Excellent host. Would most certainly stay here again. House was in a nice neighborhood and clean. Host was friendly and helpful.

It’s a freaking awesome beautiful small part of town. The environment is great and quiet just a few miles away. Is this place called the little barbecue joint that is absolutely phenomenal or host Anthony was amazing. Always spoke with us. Helped us if I’m anywhere even remotely close to Missouri that’s where we’re stayingno question hands-down even if we have to travel a little further.

Very nice, quaint, clean place in a quiet neighborhood. My dog enjoyed the yard and the short walk to the nearby park. It was cold outside, but comfortable inside. We had to leave earlier than planned, but we enjoyed the stay. Highly recommended.

The Royal Rabbit worked well for our weekend in KC. The home is spacious and clean, a little rustic, a little quirky, has everything needed for your stay, and is close to a main road for ease of getting around. Marc was easy to get in touch with, and responded quickly to any questions we had, and even let us check in a little early. Good stay!

Beautiful Victorian home. The architecture was amazing. The home was in an historic neighborhood with lots of culture. The neighbors were friendly and welcoming.

Perfect stay. Very accommodating for myself and family, with dog. House has all modern updates throughout and everything you need. Good location near stadiums and Independence. Emilee was very responsive and made sure we were well stocked. Thank you!

Everything was great! Easy check in. Place was clean and had everything we needed. My toddler loved playing with the games, so that was a nice touch.

Great place for a quick get away in KC. Still needed a car to get around but minutes away from anywhere you want to go. The house was tidy and I appreciated the extra snacks stocked in the home.

We really enjoyed our stay at Reach for the Sky. Chris' check-in instructions were great. The condo was perfect for our family of 4. My son and I used the basketball court multiple times every day, it was a huge advantage with cold weather. The workout facility was great as well. We loved the room, the view and the design/appearance. The only gripe would be the game-room could use some love but that is a shared space and not reflective of Chris or this unit at all. Great place, we'd certainly be interested in staying again.

Had a great and relaxing stay! Was easy to understand how to get into the building because of Savannah’s instructions. Security on-site was also very friendly. Would recommend to anyone staying in downtown KC!

It’s been a bit since we’ve stayed at an Airbnb, but our experience for the most part was pleasant and enjoyable. Jaymi is incredibly responsive and detailed in her communication. In retrospect, we’d read the description and looked at pictures—all accurate and beautiful—but we didn’t read the reviews. Jaymi’s description was accurate and well deserving of her star rating, but the reviews tell more about the load HVAC and thinness of the walls in this 120+ year old home. We could hear the neighbor’s binging on movies (heard the MGM lion’s roar a few times) and Parks & Rec (as we hummed to the very familiar theme song a few times) and upstairs neighbors conversations. So when she warns of quiet hours and old home, she means it. It made us a little on edge as you don’t want to be the one disturbing everyone else. I also loved Jaymi’s thorough recommendations, some I’d been to before and enjoyed. All in all, we enjoyed our stay, the kitchen, cleanliness, and everything Jaymi provided!

Rob and Brenda’s place was in the perfect spot for us to walk to and from the T-Mobile Center for a concert we attended! The apartment was beautifully decorated and very clean. We would stay here again and would recommend it to friends and family!

This place was exactly as described and a great stay for me. There is a coffee shop just a short walk away and it's in a very nice neighborhood. I would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet place to stay.

Sage designed everything with her guests in mind. It was comfortable and clean and had everything I needed.

The space was perfect for a family stay. We had privacy and everything we needed. The kitchen was wonderful and we weren’t lacking anything to cook meals. Everything was very clean and the decor was lovely. Shing-Haw was great with communication as well!

My stay with Evolve in Overland Park was great. The property is in a great location with many food choices to choose from. Additionally, the property definitely meets the description. I felt very comfortable in and around the property. I recommend staying here for sure and I'll be back soon!

Stayed here with family for a couple nights. Good location as close to airport and near to old San Juan. Safe neighborhood. Everything clean and as listed. Nice view of the city from 7th floor as well.

We originally picked this location but due to the freeze we had to stay at another location. However, the communication received was excellent and the home we ended up staying at was perfect. If the weather had been warmer we would’ve had plenty to explore for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The home was clean, cozy, and felt safe. We would definitely stay again!
