This cottage was one of the best ABNB stays I have had! The place was spotless. The floor plan layout was an excellent use of the space. I was very comfortable staying here, the whole process worked well. Great stay!

overall we really liked ramils place. it is very spacious and we loved sitting out on the front porch while the kids enjoyed drawing with chalk on the sidewalk. it was in walking distance to lots of great things including a great little coffee shop (lazy bird) and a playground. they had lots of amenities for people with kids including a stroller for us to use for longer walks. parking was really easy. the kitchen is huge and was a nice place to drink our coffee while the kids ate breakfast. kitchen was decently stocked but we ate out most nights. the only downside was the noise from upstairs. towards the end we were used to it but the first few days it woke us up/surprised us and felt very bothersome. however, I think we would stay here again despite that (and I'm sure we were plenty loud downstairs too). ideally there would be no upstairs noise but for the size, comfort and cost of this Airbnb I'd say it's worth it.

Sues house was great, we really have nothing to complain about at all. The beds and couch were really comfortable, the kitchen truly had everything needed and the food supplies were really nice to have since we got in late and wouldn’t have time to get food for the morning. For us the location was perfect, walkable to Dimond park and our friends houses, the cafes and restaurants on Park (shout out to sushi park!). Scooter, Sues dog, was the icing on the cake. My daughter had to stop by whenever possible to pet him and get some kisses. We will definitely be back when we come to Oakland.

Megan's place is fantastic! It's like a beautiful hotel! The location is perfect with so many things in walking distance. It was very clean and Megan was very helpful and prompt in communication. Yes, you can hear people walking above, but it was never loud enough to be a distraction. If you plan on cooking, the kitchen is great but only non-stick cookware. Loved our stay!

If the description of Tina’s home meets your needs you COULD NOT find a better place. First the home is spotless, loaded with great extras (coffee bar set up as good as any coffee shop. A lovely bottle of wine and fruit). Decorated as if Tina was a professional designer with loads of character. I absolutely can not say enough about this listing. I will be back for sure and wouldn’t look for any thing else.

We had a wonderful time staying at Jonathan’s place. Close to the BART and freeway. Quiet neighborhood and liked that it was at the end of a cul de sac. The garage was very convenient. The space was perfect for our family. Would return in the future.

We had a lovely stay at Scott and Rebecca’s place. The rooms were beautifully decorated with comfortable beds. The apartment was spotlessly clean. The air conditioner was a blessing on the days it was hot out. The kitchen was well equipped if you needed to cook. Sufficient towels and linen to use for a group of 4. The apartment was located in a quiet street within easy walking distance to local restaurants and about a 20 minute drive to Yountville. We walked back late after dinners and felt safe in the neighbourhood. We enjoyed a lovely wine tour with Cinnamon to Donum Estate, Hudson and Taylor Estate. Meals at Ad Hoc and Culinary Institute of America was lovely. The Oxbow market was a delightful find with lovely breakfast options. The art walk was accessible from the apartment which was nice. Will definitely stay at the air bnb if we return to Napa. The hosts were easy to communicate with and kind to accommodate us parking our car before check in time. Check in and check out

The place was a great homebase, great views, private, very comfy, close to town (restaurants, fast food joints, Walmart). Clearlake, itself, was interesting with an older crowd and the lake was anti-freeze green with algae so we didn't get in or fish like we had planned. Nearby Kelseyville was nice.

As first time visitors to Three Rivers and Sequoia National Park, we enjoyed the house and its amenities. The house was immaculate and spacious. The entrance to the national park was close by as well. Janet was responsive and communicative. We look forward to coming back.

I've stayed at a number of places in Mammoth over the years and this was one of the best. Place looked and felt brand new with modern appliances, furniture and comfortable beds, something that is often lacking in Mammoth housing. It's only about a 5-10 minute walk to the Village which makes it incredibly easy to get to the gondola as well as restaurants and bars. They also let us know we could check in early without me asking which was a huge help in coordinating with the crew. Definite 5 out of 5.

We really enjoyed the modern open spaced home. Nidhi returned an immediate response to our request to stay and followed with clear check welcoming in instructions.

The place is a real gem. It is a stunning building, both in terms of the architectural style and the thoughtful interior design. It's also nestled in acres of forests with a couple of trails straight from the house and views through the forests.

We had a wonderful stay at this rental. It was clean and comfortable. Very centrally located! Convenient access to tons of options for grocery shopping, restaurants and entertainment. We enjoyed the hot tub. Host was very responsive and hospitable! 5 stars

Great stay. Andrea is an amazing host and very accomodating. Awesome interiors. the backyard needs lighting but other than that our stay was superfun.

Easy stay while visiting Cal Poly Humboldt. Lots of space for the whole family and the sun room was a delightful space for morning and evening relaxation.

Condo was just as advertised. Great location, tastefully renovated, lots of amenities...you name it. Probably the best rental I've had in years of going to Mammoth. Just steps from everything in the Village, including the gondola to Canyon, which was perfect with two little kids. There were a few hiccups during the stay, but David was quick to respond and solve any issues. Would definitely grab this place if available.

Out of all the Airbnbs we’ve stayed at, I think this was the best equipped for it. The host was thoughtful with all of the amenities. The place was well designed and thought out. The host had provided clear instructions, they had great books and games. We walked about 5-10 minutes to canyon to ski every morning. We loved our stay. It was perfect for our family of 4. Nice, well kept building. Right in the heart of Sacramento. Walking distance to Old Sac and the Capitol area. Nice balcony. All appliances function well. Well stocked. Easy, clear instructions from the host. Large TV in the living room. Kitchen well stocked. Locked parking - reserved spot. Very clean, exactly as seen in photos. Excellent communication with host. Great Wi-fi. Highly recommend if you are in Sacramento for business or for fun.
