This home was perfect for my siblings and their kiddos to meet up for a nice long weekend. Kerry made us feel very welcomed and was super responsive when we had questions. The sunroom was one of my favorite places in the house. The kids enjoyed playing both outdoors and indoors. The neighborhood was quiet and the kitchen was stocked. Just a short drive to the mall and plenty of places to eat. We would gladly stay again.

Amazing stay at Anthony's Airbnb. We loved the ambiance of the apartment's outdoors with its backyard, lights, hot tub. The inside was stellar, as well, with everything we needed. Anthony answered all of our questions. and gave us great recommendations for restaurants, which we tried and loved! The whole neighborhood was inviting and easy to navigate. Will definitely stay again.

Tina was awesome to work with! Very accommodating of our group at the last minute. Her place was clean and the WiFi held up with 8 of us happily posting on social media. The short walk to the waterfront offers some of the best views of New York City. I would stay again as would the rest of my group.

The house was just like the pictures. However, a picture couldn't capture the tranquility and beauty of the view from the house and private large quiet patio. The swans passed by along w other birds! Walkable into town for restaurants, CVS or the local park/lake. A few blocks away was a well stocked little market owned by a hospitable man. The neighbors were very friendly; the community very safe. Easy driving on HWY 17 to many local places nearby, that includes the wineries.

We had a great time at Kristof’s airbnb. We had one issue where the fireplace was not working. Kristof answered super quickly and even came to the condo to replace the bulbs. Super nice and super accommodating. highly recommend

Very welcoming! This place gives home away from home, and is located super close to the beach. The host is absolutely amazing, and accommodating. His communication skills are top tier! I recommend this place, and I will definitely book again if available.

Great place in an excellent location. The apartment had everything our family of 5 needed - beds, couches, dining space, etc. The neighborhood is great - adjacent to Prospect Park, near the subway, and within walking distance to a bunchnof shops and restaurants. Great Brooklyn experience!

Great location and view, and the house is super clear and comfortable. Dan is very kind and tried to help for any problems. We stayed during very cold Winter days but we enjoyed the great view from inside of house, so we will come back here again.

Denia es muy amable y generosa, la cunicacion es precisa y en poco tiempo. Su casa es hermosa, muy limpia y con bellos detalles que hacen que te sientas en familia. La cocina está bien ocupada y puedes encontrar algunos alimentos para preparar una cena de emergencia al llegar cansado del viaje. Dénia fue muy gentil al permitirnos usar los víveres que hay en la despensa. Las paradas del bus que te llevan a Nueva York están muy cerca de la casa. El vecindario es hermoso y muy tranquilo, tiene restaurantes, tiendas de víveres y panaderías al rededor. Recomiendo este lugar y sin duda cuando regrese de visita a Nueva York me quedaré de nuevo. Ave Union est notre maison dans le New Jersey. Nous séjournons toujours ici chaque fois que nous venons au New Jersey et cela a toujours été le meilleur et c'est toujours le mieux ! Tout ce qui est indiqué sur les descriptions est vrai et même mieux. Nicole a été très attentive et gentille avec nous, y compris tous les membres du personnel. Je n'ai pas reçu les noms de tout le monde, mais ils ont tous été les meilleurs. Nous adorons séjourner à Ave, c'est un endroit très sûr où vous pouvez également vous promener ou faire du jogging en même temps, un accès parfait en train juste à l'extérieur du logement. Aller à New York a été très facile ! Nous sommes fiers de dire que nous choisirons toujours Ave, qu'il y a tout ce dont vous avez besoin et que tout le logement est très confortable. Nous sommes très reconnaissants pour la gentillesse de chacun et vous remercions tous. Je le recommande vivement à toute personne qui vient au New Jersey ou à New York. Vous vous êtes toujours senti comme à la maison et vous pouvez même passer du temps en bas pour boire des boissons chaudes. Merci beaucoup Ave, Nicole, et tout le personnel et les voisins. It's a great place with lots of nice property amenities (pool, gym, walking path, dog park). You check in like at a hotel. The apartment is basically set up like a hotel, too. They give you enough dishwasher detergent for one or two loads of dishes, enough laundry detergent for a couple of loads of laundry, enough K-cups for two cups of coffee (but no sugar or creamer). There are no spices or specialty kitchenware at all. It is bare bones yet still adequate, with place settings for 6. It's easy to get to from the main highways, and it is fairly low-stress traffic-wise by NJ standards. The bed and bedding were comfortable. They should really provide a full-size broom and dustpan though. The tiny hand broom was driving me crazy by about day 3, and the regular vacuum didn't do very well on the non-rug parts. As a bonus, it also has a pretty good view, which was a little surprising. And the parking garage was handy when it was snowy and icy. People were exceptionally nice. I'll stay again.

Martha‘s apartment is really nice, with everything one could want, very nicely furnished, well equipped and extremely clean. The neighborhood in Forest Hills is very nice, with a good public connection to the city and all one needs in walkable distance. One thing one should consider is that there is no complete separation of living and sleeping room as the wall is open at the ceiling. The hosts are very nice and responsive. Thank you very much, Martha and Dylan! We will be back.

we have rented from rafael and Maritza multiple times and we enjoy our stay every time! we have 2 boys and they look forward to their "home sweet home" in the woods. there is so much to do! it never gets old. maritza and rafael go above and beyond to accommodate our family and make our stay as enjoyable as possible
