one of the best accommodations and hosts we have experienced. The house was perfect: clean and nicely furnished with a well equipped kitchen. Definitely fulfilled all of our needs. Close to the beach and well situated for exploring the area (don't miss nearby Mt Madonna County Park for walking, hiking and/or running). Will definitely return

A group of friends and I stayed at Shannon’s place for a ski trip to Heavenly. The place was very spacious and comfortable and was within walking distance of Heavenly’s California lodge. Would love to stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at Barbara's charming Backyard Beach House for the third time, and felt at home there. We find it restful to stay in this quiet neighborhood. It's always nice to communicate with Barbara and Ken, as they are readily available if we have questions or requests. We consider this house a gem of a find. Thank you again Barbara and Ken for contributing to our lovely vacation.

Had a BLAST at the house. The table played very well and our afternoon walk into town and to the water were awesome. Really nice to be out in the fresh air while the weather was good. The pool table was smooth and bringing my own cue was worth it. I played very well

Very cute and comfortable! Slept great, bed was comfy. We brought our labrador and he enjoyed the outdoor spaces a lot which made it more comfortable. Only 10min drive to the Apple Campus and downtown Sunnyvale.

We love the cottage at the farm and have stayed there multiple times. Suzanne is a caring, responsible and awesome host, always making sure we are ok. This cottage and the surrounding grounds, which includes a pond, are peaceful and calming. The cottage is just right for the two of is, with a large room, nice kitchen with all the dishes and utensils we would ever need, and a nice bathroom. It’s very close to I80 so we can sight see, visit family and find great restaurants.

Great place! Perfect for our weekend trip to Reno. Easy off-site parking and in a great location. Would stay here again!

Oh what a hidden gem this place is! I walked in and immediately felt at home thanks to its natural charm as well as the host’s thoughtful touches. The space itself is filled with natural light and very conveniently located. I had rented a car and had no issue at all with unloading/finding street parking. Plus there’s a sweet waterfall super close by and it’s very quick drive to Muir Woods and Stinson beach. It’s one of those homes that can you can tell was designed thoughtfully - I’m a sucker for high quality appliances. The kitchen is lovely. I was so happy to get to cook meals on my trip and feel a bit of the grounding energy of a farm while being in a town/not too far from SF. 10/10 highly recommend!

We could only stay one night as we had a flight home the next day. It's an awesome place with four rooms and a deck to step out onto and view the lake. We were met personally to ensure that we could get in, as Jon had some trouble with his email that day. The bedroom was awesome for a couple on their honeymoon. Stayed a couple times at the cabin in the colder months and the cabin is a wonderful getaway. It's cozy -- small but everything you need -- with the greatest vibe. It's a quick drive to towns, but is still private enough that you get the full woodland immersion experience. The cabin also gets full 5G Verizon cell reception, so you have the option of checking back with civilization if needed. Justin's a great host with lovely local recommendations (his cabin manual is super helpful) and friendly & helpful manner. This cabin has definitely been favored on my roster for revisits.

I booked Amethyst’s place last minute for a spontaneous weekend in Ukiah. It was fairly late when I booked but Amethyst was responsive and welcoming from her first message! 😊 The unit was super clean, had everything for a late night dinner meal, and a wonderful WiFi signal so I could easily work remotely. Also the bed is huge and amazing! Amethyst happened to walk up while I was unloading my car and she was friendly but definitely not overbearing. I always appreciate that in a host! I had an unexpected change in plans and was hoping to extend my stay by one more night but of course the unit was booked! I requested a recommendation for a local hotel which Amethyst did appease and I did take her up on. I appreciate the backyard that seems like your own and guest privacy definitely seems to be a top priority for Amethyst. Even though the unit is attached to the main house I didn’t hear a thing and I slept in really late on Saturday! I would love to return!

My husband and I spent a peaceful night at Raul & Lisa's Casita in Orland. Immaculate space, quiet location, easy to find. Downtown Orland just minutes away. The perfect stay.

Absolutely enjoyed staying with Katie. She has such a quaint and cute spot with all the amenities you could need for a quiet stay out in Sonoma country. Katie was super proactive and very easy to talk to. I really appreciated all the tips and heads up she gave me prior to our arrival. We will definitely be back to book with Katie next time we come back to wine country!

Valeries guest cottage is beyond charming and every thing you could ever want is included and available to make your stay a dream getaway. It’s a beautiful space, right out of an interior design magazine; picture perfect everything is ultra gorgeous, and very very cozy and comfortable.. the extra’s that she has included free of charge are absolutely wonderful. Fresh fruit, Granola, Gourmet Pancake Mixes, Real Maple Syrup, great coffee, teas..sodas, snacks, water and much much more. She absolutely spoils her guests. Plus all the bathroom and Kitchen amenities. Staying at Valeries is like staying in a first class hotel….Valerie is the ultimate host, very available 24/7….gracious, & accomodating…her place is under priced..truly it’s a steal at the price she charges! You will love your stay at her place. I highly recommend it for a perfect experience..

This guest cottage was everything i hoped for! Stephen was a great host and I very much enjoyed my stay. Great location with many restaurants options that are walkable. Beautiful neighborhood with pretty sights. Highly recommend!

This was our second time staying at Alexi’s place. We were so glad it was available for us. His place was clean, as depicted in the photos and relaxing place to call home for the weekend. 5 stars all around.

My husband, daughter and I loved our stay at Carissa’s place. It was so quiet, comfortable and peaceful. And the chickens were the best! Would definitely stay again next time we’re in the area visiting family!

This place is perfect. The view is awesome. The deck is relaxing and it is very peaceful. Everything was great. The sheets are so soft and comfortable. I would stay here again for sure!

Jakob's cottage was comfortable, clean and well appointed. Great location with easy access to both Calistoga and Clearlake. We didn't get to meet Jakob, but he was friendly and very clear in his communications. Would highly recommend this lovely cottage to anyone looking for a place to call home while in the area!

Nice stay and beautiful drive into the ash meadows and Death Valley national park.

This is my happy place! I've stayed here multiple times and can't wait to come back. All the best things in the world within reach - ocean, beaches, hiking, biking, great weather, close to restaurants and cafes. After being at a conference in San Francisco for several days and hauling north to Crescent City to see the redwoods, I was totally whipped. Nick's place was the perfect haven to recover and get ready to hike. This Airbnb is spacious, clean and peaceful with parking and a keypad for flexible check in. The bed is absolutely cozy and there are two huge TVs. Plus a great shower and even has a bidet in the bathroom. But the BEST part was the massive washer/dryer set and detergeant was even included. To be able to do my laundry here really helped me out. If you are trying to go to Redwoods, please do - it's incredible and Nick's place is a perfect launching point for hikes on the north side of the park. My favorite was Damnation Creek trail but honorable mentions to Enderts Beach Trail and Trillium Falls Trail. Restaurants in the area are limited (I enjoyed Seafront Bakery and Elise's the most) but there is a full kitchen in this Airbnb if you like to cook. I would recommend this Airbnb!
