Takeshi’s place was a wonderful treat for our time in Kyoto. It was very comfortable, beautiful architecture and a peaceful atmosphere. The outdoor bath was so relaxing after big days of walking around and exploring Kyoto. Takeshi was a helpful host who offered suggestions and felt available in case we needed assistance.

Great place if you have a large group and is looking for somewhere quieter. Do note door lock is 1-way; host is great and responsive too~

Spacious, elegantly furnished and very peaceful. We loved the house and its location - right next to the Tōdai-ji temple and the Deer Park. We had a bit of an issue entering the house as the code given to us was incorrect … but was just a little hiccup in our overall stay. I would wholeheartedly recommend this house to anyone coming to Nara. We stayed 3 days and we could have definitely stayed longer!

لقد كان من اجمل المساكن التي اقمت فيها في كيوتو.. المسكن هادئ وبعيد عن صخب السياح وقريب جدا من محطة كيوتو و توجي .. لقد احتجت مكواة واجاوب المالك سريعا معي ووفرها قبل وصولي للمنزل.. بالتأكيد سأعود مرة اخرى!!

Beautiful location! Clean and spacious. Our favorite Airbnb out of the three we stayed in. Modern. Comfortable bedding. Amazing hosts that went way above and beyond. The only warning is that due to the maps application, not the host, the location was a little difficult to find. It’s closest to the Imazoto subway station, minutes away from the Airbnb. Definitely recommend!!

Great place proximate to neighbourhood stores and near Kyoto station Rooms are very nice and spacious and had all lichen and bathroom amenities

This traditional ryokan style home is perfect for someone looking for an authentic Japanese experience. Its conveniently located in walking distance to Kyoto station and a busy restaurant district while maintaining its privacy from both. I would 100% recommend this for your next stay!

家族とペットで利用させていただきました。 港近くの静かな場所でゆっくりくつろぐことができました。 庭の広いドッグランもよかったです。

ロケーション抜群で、周囲にたくさん美味しい店もあり、夜中まで営業しているレストランもあるので、仲間内での滞在におすすめです！

目の前に海が広がっている光景がとてもよいです。庭でゆっくりすることもできます。 また、家の中はとてもオシャレでまるで別荘に来たみたいな気分になれます。 とても清潔感があり、細かなところにも気遣いができていると思います。 BBQのグリルだけ温度が少し低い気がしましたが問題なく利用もできました。 海を見ながらBBQするのはとても楽しかったです。 また利用したいと思える場所でした。

This home is beautiful. It’s been recently renovated and it looked, felt and smelled new. The decoration and furnishings were really lovely. It’s in a quiet residential area about 20 minutes from the main shopping and sightseeing area, 10-15 minute walk to station and 3 stops to Kawaramachi markets. It comfortably fits 7 people in 3 different bedrooms, each with their own bathrooms. Appliances and tableware were all high end. It doesn’t have closets in the bedrooms, just a couple of hangers, which seems to be common in Japan hotels. Shogo, our host, was very friendly, super communicative and helpful. Also very generous with his hospitality. This place is not in the middle of the busy sightseeing areas, but it’s relatively central and easy to get to places with public transport. There are also some shops and restaurants in walking distance. Overall, we had a wonderful stay! Very cozy and spacious, and equipped with everything we needed.

It was easy to find and had a massive car park. The house is new, very clean, spacious, and warm during winter. The backyard is huge and securely fenced, so you can let your dog run around without any concerns whatsoever. If you're planning to visit with a dog, this place is perfect. Even without a pet, the secure outdoor area is something to truly enjoy. I would highly recommend this place. I can’t wait to take advantage of the BBQ area in summer, so I’ll definitely be going back!
