Loved the place!!! I felt it was a just as I expected! The only thing that could have been better was the pull out bed —- a bit firm.

This was the perfect place to stay local. You are close to the beach and San Juan Capistrano. There were very restaurants and stores near the air B&b. The place was clean and it felt like home. I would stay here again

We have been staying at Marriott Newport Coast Villas for years. It is a beautiful family oriented resort close to Orange County’s est beaches, restaurants and malls. Can’t go wrong !

This condo was just perfect for our family. The front desk was very friendly and helpful. The coffee in the entrance was actually good. They did want us to go to a time share presentation (it wasn't a hard-sell approach), but we declined and it wasn't a problem. The condo itself was very clean and well furnished. There was a nice grocery store close. We used their barbeque. The miniature golf was very fun and we did several rounds of that. The pool and hot tubs were nice as well. The location was very close to Disneyland. We walked to the Toy Story parking area (maybe a 7 minute walk?) and then rode the free shuttle to Disneyland. It seemed like it was the right choice because they had us go through security before getting on the shuttle, and then when we arrived at the park we skipped the security there. Those lines were soooo long, so I think that was the right choice. Dorothy the host was very helpful and everything went very smoothly. We would stay there again! Thank you! :)

We really enjoyed our stay at the Newport Coast Villas. We chose the hotel because we wanted to hunker down after having had surgery in the area. The one disappointment was that we expected there to be room service but this facility doesn’t have that. Other than that, we were quite pleased. The facility is beautiful and the two-bedroom villa was very well appointed and comfortable. The communication and check in were seamless.

I booked this rental for a short girls weekend away based on the pictures and location. We spent each morning and some evenings enjoying the weather and the view. The condo had everything we needed and the location was quiet and in a fairly walkable area. Fair warning the stairs to the beach are close but steep. We were concerned that we would hear the trains going by with the close proximity to the tracks but you cannot hear them from inside. Alyonka reached out before we checked in to let us know of an ant problem they were having and offered an exterminator should we need one while we there, while we didn't take her up on the offer, the kitchen counter, sink, windowsill and near the door did have dead ants. It wasn't a big deal but maybe a last minute wipe down before we got there would have been nice. The furniture needs a refresh as there are visible stains but everything was comfortable. Check in and out was super easy.

First and foremost, I want to say that I and my friends are very happy and satisfied with the place at a very first moment. They keep telling me that this place worth a 5 star rating. I told them, well I even want to give the place a good review at that moment, don’t have to wait till the end. We really love the community. Peaceful, nice view with great gym and beautiful pool. Lovely stay. Pictures on the listing matched perfectly. The apartment was easy to find and Susana’s instructions made it very easy to get in. It was a very comfortable and cozy place to relax. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make meals at home. We loved cozying up in the living room with the fireplace on. Great location, too. We enjoyed the outlets in San Clemente, the car show, and often visited San Juan Capistrano.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect with the Alamitos Bay and Naples directly in front and a short walk to the beach and to great places to eat and shop. John was a great host who was very kind and helpful. The sunrises are fantastic. The neighbors were very friendly and welcoming as well.

Brenda is a great host. She's caring and attentive. Highly recommend booking with Brenda, she makes everything go smoothly. This unit was nice, perfect for our family and half a block from the beach. Parking is easy with access to a large garage. Don't snooze on this one!

Great communication. place was so comfortable, just like at home. cooked and ate at home, convenient to stores, beach and restaurants. watched sunsets at the Strand about 4 minutes away and visited our old hang out The Harbor House. views from the balcony was great. met several neighbors while walking the dog and all were so nice!

Kye’s place was super peaceful and a nice cozy place to relax. There’s lot of restaurants that are around and plenty of fun around town. Me and my man enjoyed our time there. And we will be looking forward to staying at one of Kye’s places again.

Great place to stay with a family. A short and easy walk to the beach made for an amazing vacation. House was clean and comfortable. It is important to note one of the bedrooms is on the first floor, right across from the door of the unit. The unit next door is also an airbnb and can be loud at times, especially late. The host provided some toys for our girls to enjoy. However, there is a photo of a child's bike yet there was no child's bike in the garage, bummer for our 5 year old. Plenty of restaurants close by. There was only one child's plate upon arrival and host provided more quickly for us. Overall, we had a wonderful time in Huntington Beach and this condo.

We absolutely loved our stay! The place looks even better in person than in the photos—beautifully designed, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped. It was the perfect alternative to a hotel while traveling with our daughter and her teenage friend. They had their space, and we had ours, which made for a super comfortable stay. The kitchen was well-stocked, which was a huge plus for us since we have dietary restrictions—it made traveling so much easier. We were also welcomed with a lovely food basket, a bottle of wine, and a handwritten note from the owner—such a warm and personal touch! The host was quick to respond to any questions and even checked in when the smoke alarm was triggered while we were cooking. The location was great—everything we needed was within about 15 minutes. Plus, having access to the pool and gym on the premises was a fantastic bonus. Highly recommend this place—we’d definitely stay here again!

Great deal for a long-term stay. Had to extend last minute and Laura was too kind to accommodate our request. She was very friendly and responsive too! Neighborhood is private and peaceful, it felt right at home. Unit was really cozy and we love that we are able to use the garage as most rentals we’ve seen don’t allow such. We enjoyed the private patio as well. Loved every minute of our stay!

I booked this place for my family and World class was incredibly responsive, providing detailed instructions for the check-in, and excellent service. My family had a pleasent stay and the location was great. They are able to walk to the nearby supermarket, restaurant, bakery, etc The place itself was simple yet elegant design for a relaxing stay. Love the high ceiling which makes the space feel very spacious . Definitely stay here for the location !

We had a great stay! The space is nice and clean and in an amazing location. There is a great brewery around the corner and most of all a lovely walk from the apartment to the beach. Andrea was extremely responsive and helpful. She took extra care in making sure our group would fit and allowed us to be flexible at check-in and out. The place is actually bigger than I expected. We were 7 adults, 1 toddler and 1 infant and we fit perfectly. Maybe it's not ideal for 4 couples that want individual privacy and a big table to sit all around at once, but there are 3 sleeping spaces, plenty of linens and towels for everyone and 2 bathrooms so you can easily make it work for 2 or 3 families! Definitely recommend.
