My wife and I enjoyed our winter anniversary stay at the cabin. It was clean and cozy. We enjoyed time by the fire place, free streaming services, and the Keurig(bring bottled water for coffee). The area around the cabin was very walkable in a development with two lakes. It was close to amenities like Walmart (we had to purchase wash clothes and firewood), the interstate and food. We recommend to bring your own pillow if you like them soft. The water pressure was fine in the kitchen but low in the bathroom. Jessica was easily reached to work out any questions. If you are looking for a cozy, comfortable cabin close to everything, stay with Jessica. We would stay again.

My husband and I adored this place! It was in a beautiful location that was very peaceful, which was just what we were looking for. It was a nice escape from the city where we are from. It was a very friendly community and the lake was a walk away. We were fortunate enough to be during a snowstorm and it made everything mystical and cozy. We got to stay in, cook a nice meal, watch movies and see the snow fall! The place was absolutely beautiful and everything you could imagine/hope for as a cabin in the poconos. It had absolutely everything we needed and more! The pictures don’t even do the beauty and warmth of this home justice! Magda was very welcoming, attentive to our needs, and quick with her responses. We felt at home and would love to come back and enjoy another getaway in this dreamy woodsy wonder.

We (two families with toddlers) had a wonderful stay! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook/bake, and I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches: a fireplace ready to go (so beautifully prepared with firewood and rolled up newspapers), and there were fun games. This is also the most clean place I have ever stayed in--kudos to the cleaning team who prepares the property for each guest! Our dogs also enjoyed the pet bin that Robin left for them--towels, toys, treats. :) We also loved exploring by the riverside, the trail to the Ramcat beach, and using the fireplace and Adirondack chairs just outside. Overall, the property/grounds is lovingly maintained and cared for, and the different people who work there are kind, friendly, and helpful. We are already planning a future stay in warmer weather!!!!

My family and I really enjoyed our winter stay at the Lodge! We had 6 adults, 3 kids, and 2 infants and really enjoyed the fireplaces, cavernous downstairs recreation space, and proximity to skiing and antiquing. I also was amazed by how great the space looked for a larger group in summer: I could imagine 16+ people (mostly without small kids) having a great summer retreat with the pond, basketball and tennis courts, plentiful seating, etc.

Amazing people. My children and I needed a place to stay while there was an issue at home. They were extremely accommodating and even offered to move their own stay at the home to accommodate me. If I could give 10 stars I would. Great house, great people!!! There are other homes available all over the place but not rented from people like THEM !!! If you have options… pick this one.

My family and I had a very nice time at the home which we booked in order to ski at Camelback and Shawnee Mountain. 20 min away from both locations. Javier and Mariela were great with communication. Checking in with us to make sure we were having a good time and if we needed anything. Overall great home. Clean and cozy. Thank you for a seamless experience.

Patrick was extremely proactive about everything we needed to know about the stay and suggestions on what we needed to bring. The house is great especially the main level as there is plenty of seating for all guests. If you are coming here to ski it's a great option. my biggest complaint would be the lighting on the main level is very dim so if you are interested in playing board games or doing a puzzle it may be hard to see.

Louise was responsive, thorough, and very friendly from start to finish. She sent out local things to do and everything was clear.

The best house for a large group! Plenty of bedrooms, big spaces for your entire group to hang out, and a huge dinner table for you all to share. We loved the basement and all the entertainment it had to offer - it was impossible to be bored. We hope to come back next year!

It was an awesome stay! Me and my family loved the house and area! The host was great and attentive. Check in and out are easy. We will definitely come back in the summer to enjoy all that this stay has to offer. The house is big but cozy and has everything you need! Literally!!

Kristen's place is BEAUTIFUL. We had three families stay across 4 bedrooms and we loved every second of our stay. The place is private and has a lot of privacy - there are a lot of things to do in the house and outside the house (I wished and would love to come back during during a warmer weather to enjoy everything that the house can offer)!

It's even nicer than it looks. We've come for years and will be back again.

**Perfect Family Getaway at a Beautiful Lake House!** Our family had an amazing stay at Latitude Adjustment! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home. The house was clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing and fun-filled trip. The location was perfect—right near the lake and very peaceful for family walks with our dog. We also took the short drive to Kalahari for some fun with the kids. We really enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub and sauna. One of the biggest highlights was the game room! It was fully stocked with a pool table, foosball, darts, etc. and the infinity table kept the kids and adults entertained for hours. It was the perfect place to hang out in the evenings. Elena is a great host and really thought of everything to make the house comfortable and enjoyable for guests. From a very well stocked kitchen, to a coffee and s’mores station, and comfortable bedding, it had everything we needed.

Perfect spot for our snowboarding/ski weekend. Close to the mountain, lake, restaurants..we appreciate Dinesh and this awesome house!

Our group of 13 which had 3 families with 7 kids really enjoyed this house. Our favorite part was the location to skiing. Although not officially a ski-in/ski-out, the slopes were within walking distance and much easier for our younger skiers to access. The house was clean, fully stocked and provided enough beds for our large group. Would definitely recommend bringing your 4WD vehicle if snow is predicted during your stay as the driveway is a little steep. We plan to book again for our next Hidden Valley trip!

The house was nice we stayed over new years and It was a nice place together as a group. Each room has its own A/C system and controls, slightly outdated in that regard but allows more customization in that regard. House had no problems staying heated. A large communal space makes it great for larger groups. An older house but that somewhat adds to the retreat experience at the lake and surrounding attractions. I would stay here again. HOA had a lot of rules regarding use of the lake, but as it was winter that didn't affect our stay. Great communication from the host. They have a nicely prepared book of local attractions and places to eat. Thanks for the great stay!

This was our second stay at The Golden Owl and it has become our favorite spot in the Poconos. Great location for winter and summer holidays, super cozy and clean home, and plenty of space for the kids and adults to hang comfortably. Highly recommend.

This was a Mother’s/Daughter get away weekend. The house and property were perfect! Everything was very clean and very nice. We were very close to a little tavern restaurant. And being right on the lake was perfect. The host was very responsive and friendly. We cannot wait to go back.!!!

A great place to stay for a weekend getaway with a wonderful view.

Our family has stayed at Arek's house three times before this trip. The location is great. The house is at the deeper end of the lake, so you can easily swim from the shore. There are three kayaks and a rowboat to use on the lake. The deck is a great place to drink coffee in the morning and eat dinner at night. For creature comforts the beds are super comfortable and the wifi is speedy fast. We will definitely stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Paul and Lorraine were great hosts and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The house itself and the location are beautiful!

It was such a quite a beautiful house near the lake. Couldn't ask for more. everything was clean and as described. The host was responsive when needed. Would definitely come again!
