quiet Bachelorette party/girl's weekend. Great open living room/kitchen so we could talk and cook, comfortable beds, and the description definitely matched the space. I would highly recommend for small gatherings or a family looking to get away and have a sweet retreat!

This is in a great location for those who enjoy a quieter setting with great access to the shore, hiking, riding, and smalltown amenities. We traveled around Lake Tahoe and were grateful that we landed in the best area. The cottage comes with kayaks and paddle boards which more than pay for the cost of staying. We had a great few days! Definitely will check in here when we return to Lake Tahoe.

We loved our stay!! Everything was clean, beautiful and peaceful. The suite was spacious and comfortable. Darci was very detailed with all her instructions a great host overall.

The place is cute and easy to get to. Parking on the side street was convenient. Scott was very responsive and gave clear directions.
