난바역에서 도보 10분정도로 걸어서 다닐만한 거리 입니다! 방이 넓고 깨끗해서 좋았습니다. 식탁도 커서 밤에 야식먹기 좋습니다👍 짐 맡기는 방법도 편하고 어메니티도 충분했습니다. 재방문 의사있습니다! 다만 히터를 틀면 건조할수있습니다

Voldoet volledig aan de verwachting. Kleine maar comfortabele kamer. De kleine sportschool op de begane grond is super fijn. We hebben hier dankbaar gebruik van gemaakt. Ook erg fijn dat de douche en toilet gescheiden zijn wat zeker niet overal in de stad het geval is.

Clean, comfortable apartment with a helpful and responsive host. It’s on the small side — I was perfectly comfortable by myself; two people might find it cramped. It’s nicely laid out and has everything you need, though. The building and neighborhood are quiet and pleasant, with Family Mart and a laundromat less than a block away. It’s centrally located to several major transit lines; plan for a 10-15 minute walk to any of the train stations. I would certainly stay here again.

Good little place for one or two people for a short stay. Close to Namba station for AirPort Express. Lots of food places and shopping around.

Aki was an amazing host and I really appreciated our time at their place! The location is amazing—very quiet and there is a convenience store very close for snacks, quick meals and coffee. The AirBnB is very easy to find and is really close to Fushimi Inari (but thankfully not right next to it, which would feel too touristy in my opinion). The neighborhood is really nice and feels way more local than most of the other AirBnB/hotel locations in Kyoto. We ran into some issues, but Aki was very quick to help us make the situation better. We are both early sleepers and were not aware that the room shares walls with other rooms (I thought that we would only be staying with the family in the house, not with other travelers). This means that it can be noisy if you are in one of the tatami rooms, but for most people it should not be a problem as Aki does a great job of making sure guests are respectful.

The traditional tatami rooms were lovely, just as the listing described. Simple accommodation, ideal for a few days of sightseeing and eating out. Pretty, peaceful neighbourhood - great to return to from busy days out. Good location for walking and hiking up local view points. The castle gardens sakura was beautiful. Aki and her family were friendly, helpful and responsive.

AMAZING HOST AND LOCATION!! PO's Airbnb was extremely convenient being a stones throw away to toji Station and to Kyoto Station. He was extremely warm and welcoming always engaging us and making sure we are alright and comfortable! He also gave many recommendations and assisted us many times during our trip! It made my trip so much more pleasant and enjoyable! I will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in kyoto!

Aki was friendly and helpful providing very useful advice and information. She paid great attention to our enjoyment and having a good visit to Kyoto

總體來說非常滿意！ 房間實際使用面積大，沒有逼仄感，回家休息時很放鬆，裝飾富有日式老房的風情，值得品味。 需要注意的是，房源位於半山坡，每日會消耗一定的步行體力，不建議年齡大、行動不便的人士入住，但非常適合身體健康、熱愛運動徒步的人士。 附近沒有便利店，請記得有需要的物品要在回家前買好，但Larry提供很多豐富的零食、飲料以及食材，包括新鮮雞蛋、豆腐等，方便自己做早餐，能夠滿足大多數時候的需求。 有非常可愛的貓咪和狗狗！ 京都氣候較為潮濕，早晚有時會偏冷，被子有點窄，後來Larry幫忙又拿了一床薄被，建議未來可以準備寬一點的～ 期待下次還能夠有機會再次入住，非常感謝您的熱情招待！
