Farah’s place was perfect for our weekend getaway in Irvine. The complex is self enclosed and supplies all the parking, convenience stores, restaurants, and play areas you will need. The initial checkin was made so easy by the in depth instructions and photos. We arrived late after a long drive, so the simplified instructions for our tired brains allowed us to unwind quicker. The assigned parking spot is near the elevator that takes you straight up to the unit for seamless access. No need to haul luggage down long hallways or up and down stairs or ramps. The unit itself has vaulted ceilings which make the place extra spacious. The square footage was much larger than many other apartment/condos we’ve stayed at in the area and felt extra spacious. We have Farah’s place saved for our next trip. What a kind host!

Our third stay at Neli's property. Always good; never disappointing. Safe neighborhood and easy access to all that the area has to offer. We'll return again!

My stay at Nate’s place was amazing! The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures—modern, comfortable, and equipped with everything needed for a perfect stay. Additionally, the building’s amenities are excellent and truly enhance the experience. What made my stay even better was Nate’s outstanding hospitality and support. I originally planned to stay for a month, but due to some complications, I had to extend my stay. Nate was incredibly understanding and always willing to help, making everything as smooth and comfortable as possible for me. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful space and a great host. Thanks, Nate!

John’s place was perfect for our family trip!We spent a week visiting relatives in the area. The apartment was well equipped, pristine and easily accessible. We would def stay at John’s place again.

This was the perfect place to stay local. You are close to the beach and San Juan Capistrano. There were very restaurants and stores near the air B&b. The place was clean and it felt like home. I would stay here again

Jim's place was perfect for our girl's trip to Disneyland! The room was comfortable and clean, and with the Murphy bed, no one had to share. Beds were comfy. Lots of towels. The staff was very welcoming and had helpful suggestions. We really appreciated the hot tub being open late so we could wind down after long days of walking. Lots of nice restaurants close by. We will definitely look to stay here again.

Very spacious house with big bedrooms! The house certainly can accommodate a big family with the number of beds and how big each of the beds were. Good place to rest after a long day of activities! Simple and clear instructions to access the house which is always nice!

Amazing, amazing , amazing! We absolutely love staying at this house! The balloon arch with Ana, Elsa and Olaf was such a nice surprise for my daughters when we walked in and the house smelt so clean! This house has families in mind, which was greatly appreciated. We wished we had booked 2 nights because we were not ready to leave. Thank you so much for letting us stay at your beautiful home!

This location and place was a perfect fit for me and my family. The pictures and descriptions of the home was exactly what we needed and it fit the description. We all felt right at home. We enjoyed our stay and felt at home. The home was beautiful and had many blankets and the kitchen was stocked with spices and lots of pots/pans for cooking. We were very comfortable and would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Rainforest Villa. It is so comfortable and relaxing, and clean! The place is decorated beautifully, has comfortable beds and linens, and the best selection of blankets to snuggle up in! It is unbelievably close to Disneyland, and easy to get to. Our family of 7 had a wonderful stay at Iliana's place! The home was welcoming, and nicely decorated. The location was very convenient- just an easy 20-minute drive to Disneyland. The communication with Iliana was fantastic – she was very responsive and provided perfect instructions for checking in. The space itself was spotlessly clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful and felt like a home away from home. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thanks again, Iliana, for making our trip so enjoyable!

Nice place to stay. Cute little things provided such as coffee, tea and creamer. Additionally the house was overall clean. Only issue was the gym had a leftover disposable coffee cup and towel on the counter. Construction was happening and people were coming and going throughout the day on the side of the house. Felt a little uneasy because we weren’t notified that there would be workers on the property and at one point one of them looked into the front door of the house at night. Aside from that one incident, it was fairly quiet and no one bothered us. Overall we were satisfied with our stay. Only other suggestion would be to update the pictures on the listing to accurately match what is current in the house. Not a huge difference, but you can tell they are still updating this property.
