I had an incredible experience at Frank’s place. He was very easy to reach, extremely helpful, and obviously cares about his visitors. The place was spotless, smelled wonderful, and is in a wonderful neighborhood! The St. Charles streetcar is very accessible and close to the house. Overall, I would definitely stay here again when I’m back in Uptown New Orleans!

This was the perfect location for the activities we had planned. We really loved the historic neighborhood and the laid back vibe of this location. Initially, we were concerned about parking, but there was always a space available very close to the unit. While we never met the owners, they were very responsive to our questions and provided helpful suggestions. All in all we would highly recommend!

Have stayed in a variety of New Orleans Airbnb properties over the years and unlike most of the places we stayed before - in this place everything works and is modern - doors close, the floors don't tilt this way and that, there are no cracks in the floors to let drafts in, the bath is state of the art, there is always a parking spot right out front and the street is not the typical patchwork of potholes. Audubon Park - a primo place for walk or a jog is 2 blocks away as are great restaurants that you can reward yourself at after you do your exercises.

You couldn’t ask for a better location! It’s right in the middle of the best restaurants and coffee shops yet it’s incredibly quiet. We are grateful we had the opportunity to stay here and walk to our favorite places right from casey’s home. It was also clean and very comfortable! Would love to stay here again!

Allison was an incredible host! She communicated preemptively, effectively, and efficiently. She and John even invited us to their annual Mardi Gras party, which was a blast! My luggage was delayed arriving, and she offered me anything I needed while waiting. The place was very safe (gated front entrance) and perfectly located. I would recommend Allison's place to anyone wanting to visit NOLA.

We enjoyed our stay here when we were in town for a wedding! Excellent location right near magazine st and all the bars and restaurants it has to offer. Brian was very communicative and it was easy to check in and out. Defintiely would recommend staying here!

Great stay and great hosts! Apartment was in a great location in New Orleans and the host were super helpful and responsive! Was perfect for our family of four. Would definitely stay there again!

I have stayed at many airbnbs and this was one of my favorites. We stayed with our 3 kids under 5 and we felt right at home. Walking to the nearby coffee shops and the saint charles street car was super easy and very beautiful. The Azeleas were blooming and all the houses around are beautiful. We felt very safe and thought this was the best location from a time we came 2 years ago. We ate dinner at Superior seafood one night and it was delicious and a quick walk. One night Lori made me a delicious cocktail because she saw me with all 3 of the kids and could tell it had been a long day on the french quarter. She was so accommodating and sweet! Would love to stay here again next time and will tell my friends! Thanks again Lori! The kids love the stuff animals you passed along and kept saying how kind you were.

This is a beautiful home! It’s small and quaint, just what we needed. The surrounding neighborhood was rough, and several locals told us not to be out after dark. We had no problems though and felt safe the entire time. It’s also not far from all the attractions that we were there to visit. We would definitely stay here again. 5 stars

The house was very comfortable and clean and in a great neighborhood. Easy to access the city or relax in the house. Short walk to Tulane to visit campus. We will definitely be coming back. Thanks!

Great historic house in the heart of the French Quarter. Walking distance to Bourbon Street. Had a great time and hope to be back.

We enjoyed staying in this uptown cozy house! It is a great location which was walkable to some fun restaurants on Freret street. Cynthia was an excellent host. She responded promptly when we called with a question and even called back the next day to check on us. The house was comfortable, clean and soaps, shampoos and coffee were available. I would highly recommend this for a fun stay in New Orleans!

This home was great for a large group! The backyard was a huge plus. The home was as it looked in the pictures and matched the description. The location was decent, close to restaurants on Tulane and Canal and not far from the quarter. There was some room for improvement with cleaning, mainly the floors. Overall a great place to stay!

Absolutely 5 stars! The location is wonderful! We could easily walk to different area în the French Quarter. The upstairs apartment, which we rented, is very spacious and well organized. We only used the master bedroom. However, there was another bedroom available, as well as an alcove near the living room, with another bed. The kitchen was well stocked. The apartment was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We got to meet the hosts and they were extremely friendly and welcoming. We would certainly try to stay here again if we pass through the area!

This was the perfect place to stay at with my children for their first Nola trip. Close enough to the main part of city and close to the quarter but just enough out of town for it to be quiet. Loved having private parking Insaid the gate!! Made it so easy to let my kids play outside while we packed and unpacked car. Had a cute tree swing and toys inside for them to play with. This made our trip so much easier with children.

Great place and safe neighborhood! Uber and Lyft cheap to anywhere! Awesome place to relax!

This place is in a great location- walking distance to restaurants, bars, live music, and parade routes. You won't need a car if you'll be mostly in the garden district and French Quarter. Easy walking and plenty of Uber/ Lyfts/ taxis. The beds were comfortable. Two of the rooms did not have windows so they were especially quiet and dark (if that's what you want after being out too late).

We stayed at Gigi’s place for a Mardi Gras trip and couldn’t have asked for a better location. We were right in the heart of all the action with our own balcony to retreat to whenever we wanted! Plenty of restaurants and shops, and the streetcar picks up right outside. Gigi and David were very responsive and were even able to provide recommendations on where we could park our car for free during the parades. This is a stay that’s worth every penny!

Perfect spot for two couples for two nights. It was the first time in New Orleans for one couple so the location was great. Just a few blocks to the French Quarter and the streetcar. We appreciated the clear instructions for accessing the condo and the parking recommendations.

One of the Best Airbnb Experiences We’ve Ever Had: We were incredibly impressed with our stay at The Natchez. From start to finish, it was truly one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had. If you’re heading to NOLA, it’s hard to beat this place—The Natchez sets the standard. Everything about the property is well thought out. The branding is on point, the layout is perfect, and the amenities are top-tier. The pool and two hot tubs made it feel like a resort. We were in town for a conference, but it’s clear this place would be just as amazing for a family getaway or a trip with friends. Honestly, we wish there were more places like The Natchez in other cities. We highly suggest expanding the brand—it’s clear they know exactly how to do it right. Great little place to stay, it is the perfect distance from downtown and the French Quarter.. pretty much anywhere you’d want to go is around 15 minutes from this place. Would definitely stay again!
