The perfect rental property and location if you’re visiting Joshua Tree. Thank you, for a great experience. The house was impeccable!

The house was clean and well located. We were five people and needed three bedrooms so this was perfect. We used the hot tub, which was fantastic. We also used the outdoor fire pit ( bring you own wood) which was awesome. Sitting outside around the fire with friends and wine stars! The house is not as fancy as some Airbnb houses in Joshua tree but it was near the entrance to the park and near the town and very comfortable

the reason for the 5 stars is joey was a great host. he responded quick and friendly. Getting to the house is very easy as long as you follow the instructions joey provided. Getting into the home was easy and once we settled we felt at home. it’s a very lovely home and cozy. He has multiple things to do just at the home. he also provides a suggestion book that is laminated and well kept. it helped us know what we could do. also had instructions for certain amenities so you won’t be confused. the dirt rodes are very manageable i took a sedan and made it just fine just ofc be safe as certain roads might not be the best for you to go through if they are not well kept. We had a blast at this home and would recommend it to everyone. one thing i will add is this home was one of the few properties that had a full covered fence. this ensured a peace of mind while outside but also while in the home.

We had an excellent stay, thank you! It was extremey peaceful and the house had everything we needed. Check in was super simple and all instructions were very clear. Comfortable bed, very hot spa and excellent shower pressure!

What can I say, this home is an absolute dream. Perfect for large groups with enough room for it to not feel crowded. Everything you can think of, they had it. I can't wait to return... because I already have a different group of friends planning to come here, haha.

We enjoyed our time here! Easy to find, lots of grocery options nearby. The kids loved the pool- they’re 5 and 3. Vidal was so quick to reply and very helpful. The garage game room was a hit. The kitchen was well stocked too! Thanks for making our trip so easy!

We took a family weekend to stay at Ryan's place, enjoy some of Palm Springs and attend the tennis tournament in Indian Wells. His place was great, in a nice quiet neighborhood and just a short drive from downtown Palm Springs. It was comfy, cozy and clean and had everything we needed. Our teenage daughter especially liked that there was a dedicated bathroom for each bedroom. Ryan was quick to respond and friendly before and during our stay.

Sandi is such a welcoming person! This room technically comes with breakfast included but my daughter and I were staying because of a lacrosse tournament and we left pretty early everyday that we stayed, so we didn’t require breakfast. Sandi made sure we at least had some sweet treats when we came back late in the evenings. She also made my daughter a fruit bowl and banana bread for our early 3 hr drive to LA the day we checked out. The room is cozy and the bed is comfortable. The private bathroom is right next to the room. The neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet too.

We had the most relaxing and wonderful stay at Nancy's place! She is a very gracious and welcoming host. The bedroom and house were very comfortable, and the backyard is peaceful and beautiful. We started each day with Nancy's delicious and generous homemade breakfast - with excellent coffee amd fresh squeezed orange juice! (Being served breakfast really made me feel like I was on vacation.) We explored during the day - Palm Springs, hiking, a local estate and garden Nancy recommended - and in the evening we enjoyed the backyard lounge chairs and jacuzzi. Nancy's dog is a calm, quiet little sweetheart. I wish I could immediately book my next visit. Don't miss out!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Haunted Mansion, one of 11 quirky and unusual rooms at Hicksville. We appreciated the cleanliness of the room, the complimentary breakfast, communal hot tub, and various other amenities. The only thing that we’d recommend improving upon is better insulation for the ceiling. We could hear our neighbors walking on the ceiling throughout the night.

Debra is a gracious host and we had a great stay with a comfortable room and our own bathroom with a cozy common area. The continental breakfast is a nice touch in true bed and breakfast fashion and it was centrally located and easy to get to things around town. Thank you again!

Bruce and Barbara really go above and beyond to make sure you have a pleasant stay at their place. Always friendly and very accommodating. They make you feel right at home! :)

Loved Jennifer’s house. It was just a short drive away from the Indian Wells Tennis Garden. The place is peaceful, beautifully and thoughtfully decorated, and she even had the cutest bedside snack basket waiting. 5 stars all around!

My boyfriend and I stayed at this B&B for Stagecoach weekend. Easy Uber to downtown and the shuttle stop. Had a great stay at George’s place! Looked just liked the photos & the Japanese breakfast was definitely a great experience. The only thing we noticed was that the room smelled like smoke when we first walked in; however, it was easy to get rid of after about a day of the fan/AC and leaving the door open. Overall would recommend this place and would stay here again! It’s definitely worth the price.
