Great space! Felt at home. Plenty of space, loves the kids bunk room. Comfy beds. stocked kitchen. Great place to stay while visiting family.

Large place with lots of bed space. Great for a group except for downstairs sitting. There are basically 4 single lounge chairs. A couple extra bar stools were a nice way to add seats. Matthew helped us out on multiple issues. Always responsive!!

The house was very meticulous cared for. Everything was neat and clean. The finished basement with computer desk and laundry area was thoughtful although we didn’t utilize that. My husband and children and I visited for family to watch the Super Bowl in the city that we are from. We got to do exactly that and show our children how Philadelphia looks in celebration of the win. The only thing we missed was television in the bedrooms since our children are younger. There is only one TV in the living room. We had tablets and all otherwise and with the WiFi it was an amazing experience! We would definitely stay here again. I felt very comfortable with our family because of the cleanliness! 100% recommend and thank you so much for your hospitality :-)

We had a fabulous time staying at Mark’s home in Manayunk. My family and I stayed for a week and really appreciated the ease of walking to downtown and the luxury of having parking in such a busy neighborhood! The rooms were clean, beautiful and tasteful, and the modern renovations to the home (nice laundry room, central, very functional AC, updated kitchen, great wifi, etc) were wonderful. The beds were comfy and the water pressure was perfect. Really couldn’t say anything negative! I would happily stay at Mark’s place again! He was a very responsive and friendly host. Oh and when we realized we were going to be traveling in a snow storm Mark was able to be flexible with us on timing to amend the reservation last minute to allow us to check in a day early, which we very much appreciated. Definitely recommend this Airbnb!

Rob was a fantastic host and his place was perfect for our Christmas vacation. The space was clean, well laid out and furnished. We were able to host a brunch while also feeling cozy when on our own. Rob was very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed Joe’s place and will stay there again when we return to Philly. The house is lovely and was immaculate. The neighborhood was very quiet and we walked to Fairmount Park and the art museum.

Orlando's house was everything, the backyard, the basement for my grandchildren was amazing. I was able to cook for an event that I was giving my daughter. It was 10 mins for the hall. Orlando, responded to my every need. The next time I am having an event with my family I will most definitely book with Orlando.

I stayed at Liam place during my wedding weekend to have a place where my bridesmaids could get together and spend time together and get ready for the wedding. And i also hosted a dinner for our wedding party on the amazing roof top with great skyline view. Liam and Michael were super accommodating and responsive to any questions i had. I would recommend this place to anyone coming into Philly and want to be close to the city but to not worry about the parking as the street parking around the apartment was easy to find.

Had a great time at Swida’s home, beds super comfy, entire home is clean and well decorated. Plenty of space for 7 of us, thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Swida answers messages in a few minutes, made everything easy and straightforward. Thank-you!!

please please please travel in one vehicle if you can so you can use the garage. my car was broken into during my stay. (Not the host fault at all ppl just suck) Other than that beautiful home.

Man awesome stay besides having problems with the lock . I apologize Marja my Lyft was outside and I could not get that lock box open . And had to make sure I catched my flight other than that. Awesome stay !!

Kenji-Tonja’s place is in a great area in Fishtown. A diner and green eggs cafe is at the next corner and a bar at the other. Great local fast food eats on aramingo, close to 95. Clean space with lots of lounging areas, very homey feeling. I enjoyed my stay!

I enjoyed my stay...this place is a hidden gem...had everything you needed...five stats across the board... anyone staying in Philly grab this place you will not be disappointed!!!

We had a wonderful stay. We had zero concerns with the place but just watch if you have trouble with stairs. There are about 50 steps to the very top floor. But we were all physically able to enjoy the entire place!
