This was our second stay at Abby's, and it was wonderful again! The addition of the hot tub is great and just adds to the relaxing feel of the house. Abby's restaurant recommendations came in handy and we enjoyed a nearby brewery for dinner. This year we got a chance to walk around the neighborhood--it was very peaceful (and a good workout). Our little group is already thinking about our trip next year and can't wait to return!

We had an amazing weekend staying at this house in the Poconos! The property was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything our group needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware and utensils, making it easy to prepare meals for everyone. The living spaces were cozy, and we loved gathering around the fireplace in the evenings. The outdoor amenities were a highlight—whether it was relaxing on the deck, enjoying the hot tub, or taking in the beautiful scenery. The location was also perfect, offering a peaceful retreat while still being close to hiking trails, lakes, and other local attractions. The host was very responsive and accommodating, ensuring our stay was smooth from start to finish. We highly recommend this property for any group looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway in the Poconos.

Linda’s place was absolutely perfect. We stayed for our Mom’s 60th and it was ideal for the peaceful retreat we were looking for. Private beach on the lake with all the amenities you could ask for. She missed nothing when putting this home together from places to stay in each bedroom, to the great gathering area off the kitchen. Extremely clean and so, so cozy! Close to hiking and Jim Thorpe downtown we will definitely be back!!

Michael's place was very cozy, clean and quite. I loved the lake view. felt right at home. Michael was very responsive. all details and descriptions were accurate. loved his list of recommendations for local activities. Our fur baby enjoyed herself as well as we did. Loved the home, it was beautiful! Perfect for the girls trip I planned! Rooms were spacious and had all that we needed! Would definitely book this home again! Loved that there were instructions everywhere for things to be cautious of so that nothing gets broken! The only thing I would say is, I wish the porch & hot tub area had a bit more lighting to it, other than that this home was amazing!

Her place was very clean and felt like home. She was very well organized and things were very well stocked. She was very responsive when talking to her. We are definitely staying there again. It was a great stay and getaway.

David the host was incredibly responsive and helpful before and during our stay. The apartment was spotless and so cozy. The location was perfect, within walking distances to boutiques and restaurants. If the weather was nicer we would have taken advantage of outside activities with the lake being right there. We loved the added touch of the host providing a welcome basket with snacks. We would absolutely stay here again!

Just an awesome place, welcoming host, and stunning views. Had such a great time cooking, hanging out, using the kayaks, spending time w their dog, enjoying meals outside, and resting here. Such an awesome place and unique home. Great hosts, with great communication and hospitality. More than a 5 star stay!

Laura was very helpful with suggestions and links to fun things to do. She also helped me surprise my wife with flowers for Valentine’s Day by working with a local florist on delivery options.

My stay was amazing! Easy check in and check out. Everything was clean and the place had a lot of basics one would need. Overall had a great experience and would stay here again if I come back to the area.

This place was exactly as written. The king bed was comfortable and the place was very clean and peaceful. The views and access to the Susquehanna River were amazing. Morning sunrise with coffee from the master bedroom was our favorite. We had some glitch with the WiFi but was fixed within 30 minutes trouble shooting with Jon. We needed extra blankets and they were supplied right away. We asked for early access and they were Very accommodating. It was nice to have 2 bathrooms and a laundry room. The kitchen supplies were missing a few things, a spatula and teaspoons, and the 2 extra single beds that were available for an additional fee were lacking in comfort for adults. Maybe they were adequate for children. We loved the peacefulness and would like to return in the summer to take advantage of the river access. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Skeitha is a wonderful host. The unit we rented was as pictured. It has an efficiency kitchen. While I would have loved an air fryer or blender those are things you can bring from home. It's a small unit but you have everything you need. the neighborhood feels safe and is quiet. neighbors are friendly. Our dog was very comfortable as well. I'd say the city center is only 5 miles away. It was easy to get around and lots of convenience marts and supermarkets in the area though we packed a cooler. we made breakfasts and brought snacks and beverages but you can get that all once you arrive. There is a charcoal grill and a small outdoor patio area that you can use. We didn't grill or spend much time other than to sleep at the unit but it was perfect for our needs. We would return and highly recommend. The lockbox was easy to use and entry to unit easy to access. It was a wonderful weekend!

Really great home, walkable to Hidden Valley in ski boots carrying skis. The house was just as described in the listing and photos were spot on. We chose this house because of the kids room, and it was terrific. Five kids slept there, played card games there, and ate in their own area while parents were able to enjoy ourselves in the kitchen and dining area. The mud room was a big win. When I had a question, the hosts were super fast to respond. The house overlooks the lake and the kids had a great time playing in the surrounds. The house has a large deck and a fire pit, but we did not use them due to weather. One thing to note: the steepness of the driveway should not be underestimated. In winter it will require a four or all wheel drive. I drove it easily, but one family could not get up it, and the other slid the entire way down sideways. That being said, the owners were quick to salt and cinder as necessary, and the neighbor helped us by plowing. Cannot recommend enough!

our long valentine’s day weekend stay was exactly what we had hoped for! everything was very clean, the instructions were clear, and the place was exactly like the pictures. my only complaint was that the driveway was left completely covered in 1-2 inches of solid ice, making it difficult to get back & forth from my car to the home as it is on a slight decline. i drive a jeep so we were able to get out pretty easily, but i do wish we would’ve been warned or the driveway would’ve been at least salted to help with being so slippery. overall we would come back for sure! great place, great surroundings, & great host!

This cabin was better in person than what pictures on the listing show. My family and I have gone to our fair share of Airbnbs and this one definitely stands out to us. The hosts were responsive, friendly, and provided clear instructions. They gave local recommendations which is so helpful when you don’t know the surrounding area. The cabin’s location was quiet and felt secluded as there are only a few other houses nearby (which felt like none bc it was quiet), but it was so close to so many things! The firepit was already set up for us to enjoy a fire. The house was so well stocked. We always bring extra things with us because you never know if they will have it but with this house, there was no need for us to bring any of those extra items. If we needed something, the house had it. My husband really enjoyed the fishing! My daughters loved watching the local wildlife. We didn’t have a care in the world and got to enjoy some quality time together in a peaceful setting! We will be back!

Cute, clean and comfortable cottage. Well laid out for two individuals with dogs. Comfortable beds, clean bathroom and kitchen. Hope to be back in the summer to enjoy the cute town and the front porch.

The cottage is cute, clean and comfortable. Hosts were very responsive, kind and helpful. Plenty of supplies and linens. It was a great stay and we would definitely go back.
