Beautiful get away for couples. Great places to eat within walking distance. A great experience and a great location to spend it with your significant other.

Don’t think you could find a location in downtown Cayucos with better views. Watched surfers morning to evening. Short Walking distance to good restaurants and coffee houses. Fun tavern right next door (but didn’t hear any noise. )

Belin was a great host! Returned messages super fast and flexible with check in. The house was super close to downtown Moro bay. We were able to walk everywhere. Instructions are very clear. We would definitely stay here again!

We were in San Luis Obispo for a wedding at La Lomita Ranch and this place was perfect. A quick drive to the venue and to downtown SLO. The place itself had spacious bedrooms, sizeable bathrooms, and very comfortable beds. They had a rain shower in the primary bedroom which was lovely. The host was also very responsive to any of our questions. Just bring eye masks, it does get bright in 2 of 3 bedrooms that face the sun. Other than that it was perfect, would definitely stay here again.

Marianne’s place was spacious and well-furnished! We really liked how walkable the location was. There is a good parking spot, and check-in was a breeze with the self-serve instructions. The unit was also very clean. The only minor issues we experienced were that we could only set the water to extremely hot or cold in the showers (no in-between), and one of the bathrooms didn’t have a lock. Other than that, highly recommend staying here!

This rental was the best we have stayed in while visiting Morro Bay. The location is amazing, within walking distance of restaurants, beaches, shops, museums, kayak rentals and more. We had all of the amenities needed and especially enjoyed the comfy king sized bed, beautiful views of Morro Bay and the rock from the front patio, living room and bedroom, the large walk-in shower, and fireplace. We experienced proactive communication from Beach-N-Bay, and I liked how they immediately invited feedback regarding any maintenance needed. I highly recommend the La Roche rentals for your next Morro Bay vacation!

The beach condo was absolutely perfect. It was the perfect size and had all of the necessary amenities. The ocean view from the unit is stunning and can’t be beat and you can hear the waves crashing all night long. In addition, you can walk to all of the restaurants and shops in the cute downtown area in just a few minutes. Highly recommend!

The condo was exactly what we needed for a long weekend with our 10 year old son and our poodle. We went to dinner the first night, cooked breakfast in the mornings, packed picnics for our beach trips, and bought local fish to make dinner the last 2 nights we were there. Beautiful views of the sunrise and sunset from the condo. Just walk right down to the beach and local shops. Very relaxing environment. We will definitely be back!

only possible (NOT necessarily) negative thing is the sofa bed.....not really comfortable, but more importantly, be very careful about closing the bed to the sofa position

If you are looking for a peaceful few days to get away, this is the perfect place! It was quiet and serene. Plan to do a beach fire which is steps from the Airbnb. Everything is walking distance, including the local grocery store, restaurants and quaint, antique shops. Also, walking the Bluff, which hugs the ocean was very relaxing and beautiful. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb to others.

We had a wonderful time. It was our first time spending time in the town of Cayucas and really enjoyed it. We are definitely looking forward to returning. Food, both upscale and casual, were walking distance away as was the beach. The condo easily accommodated the 7 of us and was well stocked with dishes, cookware, towels and any other amenity we needed. Bonnie was communicative and while we did not need to contact her after arriving we knew she was always available. We had some trouble finding the place as the listing and confirmation put it on Ocean Front Ave while it was actually on Pacific at the the corner of South Ocean Avenue, but we figured it out. Was a great time and we would love to visit again.

We loved this place! The location was great - close to many restaurants & an easy walk to the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, the patios were perfect for hanging out any time of day. The host was very responsive & helpful. Definitely recommend this place!

Can’t wait to come here again! I could easily stay an entire week here. It’s so peaceful and quiet, waking up every morning with a cup of coffee watching the fog silently roll in over the bay with otters and seals swimming by. The BBQ was fantastic and we loved cooking here. The kitchen had plenty of amenities. One downside if you cook the whole time- dishwasher is small so be ready to do multiple loads of dishes or hand wash some things. We had everything we needed - even a nicely stocked spice rack which was much appreciated. The city itself is such a quiet peaceful getaway. If you’re looking to party, this place isn’t it. If you’re looking for a romantic and peaceful weekend by the sea… you’ve found your spot.

The cutest little cottage/condo I've ever stayed at! Couldn't recommend it more :)) Gorgeous, quaint, perfect spot The view is unmatched, crashing waves and sunshine! The decor is beachy and fun - the little stove is fantastic! Everything feels and looks new and clean. Slept like a baby with the window open... the best spot for a weekend get away.
