Shane and Craig’s home is truly a phenomenal oasis in the middle of the redwoods. The multi-level property offers beautiful views of the surrounding forest while also offering every amenity (highly functional and well-designed kitchen, homey living space, two separate sleeping areas, hot tub and lounge chairs with views of the surrounding forest) one would need for a restful vacation. The town of Guerneville is only 5 minutes away with access to restaurants, bars, grocery stores, wine tasting rooms, and the Russian River. Highly recommend as a couples’ getaway or family/friends’ trip.

My best friend and I stayed at this tree house over the weekend, and it was truly a magical experience. The view was absolutely breathtaking, and the whole place had such a peaceful, quiet vibe—it felt like a little slice of paradise. The hot tub was a perfect touch for relaxing, and the space felt so cozy and homey. We loved every minute of our stay and left feeling refreshed and grateful. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind and connect with nature!

An incredibly beautiful place, both inside and out. Cozy amenities, beautiful interior design, peaceful and private, gorgeous patio, incredible views from everywhere at the property, including the secluded hot tub. Will definitely be back again.

The house was perfect getaway for a relaxing spring break with my two tween kids and dog. It's definitely a place you want to cozy up in and read a book when it rains. It was decorated beautifully. The master bedroom was great, best night sleep and the little hidden loft was great for my kids. Did not miss having a TV, loved the record player and it offered us time to disconnect and play a lot of board games. However, wifi was strong when the kids did want to play/watch things on their tablets. Scenery around the house is stunning and it's close by the Sea Ranch Lodge if we wanted to go out for breakfast or dinner. Not too far from Stewarts Point General Store as well which was a cute spot. My kids loved the place so much they asked if we could move there!

Danielle’s place was amazing! The hot tub was cozy, the place was clean and unique, 10/10 experience ! We loved it!

Christina's place was the perfect getaway that made us feel right at home. The space was clean, light, bright, comfortable and just what we needed for our weary NYC souls. The area is absolutely beautiful and a short walk to Agate beach which I fell involve with. Christina was so responsive and her place is extremely private and is exactly as described. It exceeded our expectations. My only wish is that we could have stayed longer. I would 100% say there again and again and again!!!

Jill’s place is so beautiful during spring. The hills were green and the air feels fresh. The cabin is very cute with a lot of amenities. We utilized some of the wine tasting BOGO coupons that were left. Definitely a great place for a Bay Area staycation!

This was just a wonderful experience staying in this cabin on the river in the midst of beautiful redwoods. JENNIFER was just a wonderful host, anytime we had a question she got back to us quickly. It’s a great location with a couple restaurants within walking distance and wonderful small little villages and towns not too far away by car. If you’re looking to get away, this is an incredible value.

Probably the most well stocked kitchen I have ever experienced at an Airbnb. This place truly has everything you need to be a home away from home and more. My kids loved the sea ranch kids park near shell beach. The hosts we're extremely kind and responsive, even on Christmas day for our arrival. We would definitely stay here again.

The cabin itself is a true sanctuary. Thoughtfully designed and impeccably maintained, it combines rustic charm with modern comforts, making it the perfect balance of cozy and luxurious. But what truly made my stay unforgettable were the hosts. They went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was perfect, from thoughtful. I am already planning on when I can come back. It was truly hard to leave. Cant wait to stay here again for years to come! Thank you for everything!

The accommodations were just as described on the website. I would also add it was spacious, clean, quiet, and had a large deck with a beautiful view. The owner quickly responded to all inquiries we sent to her.

James and Chad's home is the perfect place to relax and explore Sea Ranch and the surrounding coastal communities. We loved how the location felt remote, nestled in the trees, but close enough to the beach and nearby Gualala. The kitchen was well stocked, everything was clean and beautifully decorated. We appreciated all the helpful tips from the hosts and being able to bring our dog along was an added bonus -- as is the hot tub! Definitely recommend a stay the at the Mini-Mod #3!

My family and I loved staying here. We had everything we needed and more. The property is so peaceful and quiet. Love the decor and style of everything and the foosball table was so fun to play. Would definitely recommend staying here if you want to relax and get away!

We had a wonderful stay at Matt's place! The surroundings were absolutely beautiful. The space itself was gorgeous - even better than the photos and description. The finishes, furniture and decor was stunning. The location worked perfectly for us. We spent a day in Sonoma (1 hr SE), a day in Jenner and surrounding areas (30 mins W) and a day in Bodega Bay and that area (30 mins SW). We were also close enough to San Francisco on our arrival and departure days that we had plenty of time there too. I cannot recommend this AirBnB enough. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This was, without a doubt, one of the most lovely Air Bnb's I have stayed in. The tiny touches to detail in things like kitchen supplies, lighting, quality of linens made the entire experience beautiful. The house was made with love and it shows. The property around the house was a perfect mixture of rustic and artistic touches that integrated into the green and tree covered hillside. I cannot recommend highly enough for a quiet escape to the redwoods.

Their house is a gem. The design choices are intentional and comfortable. We visited during a rainy period, and loved hearing the storms on the roof and seeing them through the windows. The woods around the house are magical. Joanne’s communication and instructions were top notch. Would definitely come back.

Beautiful and thoughtful home, perfect for our 2 night stay with a toddler. It rained off and on the whole trip but Gen’s home has everything you need to relax regardless of the weather. We were able to take advantage of the hot tub and use the kitchen which had all the amenities and supplies you’d need for great meals. Would love to come back to utilize the rest of the outdoor facilities!

Noelle and Dave have created a delightful “little house” experience. Read carefully the description that you sleep in a loft, up a ladder and use a composting toilet. If all that works for you I believe you will have an excellent stay. We had a little electric hiccup, but host took care of it immediately and offered a one day discount for the hassle . I would describe this as a small, quiet and peaceful space, well suited for 1-2 people for a short stay in Marin valley area.

Lovely weekend at a beautiful cabin with everything you need. 3 min walk to a breathtaking ocean view. 15 minute walk into town. An amazing, restful weekend in a very special place.

My family and I had a nice 2 night stay at Kevin’s cabin in Camp Meeker! We had never been to area but it was private, quiet and secluded. The road up is narrow but we got familiar with the drive after arriving. The location is very close to the downtown Occidental area where there are some nice brunch and restaurants. It was also a nice central location to drive to Sebastopol and Guerneville. The cabinet itself was rustic as it was described, but we really enjoyed the hot tub and the cozy fireplace. There was plenty of space for us three and the bed was comfortable too. The host was also friendly and provided plenty of communication and directions ahead of time. Overall, a great stay and would recommend!
