I booked this place for some r&r and I liked it so much I booked an additional night. Has everything you could possibly need to recharge your batteries.

My friends and I had an amazing stay at Chelsea’s. We made great use of the amenities and would love to stay here again. Chelsea was a great host and extremely responsive.

The location and home were both very welcoming. Peri was very responsive and addressed our concerns with urgency. His recommendations were spot on. Overall, it was a great experience for our family.

Bettys home was a wonderful place for our 7 family members to stay. It was very comfortable and well equipped, with thoughtful amenities and lots of room. The fenced in yard was great for our dog, and the neighborhood quiet and close to the lovely towns of Warwick and Sugar Loaf. Betty was extremely responsive and kind enough to let us check in a few hours early. We would definitely stay here again!!

Awesome and very spacious place to stay with family and/or friends!! Just about 8 minutes from Mountain Creek where we had as our group’s main destination. Douglas was extremely helpful and responsive before and during the stay. He was very comprehensive with our situation and flexible regarding specific requests. We are already planning another stay in the same place. Strongly recommend

Me and My Family stayed @ Alex & Vannie's House for a second time and we had a great time again . they are friendly and reliable and took care of us . my daughter always enjoy the pool when we come here . their home is clean and comfortable and the area was quiet if you want to get some relaxing days I'd recommend to stay here .

Great place. loved the pool table, darts and shall shuffleboard. lots of good wineries and cider places within 25 mins. pennings is our fav. didn't use the hot tub so couldn't comment but looked nice and private. driveway is steep but easily driveable. recommended. also didn't have coffee filters and they paid for some to be delivered same day! sweet.

Jake’s place is so comfortable and charming. Absolutely loved making this our home away from home for a few weeks. The property is stunning and so peaceful. The house had everything we could need!

This is a beautiful two bedroom apartment with a driveway directly across the street from the beach. It’s in a quiet part of the Rockaway Peninsula, a short walk or drive from a supermarket and a handful of restaurants and coffee shops. The nearby beach is popular with surfers.

Had a fun wknd stay. Clean, stylish, easy and comfortable! Would recommend.

Das Apartment hat alle Erwartungen erfüllt. Ich habe mich super wohl gefühlt. Das Bett war wahnsinnig bequem, sodass ich sehr gut schlafen konnte. Natürlich ist der Weg nach Manhattan hinein von Rockaway Beach aus nicht der Kürzeste, das war mir aber von vornherein klar. Innerhalb von 75 Minuten war ich „mitten drin“, ob ich mit der Bahn oder mit dem Schiff gefahren bin. Supermarkt und das empfehlenswerte „Restaurant“ sind auch fußläufig (5 Minuten) erreichbar. Auch als alleinreisende Frau habe ich mich in der Gegend sicher gefühlt. Dass man innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuß bei schönstem Wetter am Strand war, hat das Ganze noch abgerundet.

Great space. Wonderful communication with host regarding any questions we had. Host was quick to respond. Very happy with the stay, would rent again.

The walk from the street to the entrance door could be challenging for someone with physical limitations, and the room air conditioners were a little loud, but everything else was wonderful. The outside of the house does not represent the beautifully remodeled interior. Kitchen had all modern necessary appliances, cookware, utensils and dinnerware. Bathrooms were stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryers etc. Modern washer/dryer in the basement. Great sunrises and lake view from the front deck. Children enjoyed fishing from the dock and sharing the 2 provided double kayaks. 10-15 minute drive to public beach, boat rentals, dining and groceries. 30 minute drive to Legoland.

We had a wonderful winter weekend stay here with our toddler. The hosts left out toys that were perfect for our kiddo and kept her entertained all weekend. The space is comfortable and kitchen well-equipped. We would definitely come back again, winter or summer!

David was a phenomenal host! His hospitality was great and his accommodations for my guests were exactly what we were looking for. I would recommend David to anyone looking for the beach front oasis.

Staying at Mark’s historical cabin was a true privilege. The charm and character of the place made it a unique experience, and the fact that it’s just 20 minutes from Manhattan made it even more special. Everything was exactly as shown in the pictures — cozy, clean, and full of character. We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat close to the city!

Home was on a quiet street no noises to be heard other than the bells from the nearby church. home was dusty and seemed to need a good deep clean of vents and areas often overlooked. great value and location

this is the 2nd time I've stayed here both times I've enjoyed my stays and how friendly Geet is me and my friends love with spot and will continue to stay here 😂

We LOVED staying in Jennifer's home. The neighborhood was lovely and great for kids. The home was the most "homey" place I've ever stayed. The kids loved every minute of staying there, and honestly were sad to leave. The beds were comfortable, the linens were plenty, the kitchen was well stocked, the temperature control of the home during the crazy temperature fluctuations between winter and spring which was SO helpful. Bathrooms on every floor was so nice, and the sunroom was the most used room in the house. We even got to see a lot of wildlife, which was really fun! The only random caveat I'd give, and this is not a complaint, and just really a helpful tip if you bring young children. Bring or purchase a fence type gate instead of a typical baby gate. We loved our stay in this eclectic, intentionally curated home. There was a different bed firmness in each room so there’s something for everyone. Water pressure in the 2nd floor shower was to die for. I imagine staying in this home in the warmer weather would be amazing because of all the opportunities to spend time on a patio or balcony. There’s an epically filled basket of spices, oil and any other basic cooking needs in the kitchen. Thanks Gregory!
