This place is a gem! Very cozy and cute. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Great location with easy walking to the lake as well as local shops and restaurants. Highly recommend staying here!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this beautiful home in Northstar Resort! The location was extremely convenient—nestled at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, surrounded by towering pines, offering plenty of privacy while still being just minutes from the ski resort. The convenience of the free shuttle service was a game-changer! It picked us up right at the front door and took us directly to the village and ski slopes in just a few minutes. Inside, the home was incredibly comfortable and well-appointed. We also appreciated the washer/dryer, large flat-screen TV with Apple TV, and all the thoughtful touches that made the space feel luxurious. On top of all that, the host was extremely easy to communicate with and very accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed for a seamless and enjoyable stay. Overall, this home is perfect for families couples, or small groups looking for a relaxing and convenient getaway in Northstar. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great location in Carnelian Bay overlooking the lake. Nice house with well stocked kitchen and amenities. Close to many Lake Tahoe destinations and host was very proactive in communication. Would recommend staying here and had a great time! Look forward to future trips.

We had such a great stay here with family and friends over the weekend! The cabin was beautiful, in a great location, and the host was super friendly and responsive. One thing that really stood out was how well-stocked everything was, which isn’t something we’ve typically seen at other Airbnbs. The kitchen had everything we needed, from pots and pans to coffee machines, spices, and seasonings, which was perfect since we did a lot of cooking. Just a heads-up if you’re a coffee person: they provide the machines but not the coffee, so be sure to bring your own! The place was also dog-friendly, which was a huge plus. We loved that there were tons of games, activities, and even outdoor gear to keep everyone entertained. You can tell the host really cares about the guest experience, and we’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Great location, walking distance to the ski chains. Great place with everything you need to spend a nice little v comfortable acation. Heating works great, plenty of beddings, kitchen gear, great shower pressure. Great host communication and clear instructions. Would recommend to anyone ! A PLUS!

Had a really nice stay! The place is a little bit of a walk from Canyon, but as close as you can get. The hot tube were nice and parking easy. We had a great stay and the beds were cozy with lots of blankets to stay warm. Thanks again!

We had a fantastic stay at Farrah’s cabin!Our family had a blast snowboarding and skiing!It was an easy walk to the slopes! It was a perfect place for our family!Since it was snowing during our stay,our kids (10 and 14 years old) had fun in the snowplay area of the property! Boot and Glove warmer/dryers were great and very handy to dry everyone’s clothes!The fire wood storage was a pleasant surprise and had enough supply to keep us warm and cozy! The cabin had everything we needed and the host was very responsive!She checked on us via Airbnb message as soon as we had arrived there!As the family who snowboards a lot we appreciated everything that the cabin had for us!The well-organized Welcome Book was so great and covered all the necessary details! We were so tired after boarding and didn’t have a chance to use the amenities. Our family really enjoyed our trip and we would absolutely book it again! This is our favorite place to stay in the wintertime at Tahoe Donner! It is walking distance to the downhill ski area which is a perfect place for kids learning to ski. The condo is comfortable, well-appointed and clean.

Really loved this place, will definitely come back. We screwed up when we got there and went to the wrong place, but Chris was very cool and walked us through it, which was appreciated.

Samantha's space is great - its very spacious and had everything we could ask for! 5-10 minute walk from eagle lift and 5-10 minute drive from town/village. Would book again!

We stayed at Bill and Ashley’s place to celebrate our daughters’ 9th and 3rd birthdays, and it was a fantastic experience! The home was very clean and offered stunning views of Lake Tahoe. Bill and Ashley were incredibly responsive, proactive, and easy to communicate with, even allowing us to check in two hours early. We loved our stay so much that we’re already planning to return this summer!

My partner and I can’t get enough of Squirreville—it’s our go-to escape from the “real world.” The moment we step into the cabin, we’re wrapped in this incredible sense of warmth and ease. The property itself is stunning, and the landscapes beyond are breathtaking. Cam and Christine are the kindest hosts—always so thoughtful, responsive, and genuinely dedicated to making sure every guest feels right at home. It’s pure magic every time we visit- I cannot recommend this place enough!

A very cozy place with a well equipped kitchen. We were there during a big snow dump, and there was a person there to plow the driveway and shovel, which was appreciated. We enjoyed coming home after skiing and making dinner and hanging out with the wood stove going. The King bed in the master was great.

This place is perfect for a group of friends! It's a quick walk to Eagle Lodge or the free green line shuttle has a stop right outside. The kitchen is well stocked with all the basic necessities and beds and bathrooms were very clean. Relaxing in the living room with a fire was lovely after a day of skiing. :-)

Tracy’s place had an amazing location to allow for ski in and ski out and we love being so close to the village! It’s a very quirky house and layout (which she accurately describes) but it is clean and cozy. Location makes the place!

Shannon’s place was fantastic and has everything you could need for an effortless stay! She has a fully stocked kitchen so it’s easy to cook meals if you’re interested. There were also plenty of games available which we enjoyed playing during the weekend. The house is situated in a spot with a beautiful lake view and close to the town center as well as easily accessible to palisades. We loved staying here and would definitely recommend it to anyone.

The kids loved it so much! The games, guitars and the great room upstairs with comfy sofas, just to name a few. Lots of personal touches throughout the whole house, which makes it so homey. Door to door 15 mins to dodge ridge, with restaurants, market and gas station 2 mins away. The location cannot be better! Definitely recommend!
