Richard’s home is absolutely gorgeous. My daughters and I enjoyed our stay this past weekend for our annual December New Orleans’ girls weekend trip. We arrived, opened the door and were immediately wowed by this gem. The house is beautifully decorated, well thought out for guests and spotless. Richard was proactive and attentive and made sure we had detailed instructions. Communication was friendly and thoughtful, which we found so welcoming. Best part was the decorated and lit Christmas tree that greeted us in the den. Hope we get the chance to enjoy this place again on a future visit.

The cost was shared by six of us which made the per night cost very very affordable. There were plenty of towels, dishes and kitchen utensils. The place was immaculate on our arrival. Christopher was very responsive to an issue we had with hot water and came in while we were gone and took care of it. Overall, this was a perfect place for six guys who came into town to catch a Saints game and relax for 3 days. Would highly recommend.

So lovely to spend a long weekend here. Very accessible with ability to walk around the neighborhood and get a feeling for the place. Close by spots to have dinner, breakfast, and lunch. Had everything we needed for the stay and the backyard was a delight to hang out in.

This was easily my favorite Air Bnb experience thus far. I have stayed in a LOT of Air Bnb's in many places, but the Art House on Chartres is the only one that had me eager to write 5-star review as soon as I booked it. Clarisse and her daughter Zoe are a true dynamic duo who are pros in not only providing a uniquely beautiful home for their guests, but also in providing extraordinary service. Before we even arrived, Clarisse provided all the information and recommendations I could've asked for, and ensured me that her or Zoe would be as present or discrete as we preferred (Zoe lives in the unit next door/upstairs), which they executed perfectly. The couple times we accidentally tripped the breaker, one of them was there in no time. They handled our quirks graciously and with the same friendly southern hospitality we experienced all throughout New Orleans. Everything was amazing, the home was stocked with everything we could ever need and we could not have asked for better hosts!

We made the right choice to stay at this very comfy home for our first trip to New Orleans. Temperature had wild swings during our stay. Both the heating and cooling work well, thanks to the nice A/C setup. We enjoyed so many aspects of the house, from the dart board in the backyard to the boardgames, books, TV, and the deep soaking tub. A short Uber/Lyft ride to major attractions. We saved money by not renting a car and being able to cook simple meals when we didn't want to eat out. St. Roche Market is an interesting food court in walking distance. We enjoyed dining there. But the best part of our stay was the incredible advice Rik gave us on everything! Better than our research on Google, Reddit, and YouTube! He's very responsive, accommodating and kind. This will be our spot for future NOLA trips!

Great place. We had 3 families and everyone was able to comfortably have their own space. The outside patio was great and we loved all the little decorative details. Matthew was a great host!

Myself and 4 friends spent the 4 day Thanksgiving weekend at the house. The house was very large and comfortable. It had everything we needed. It was within walking distance of a small grocery store and several restaurants. We chose to Uber around The Quarter, Downtown and Garden District and the house was close to them. We parked our car in front of the house and didn’t have any problems. I thought the pricing was very reasonable as well. We are very happy with our stay.

Staying at Genevieve's was a great experience. She is extremely attentive and accommodating and helped me and my colleague in every way she could. The space is very nice and comfortable and it worked very well for us, having two different bedrooms, each of them with its own access to the shared bathroom. The apartment is perfectly appointed with a lot of extras that made our stay very comfortable. The apartment is also a very short ride to many attractions in New Orleans.

If you’re reading this review and love art, you definitely need to book! It is rare to say that you actually stayed in an art gallery. Aline is soooo talented and we love the feel of the home/gallery. Dan and Aline were so sweet and humble. They let us have a late check out and invited us if we wanted to join them to attend a parade down in French quarter. The home has all the amenities you need while visiting New Orleans; it was a perfect place for us and we cannot wait to come back.

this house is beautiful, very cozy and the area is quiet. Restaurants are walkable and very safe.

Loved the place. Huge suite....loved the decor. Plenty of space for the 6 of us, really worked out well. We were able to walk to all. Never stayed in a place like this....size of a house almost but it was like a boutique hotel setting. Sort of like staying in someone's high end large apartment. Definitely would stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was just as described, and even when a different group checked into the other unit and got noisy, the host immediately handled the situation. While I wouldn’t say it was a walkable location to/from the city, it was always easy to get an uber and we felt safe in the unit throughout our stay.

