We feel very lucky to have found this space for a last-minute road trip. The space was just as seen in photos. It was a very relaxing and easy place to be in. The workmanship on the paint, tile, hardwood, etc. was exceptional. We liked having no window coverings. So fun to watch the activity on the boardwalk across the street in the early morning and evening. Hosts even left us a very nice bag of coffee for the morning!

Gary's place was exactly as described. Absolutely perfect location in a great little town. Gary was a excellent host and was very accommodating and understanding with a mix-up (on my end). My only hesitation on recommending Gary's place is that I want it to be available when we come back!! :) Highly recommended and would absolutely stay again!

Great place to stay when in Alameda. Perfect size for 1 or 2 people, had all of the amenities I needed, and more. The place was spotless when I arrived, and the host quickly responded when I asked if I could drop off luggage early. 2 blocks away from downtown Alameda and very walkable. The house was exactly as described, and I could not have asked for anything more. Thank you!

I would gladly live in this sunny apartment full time. It's quiet and roomy, with views of trees, but only a block from superb restaurants like Burma Superstar, and only a few blocks from Southshore Center and Alameda Beach. Its fixtures are somewhat outdated, but that's East Bay real estate for you.

Meg was exceptionally responsive and everything was wonderful! So nice to walk and shop on Main Street. Great place for a quick vacay!

Wonderful stay in HMB! Clean, quiet, comfortable and had everything we needed. Great location—close walk to the beach and coastal trail as well as Main St. Couldn’t ask for more!!! Highly recommend!!

Katina was extremely accommodating, helping me to stay an extra night at the last minute. Cute, cozy little spot right next to downtown, I loved it.

My favorite stay! I travel frequently for work and love returning to this beautiful spot. Nancy’s home is so cozy and it’s a gift to be able to walk outside and see the Ocean. Can’t recommend the space and Nancy’s hospitality enough! 💗

Tom‘s Half Moon Bay home is a true gem. We felt right at home, with plenty of wonderful things to do inside the home and walkable distance. We enjoyed playing the piano, reading books, and simply relaxing in one of the resting areas. The kids appreciated the toys, and we had a wonderful time by the beach and coast. Tom communicates very well, we had everything we need and more!

Beautiful home in an even more beautiful setting! Would certainly stay again.

Nancy’s place was beautifully decorated and thoughtfully arranged. Gathering areas were spacious and comfortable. Ample bathrooms made it a great place for our large family. There were plenty of linens and the kitchen was well supplied. Nancy took great care in providing extras such as water, coffee, snacks and robes that made our stay more comfortable. There’s a lovely parkway trail, with an ocean view in front of the home. Highly recommend, we had a fantastic time.

We had a great spring break at Mary-Anne's house. It was SO close to the beach, which made for lots of morning and evening walks along the coast. It was also close enough to walk downtown. Her home was extremely family friendly - kids games, beach toys, beach towels and a relaxed living room made it fun for the whole family. As a host, she was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. The house was well stocked, and while there were excellent restaurants nearby, we were also able to do some cooking in the kitchen. We left already thinking about next year. Mel's place was great--exactly as advertised. Clean and comfortable with a well appointed kitchen with all the amenities. Mel was very easy to work with and extremely prompt in responding to a question about a tripped circuit breaker--I had the instructions I needed within 5 minutes of sending her a message. A great place to stay and close to everything you want in the Pacifica/San Francisco area. I highly recommend Mel's place!

Clean home with a great view. Home had everything you could ask for and was better in person. The beach is a block away and has plenty of restaurants around to choose from. We will be coming back to stay again in the future

We had a fabulous holiday celebration with my extended family in the home. One bedroom was below the garage which was perfect for our younger children who go to bed early. The garage has a flipable pool table and ping pong - which was wonderful.

Wunderschön eingerichtetes Haus mit genug Platz für mehrere Personen und der Möglichkeit gemeinsam zu kochen und zu essen. Ruhige und sichere Wohngegend mit gepflegter Umgebung. San Francisco ist sehr komfortabel mit der Fähre zu erreichen. Wir würden bei einem erneuten Aufenthalt in der Gegend wieder dieses Haus mieten mit auch einem tollem Garten und der Möglichkeit zu waschen.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was immaculately clean upon arrival, which we really appreciated. The host was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and very accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. The location is also a huge plus—just two blocks from a beautiful park, perfect for a morning stroll or some fresh air. One thing to note is that this unit is on the third floor, which was fine for us but did come with some challenges. We have two small children, and it was difficult at times to keep them quiet for the tenants below. If you’re traveling with little ones, just be mindful that noise can carry. Also, the WiFi was not working during our stay, which was a bit inconvenient, but hopefully, that was just a temporary issue. Overall, a great stay in a well-kept space with a wonderful host. Would definitely recommend!

This place is stunning! Hosts reached out to let me know they were available if I needed anything. It was clean, Cozy , Everything was labeled to make it easy to find things. Spacious! Had great recommendations readily available. It was well worth what I paid! It’s not often I feel at home in airbnbs but this place offered that environment! Location is walking distance to the beach. Shop, restaurants, and it’s quiet in the evenings! Highly highly recommend!

We had such a nice stay at Arlene’s place, the beds were so comfy, the bathroom was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time staying at Melanie Joy's place. The location can't be beat, and her place was clean and spacious for the two of us. Would recommend for a nice stay in peaceful in Pacifica.

The views and location is better in person. Would recommend this place to anyone who wants to get away for awhile the location was beautiful. The host was very accommodating and left perfect instructions checking in was a breeze I really enjoyed this place.

I have rented many apartments in San Francisco and this is by far the best! The steps up are quite steep but the spectacular view makes the climb worthwhile. The apartment is spacious and nicely furnished. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you will need and there is a washer and dryer. Jeff was a very responsive, friendly and helpful host. I will try to book this apartment every time I travel to San Francisco and cannot recommend it highly enough!

This is our third stay at Kimberly's airBnB! As usual, it was lovely and exactly as described. We always try to book her airBnb if we can - it is that good! Well worth it!

Terrific stay in a great neighborhood with wonderful hosts. I was in SF with my dog Coda producing an event and needed a home base walking distance from work yet a little removed from the fray. Andrew and Irene were super helpful and their place is very well located in a clean, safe neighborhood a few steps from the Presidio or Marina. I also had a car with me and it took a bit to get used to the parallel parking on hills, but Andrew gave great advice on that. I would highly recommend their place to anybody looking for an SF trip in a locals’ neighborhood that’s still very close to everything. Thanks guys! Alex
