Overall, the place was amazing! My wife loved all the trees and scenery. She took a bath on the deck every night. It was very peaceful and private. I personally felt like the inside was a little small. The sauna was nice but it takes up half of the lodge. If the weather was cold or raining like did while we were there, there wasn’t much to inside. There isn’t really a seating area (unless you count the sauna) or tv. Quinn was very helpful whenever we had a question and was quick to respond and resolve any issues. The lodge is great for a couple who is trying to get away, unplug and relax. 5 stars!

Lovely artist’s cottage! The owner’s art and collections are on display, I kept seeing something new every day. Very comfortable and easy to walk to the beach or into town. Had a relaxing and comfortable stay. Slept really well!!

This is a charming place, beautifully kept with lovely furnishings. We really enjoyed the well appointed kitchen as we cooked every day. The yard and gardens are beautifully kept, peaceful and serene. Oranges growing right outside the house! We were in town for a wedding, and Santa Rosa is right in the middle of so many enjoyable things to do. We hiked on the CCT out past Bodega Bay, enjoyed restaurants in Healdsburg, visited the redwoods and shopped at the Barlow in Sebastopol. Thank you Cheryl for sharing your lovely home. We had a fabulous time!

This was a perfect spot for a personal retreat. I loved everything from the decor to the comfy bed to the private hot tub and well tended garden. I would love to come back again.

Super cute little spot. Walking distance to Sonoma Plaza and it had a private hot tub. Good distance from some vineyards and wineries as well!

This home is absolutely beautiful! The outside is gorgeous and relaxing. The outdoor patio and hot tub are amazing! The location is also fabulous. We went to the Bothe-Napa state park and the Castello di Amorosa both of which were only 15min away as is downtown Calistoga which is really cute. We really enjoyed our stay!! The only slightly problematic feature is the toilet, it doesn’t really work.

We had a fantastic stay! The kitchen was well-stocked with all the kitchenware we needed, plus a brand new grill that was perfect for evening barbecues. The hot tub was a real treat, providing a perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. We also enjoyed spending time on the beautiful deck, which along with the stunning backyard next to the river, made for a serene retreat. One thing to note for future visitors is the seasonal accessibility of the river. During our stay in April, the river was somewhat obscured by plant overgrowth, so direct access wasn't possible. This may change as the season progresses into summer, but it's something to consider when booking. Overall, a wonderful place that I’d happily recommend!

This place was so peaceful and lovely! Michelle and Bill were helpful yet also gave us privacy and space. We had so much fun and would love to come back!

Our weekend getaway @ Linda's in Middletown was wonderful! The cottage was comfortable, the backyard and surrounding nature was beautiful, and Linda was a very welcoming host. Our dog had a wonderful time too :)

Host knocked it outa the park, appreciate it. The house itself was perfect and easy to fine, beds was comfortable and had everything ya needed. Toilet paper wasn't the cheap kind either 😂

We had a wonderful stay here. The accommodations were exactly as listed and met all of our expectations. The truly best part of the stay was sleeping with the window open and being able to hear the river flowing below. Can’t put a price tag on that serentiy. Great location and would 5/5 recommend this for your stay!

Overall we had a good stay at Susan’s rental. She was very nice and communicative. It was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals. Large refrigerator. Regular drip coffee pot. Very close to downtown Mill Valley so you can walk into town easily. There seemed to be a few other renters on this property, and our rental was the very back unit. The walkway down the length of the front house was a bit tight, with 2 gates. It was farther than we expected to load/unload bags. Just a heads up - Parking was a bit tricky because this property is on the main avenue (Blithedale).

Me and my husband went to Karen’s place for our honeymoon. The house feels homey, clean, complete with EVERYTHING we needed, even COFFEE which I love! It rained during our stay but we didn’t mind because we felt so comfy in the house that we didn’t feel the need to get out and find things to do. The place was easy to find, and we did not have a hard time looking for restaurants in the area. Overall, it was a lovely stay. Thank you Karen!

We had the most magical two days at the artist retreat with Michelle. I almost want to keep this piece of heaven to ourselves, but it frankly needs to be seen. The unparalleled views, our wonderful host and the peaceful environment were just what we were looking for. 40 minutes from Sonoma square, you feel just removed enough from the hustle and bustle but still close enough to amenities. Michelle, thank you so much for sharing your space with us. We can’t wait to return

'Extremely delighted with the cottage. Loved being surrounded by nature and trees, and having views of the San Francisco bay in the distance. It was impeccably clean, well stocked, and comfortable. It is small, as advertised, but perfect for a couple and maybe for another person or two. Clair was out of the area during our visit, but she was very responsive by text, checked to make sure all was well, and provided useful local information. 'Loved that on a near-by walking trail a rider gave me snacks to feed his horse. In spite of the cabin being away from the hubbub of city life, there is a grocery store and filling station near by for quick trips. My son's downtown Oakland apartment is likely less than 25 minutes away. I highly recommend the cottage and will reserve again if we visit the Oakland area again.

"Knix's Cabin" is a treasure with all the comforts of home and so many wonderful personal touches by the host. We loved the view, the space, the walk to the beach, the sweet full kitchen for cooking/dining, and the short drive either way to restaurants and more! It was such a treat to stay at this cozy, well cared for, sweet gem!

It's absolutely magical space for a peaceful personal retreat. Just amazing surroundings with beautiful views from the house and the yard, park with century-old trees just a few minutes walk away and beautiful walking paths. Something that I really needed for a recovery after a long business trip.

En's place was just as described. She is very responsive and acomadative. It was just what we needed.

I love staying at the cottage. It's a perfect location for both BART into the city and Walnut Creek downtown with all its restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. It's easy to access, very private, and they always check that you got inside okay, which makes me feel at home when away from my wife and kids. Always a pleasant experience here, and I'm looking forward to the next time I get to stay there.

Joshua’s place was perfect. The home was beautiful and the surrounding area was great. The home is set back on a quiet street, which made enjoying the home so relaxing. I brought my two dogs who enjoyed sunbathing on the wrap around patio/deck and running around the yard. Would definitely recommend and hope to visit again!!