My fiancé and I travelled from out of state to attend the Taylor swift concert. Staying anywhere near the venue was so expensive This place was a great price for what you get! It was about 40 minutes from the Superdome and about 50 mins from Bourbon street. It was a cute home! Beds were comfy. The bathroom was clean. Very big kitchen area too! Lisa was great! She was so easy to get ahold of. The pictures were very accurate and in my opinion it was almost better than what the pictures showed! We had a great stay! The District was so good too! Amazing drinks and food and you can walk there. We saw a Mexican restaurant right behind the District but did not go. It looked good though! The only thing I will say is besides those two places there was not much to do.

Paige and Joshua are wonderful hosts. Very flexible and responsive. Their location on Audubon Park couldn’t be better. I just walked into the park and either exercised or sat on a bench and read. The apartment had everything I needed.

Everything was good. We needed extra linens and Marigny brought them even though it was late. The location was perfect - right by a trolly stop with easy access to the garden district. Lula’s across the street was excellent as well!

I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed and appreciated staying with Heather. We were in town for the Super Bowl and the value of her accommodations were outstanding. She was very responsive, flexible, and so accommodating as we had last minute changes/additions! She gave very good instructions and the place was SOOOOO well equipped. The property is in good condition for its age and the timeless charm was awesome. So much space, we were shocked, and the little extras leaving us looking for or wanting for virtually nothing was great. Pre-stocked refrigerator, kitchen, and medicine cabinets and all. The place was very clean and so convenient to get around the city from using the streetcar. I was thoroughly impressed with not only the accommodations, but the hospitality and would recommend anyone looking for ample space to check this listing out! We can't wait to return.

Best. Host. Ever. Lyle’s place is elegant and warm, spacious and welcoming. Location is great – easily walkable to so many things. But the very best is Lyle - he’s just a great human being (and chef) and was so helpful and kind. He made me feel right at home and connected to what was going on in the city. He connects people to each other and shares his love and knowledge of the city. Of all the things to experience in New Orleans, staying at Lyles’s place is the best.

Michelle & Bob were really friendly and helpful and very familiar with the area and New Orleans in general. They have a beautiful home and we slept well - we were there 5 nights. Our room and bathroom were clean. Good water pressure and temperature controls in shower. We were there ( first time to NOLA) during the slow season and the neighborhood (and inn) were very quiet. Very good coffee and breakfasts! Easy, pleasant and safe walking to Frenchmen St. for food and music. Longer, but also doable walk to Jackson Square. I hope to return and would definitely stay here again.

This was my second year to stay here for Mardi Gras. I was in a different room this year. Lynn sent detailed instructions prior to arrival and as last year, check in was easy and flexible. I had no issues but did text him once I arrived and he was quick to respond. The bathroom has any items you could need and the kitchen is stocked with beverages and light breakfast items. My bed was a bit firm but some may be fine with firm. The sleeping space and shared area are welcoming and comfortable, there is a relaxing garden/outdoor area for enjoying beautiful days and if available I will definitely stay again next year!

This place is a cool spot! Michelle and Bob are friendly and accommodating. Close to everything like Frenchman street and the Quarter. Morning coffee and breakfast was a nice touch. The inn is beautifully decorated and comfortable. The front porch is a wonderful area to relax and watch the locals go by. I can't wait to stay here again, the hospitality is appreciated.

Great host. Great Loacation. New Orleans through and through

My stay at Karen’s was nothing short of amazing. My partner Milton and I felt right at home. The breakfast was hands down amazing each day. Especially the home-made jam and biscuits. As a New Orleans native who was born and raised nearly two miles from Karen’s place, being back in Algiers Point teleported me to the days of my youth before Katrina and before relocating. I will certainly be back to visit event if it’s just for a cooking class. 5 stars easy!

Laura was very welcoming, and was happy to give us some local recommendations. The location was wonderful. very walkable, close to a few good restaurants, a large park as well as some fun bars. We loved the house and enjoyed our private quarters with sun room! The cats were very cute and the vanity mirror made getting ready so much easier. Place was very cozy and do highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Mansion! Beth & Andrea were very helpful! Our code didn’t work at first but Andrea was very prompt in helping us get inside and get our code working! The room itself was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our little getaway! The location is great walking distance to the French Quarter and of course Cafe du Monde! This will definitely be our go to if we are ever back in New Orleans!
