This AirBNB was a great spot for us visiting family in Oakland! There is everything you need for your stay -the laundry was such a great bonus! There are some great local gems nearby, and the bus down to the BART or the ferry to SF was easily accessible.

Stand out feature was the host Dave’s speedy response time to your questions. Clean and quiet place. Great amenities. Only neutral remark would be as it is a basement unit, natural light is average, however balcony from bedroom negates it particularly. Recommend this unit without reservations.

We had a great stay at Robert’s while visiting my daughter in Berkeley. The apartment was clean and very cozy. The location was perfectly close to campus as well as the College Ave restaurants. We would definitely come back and stay here again.

The apartment was comfortable and clean. It was the perfect size for our group of five people. It's in a convenient location and walkable to several restaurants.

Perfect place to stay for weekend events and very walkable to the Berkeley city center and Cal campus. Comprable cost to a hotel with more rooms and bathrooms plus lots of space to spread out. I would stay again should I need to again.

We loved this stay in central Alameda! This spot is on a quiet street with plenty of sunlight, and close to a lot of local spots. It’s spacious, well-stocked, and has all the amenities you’d need for a long term stay. Carrie and Alex were very easy to communicate with and responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Loved the privacy and security of the apartment. Having underground parking was also a plus. Concierge was always available to help as well as the Host. Highly recommend this place. We enjoyed it and would come back and stay here again whenever we are in town.

Peggy has a remarkable home close to many amazing places to explore- Noe Valley, Castro, Mission and a close hop to the Haight and Golden Gate Park. The place felt like home and Peggy was an excellent host. This was a perfect place to stay for our family of four. Highly recommend!

The property was clean and had comfortable furniture. It was an easy walk to Solano St in Albany with a variety of restaurants and shops. Fatima was very responsive in working with us on dates and any questions we had. I would rent this place again and it was an easy drive to Berkeley.

This is a five star stay. But I am going to start with a couple of caveats so we can get to the good stuff. If, like me, you are terrible at parking a vehicle you're going to find the garage a challenge. As the property owners will note you cannot park in the driveway, so your options are either street parking or angling your vehicle into a two car garage with a load bearing pillar right in the middle. I say angling because there is no easy way to back into this garage. Or pull in forward. The steps are steep and slippery in the rain. Consider the size and weight of your luggage before reserving this space as it is a second floor entry. You will get more noise from airplanes than the road. Aside from that, it's a great, clean, comfortable, airy bright space in a great neighborhood in a great town. The owners are great; responsive, considerate and proactively communicative. Check out asks are minimal and the wifi and hot water are excellent. I highly recommend.

We really enjoyed staying with Sean! The airbnb itself was very peaceful and clean. Sean even stocked our fridge with some refreshments which was very kind. He was great at responding if we had any questions or concerns. The area was great for going on walks and is nearby to many restaurants. Would stay here again!

The weather was wet and dreary while we were in the SF Bay Area, but Lisa’s beach house has a lot of amenities (cards, puzzles, games) that kept us busy while in doors. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils to cook our favorite meals. It was home away from home!

Kit's property was the perfect respite for us when visiting family in Alameda. Close to the water in a nice neighborhood with an adorable backyard for lounging. Would highly recommend.

Victor was very welcoming and very communicative. The home was very clean, which is always important to us traveling with toddlers. The home was also very comfortable. The parking spot on the property was also very convenient. We really enjoyed our visit and would stay again when in the area. Thank you!

Kirk's apartment was spotless and comfortable. I felt safe being in a gated apartment community (plus, anyone I met in the common spaces was kind). The apartment was only a 5 minute drive to my client's office, there was food close by, and it's super close to the lake. Thank you for having me!

This place is stunning! Hosts reached out to let me know they were available if I needed anything. It was clean, Cozy , Everything was labeled to make it easy to find things. Spacious! Had great recommendations readily available. It was well worth what I paid! It’s not often I feel at home in airbnbs but this place offered that environment! Location is walking distance to the beach. Shop, restaurants, and it’s quiet in the evenings! Highly highly recommend!

We had a really great stay at April’s place. It was in walking distance of my mom’s retirement home. This part of Palo Alto has safe streets, cute houses and beautiful gardens to walk past. Close to downtown and shopping too. The place was spotless and comfortable. There was a strong cleaning fluid smell. We opened all the windows and let in the crisp California air to get the cleaning smell out. Next time, I would request vinegar cleaning if possible. Laundry is very easy and the kitchen is well stocked with cutlery and plates, mugs. Bedding and pillows were very comfy.

Webster is a responsive host, when the sink was jammed, he called the plumber and proceeded the whole thing very quickly. The condo is clean and convenient, felt like at home. Will back next time

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The place is well-equipped with everything I needed, both for leisure and work, and everything is in excellent condition. The neighborhood feels relatively safe, and daily errands, as well as public transportation, are all within a 5-minute walk. Aravind is very responsive, courteous, and always willing to go the extra mile to assist me with any request. Whether you’re staying short- or long-term, this is the perfect place to stay in the Berkeley area.

Fully enjoyed the view, the guest's responsiveness and the comfort. A bit tricky to get there night time but that's the price of a hill top location with character.

Gillian’s home was as shown on the website. It was clean , comfortable and well stocked. The house overlooks the street but was quiet and very convenient to restaurants and shops. The back has a lovely seating area and was very quiet. Gillian was a responsive and friendly host who gave clear instructions.

We loved staying at Carly and Allie's place - spacious, beautifully furnished, awesome kitchen and in an amazing location. Would highly recommend. And Allie was super helpful, friendly and immediately responsive. Our family had an incredible stay in SF - loved it!
