Osaka Bay : locations de vacances avec home cinéma

A nice and tidy place to base our selves while we explored Osaka and visited Universal Studios. A 10 minute walk to the train station and then we were able to get anywhere. The apartment was clean and tidy with comfortable beds. There is a convenient supermarket down stairs below the apartment for food and anything else you might need. A lovely stay thankyou.

The place was exactly as described and a few hot spots were walking distance if you didn’t mind the effort. If you did, you could easily take a train to get to where you wanted to go. Any time I had a question, Sasaki would respond immediately so I wouldn’t have to sit and wait to figure out what needed to be done. A++++ host!

일본호텔은 너무 좁아서 에어비앤비로 아파트를 이용해보았는데요 1.5룸이어서 거실부분에서 밥도먹고 캐리어 펼쳐놓기도 좋았습니다 모든 시설과 인테리어가 새거같은 느낌이라 좋았어요 다만 체크인할때 좀 어려웠습니다 건물뒷편에 키박스가 있는데 바로 뒤로 갈수있는 통로가 있는게아니라서 빙 돌아서 건문뒤로가야했어요 웰컴가이드를 제공해주시긴했는데 찾기어려웠어요 근처에 식당이나 편의점이 없어서 5분정도는 걸어나가서 큰길 하나 건너야 편의점과 식당이있어요 사쿠라가와역7번출구에서도 5분정도 걸어야합니다 제가 못찾은건지 모르겠지만 지하철에서 내려서 엘베를 탔지만 바로 지상으로 나오지 않아서 한층은 계단으로 올라가야했어요 큰캐리어나 무거운짐이있다면 난바에서 택시타시길 권장드립니다 7백엔~천엔정도 나와요 짐이 없다면 난바에서 도보로 25분정도 걸리는것같아요 숙소시설과 컨디션은 너무 좋고 동네가 조용해서 쉬기는 좋아요

A retro feel with modern perks (projector and washing machine). Walking distance to Dotonbori and the new station was a huge plus. A small shout out to the Chinese kiosk downstairs who provides hot snacks till late.

The location is good, easy to go to the train station. There is a storage area for us to keep our luggage before check in which is convenient and useful for us. The room is spacious and clean, well equipped and matches the description and photos on Airbnb. We can open two big luggage and do packing easily. My 4 yo son has enjoyed watching YouTube videos with the big projecting screen. It’s worth to stay.

We had a great stay. The apartment is cozy and in a great neighbourhood. Many restaurants as well as major attractions can be reached by foot. Our hosts were very friendly and always responded quickly and helpfully whenever we had a problem.

梅田や難波へのアクセスがしやすい立地でありながらも、宿の周辺はとても静かでゆっくり滞在を楽しむことができました。 最寄り駅前にショッピングモールがあるので、宿に戻るついでに買い出しができたのもありがたかったです。 ホストの方は返信が早く、スムーズにやり取りができたのもとても助かりました！

This house is great if you want to dive deeper into Japanese lifestyle. It is in pretty local area so it's nice to experience Japan life beyond tourism. House is nicely equipped. It had everything one needs for life and more. What can be better than taking a hot bath, having massage in massage chair and having cinema night after long time exploring!:) Everything was clean and it had fast WiFi! Host made me feel welcomed! Thank you!

Overall great experience, very short walk to Taisho station. Had a good list of useful amenities, responsive host.

great size and location. neighborhood noise and street is a bit loud and whoever runs the upstairs unit has no control over how loud thier guests are. we had some incredibly inconsiderate upstairs neighbors stomping and screaming until 3am consistently.

Tomoki is a great host. Clear instructions and the location is close to the train station.

Just a couple stops from Universal Studios Japan. Short walk to the metro and not too far from a grocery store. House had all the needed amenities and worked great for two adults and two kids. The kids (8 & 9) really enjoy the kids room on the top floor.

We had a great time as a family of three staying at this location, we felt right at home with all possible amenities available that you can think of. We were a little unlucky with the weather (thunderstomrs), having a comfortable house to stay in helped a lot! it was little cold, but the air conditioning did heat up the place nicely, and you can take a nice hot bath too! Everything in the house is meticulously labeled, making all appliances easy to use. It's a residential area, and you feel like a bonfire Japanese from Nara! It's best to reach this house via the bus stop nearby, walking with the luggage can be a chore from the JR Station. The Nara park and shopping centers are within a 20 minute walk. Beware that many restaurants close early ( around 19 - 20), prepare accordingly, there are convenience stores nearby though.

Tsuu's place is amazing and she is a terrific host! I have stayed in numerous Airbnbs over the years and Tsuu is in my top 3 favorites. The home is meticulously clean, you are provided with anything you may possibly need during a long or short stay (no matter how small the item), and you immediately feel at home upon arrival. Tsuu goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable as well as provides detailed information for every facet of your holiday. My cousin and I were welcomed with generosity and kindness. The location is very peaceful and close to 2 different train stations that will get you into Kyoto city center in 10-15 minutes. Pictures are very accurate as well. I would absolutely return to stay with Tsuu at this property or any other that she is the host of. Very happy with my stay and experience!

Ted was extremely helpful and responsive during the check-in process. The check-in documents include everything you need to know to work the systems in the house and even came with helpful recommendations for restaurants for food/drinks. The place was clean and gorgeous with plenty of space for 5+ people. One of my favorite places I stayed at during my time in Japan.

i booked 2 room, this one for my family and the other one for my mom, sister and brother in law. this was my 2nd time staying at here, the reason is obviously due how comfortable and convenience is here. almost zero complain. the room is big, amenities are complete, bus stop just 5 seconds by foot :D, 2 mins to nearest ministop and 7eleven, 3 mins to Kyoto Aquarium. 1 more thing, please send my regards to SAMIYA-san at the reception office, she was so nice, very helpfull and super pretty too!!

RESI Stay provided good support and guidance. When we first arrived at Kyoto station, it was early morning and it just took us 10 minutes walk from the station to RESI Reception Counter. We were offered to place our luggage there before the check-in time, we left the luggage there and went for a walk and lunch at Kyoto Station. When it was time for check-in, the RESI team provided us with a shuttle van to drop us at the location for check-in. The check-in process is seamless and easy to us. 5 of us were staying there (2 adults and 3 children), the place were nicely fit a family of 5. Even though the space seemed small, it was well-equipped with all the amenities that were required. It will take some time for you to walk with luggage from RESI stay to Kyoto station, it was a friendly walk-way and our kids were enjoying the walk to the station when we returned home. One of the best sightseeing place is Kyoto Aquarium, it's just 5 minutes from RESI stay! We enjoyed our stay at RESI
