We traveled from the east coast and after a long day of traveling with 3 young kids in tow, it was so nice to arrive at Jeff and Kate’s place. It is so cozy and peaceful. So nicely decorated. Love the beachy vibes. And the outdoor space is so relaxing. We had tacos and margaritas at the large outdoor table and a nice fire at night. We enjoyed being able to walk to the beach and state park with our kids. The sunset views at the outlook area were incredible! The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Definitely a great vacation spot for families!

This place is great! The house was clean, the kitchen was well equipped, and a perfect walking distance to the beach and some great restaurants. The host was responsive and extremely helpful. We can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful location with a stunning pool, though unfortunately, it was too cold to use during our stay. The property is just a short drive to Anaheim, making it a convenient spot. The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, and we appreciated the thoughtful touch of snacks and small amenities upon arrival. Such a wonderful and welcoming experience!

We had a great stay at Tara’s lovely home for our Christmas vacation with our family. We even got to include our family dog which was a bonus. We quickly felt right at home. Plenty of space, comfortable, and well stocked. We loved the outdoor seating area and the bbq. Comfy beds, plenty of linens, great hot water with good water pressure. Large well stocked kitchen with ample seating for the whole family. Added amenities like coffee, sugar, shampoo, lotion, and plenty of toilet paper and paper towels. It’s nice to not have to go buy these items when you are traveling. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. Tara is friendly and responds quickly. Even brought us a few items we needed for the kitchen. Great location right off the freeway allowed us to see family in RSM and easy travel to and from Orange County airport and local beaches. Renters in attached unit were quiet and kind. We highly recommend staying at Tara’s place.

Great location. Home was very welcoming and comfortable

Comfortable, clean home with plenty of space for our group. There are two large dining tables that aren't in the photos which allowed us to have family meals plus room for games and puzzles. Great selection of beach toys and towels in the garage. Thought we had a problem with the hot water but it just takes a while to get there. Would book again.

Paul was very responsive and the home was so spacious and clean! The beds were comfortable and the backyard offered so much shade and seating options and the pool was a big hit for our staycation and backyard family gathering. The kitchen was well equipped and there were items throughout the house available for use that made it feel like home (cozy blankets were available in the living room and loft which was a nice touch). The layout between the kitchen, living room and transition to the backyard was perfect to keep a watchful eye on our little one at all times. Great hosts with attention to detail. Good linens, flexible check-in and exactly what we needed for a weekend trip. We especially enjoyed the short walk to restaurants and 7 blocks to the beach. Easy street parking and hosts were attentive but not intrusive.

This is my second time booking this air bnb and it was just as good as the first time. Location was perfect and still relatively close to LA and other areas.

I stayed here on a work trip and the location was extremely convenient for me. The unit was clean and free of clutter. Ubers found the location easily.

The home is in a great location - literally minutes from the beach and a five minute walk to a Main Street (2nd Ave) that has lots of cafes, restaurants etc. The host was very responsive and went above and beyond when we forgot an important item at the AirBnb during check out. If you have a toddler, there is a great sand play area, library and playground all in a 15 minute radius of the home. Having a bit of outdoor space was welcome too! The home itself is well equipped and clean. Thank you for a great stay!

Wendy's place is in a beautiful building with a ton of amenities. The pool area is gorgeous. The apartment was perfect for us. Beautiful apartment, amazing building, secure designated parking, great location (20 minutes to Disney) and a responsive host. If our daughter ends up going to UC Irvine, we will rent this unit again.

We couldn’t have asked for a better set-up for our family get-away. We each had our own room with privacy and own bathroom. The kitchen is a cook’s dream with the high-end appliances and available cookware. Easily walkable to everything you could want on a beach vacation. I highly recommend Nazita and her beautiful home!
