Apartamento muy bello en Philadelphia. Edificio muy cómodo, con una linda vista a la plaza. Se encuentra a dos cuadras de la avenida principal y a 7 de la estación de subte más cercana. Ambiente limpio, ordenado. Lavadora y secadora muy útiles. Si quizás poco espacio para colocar la ropa. Cuenta con cocina y heladera, muy óptimos considerando que cercano al mismo no hay buenos restaurantes. Súper proactivo el anfitrión, respondió nuestras dudas siempre

We loved staying at this AirBnB. We cane to visit Drexel University and the location could not have been more perfect. Everything was so close. Street parking could be tough but luckily I am used to it. Everything in the unit was so clean and modern. It truly was a joy to stay here

This place was better in person. The windows are stunning if you love a bright natural light room. Host had what we needed but wasn’t over the top. Was good for a weekend stay. Would stay again.

One of the nicest Airbnb’s we’ve ever stayed at; we actually wanted to spend more time in the unit than in the city. Location was perfect for getting to all the historical sites — literally right across the street! Restaurants and coffee shops are within walking distance. The jewelry district is behind the building. I’m not much into jewelry but shops abound for those who are. Unit is meticulous and we thought out. Could hear some noise from street level but not loud enough to bother us. Would not have minded more opaque/private shades in the two bedrooms facing the adjacent building. Otherwise everything we could have possibly needed was in the unit. For gals with keratin treatments, the shampoo and conditioner are sulfate free — always a plus in my book. Snacks, drinks, and some sundries are available in the Wawa convenience store downstairs in the building.

A beautiful space! Looked just like the photos! My biggest concern was the street parking, but I never had an issue finding a spot to park. Would definitely book this place again!

We had a great stay at Michael's place. Everything was well explained. The parking spot across the street was a big plus. Also, the rooftop was great, with an awesome view. Michael always responded super fast, which was helpful, especially during check-in. We would choose this place again!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay!! If you are not super picky or boujee, this place is for you. Price was AMAZING for how close we were to everything. Grocery, wine, diner & target within walking distance. This was our first time in Philly & we were very pleased with the location. There were some minor things that we personally didn’t care about but others might. Peeling of paint in shower, missing knob on one bathroom sink, smell in the hall way, little bit of a trek to get from garage to room, on corner of a busy street, had an issue with the washer…like I said minor things we didn’t mind! Otherwise, the host was very responsive. We had 2 toddlers with us & the noise outside was not an issue for them in regards to sleep. Make sure you watch the instruction video on how to get from the garage to the room. We were very turned around in the building until we watched the video!! When we come back to Philly we hope this place is available to rent again!!

I struggle to find the words to describe how fantastic our stay was. Stunning views, spotless clean, and the most gracious hosts I have ever experienced. Angel and Frank are kind and welcoming. We were provided every amenity we could want and many surprise extras. Don't miss this experience, we will always remember our stay here fondly.

The description for this Airbnb is very accurate. Please keep in mind that the description is very clear that this is a historic building...there is a degree of "city charm" that comes with that! The location is FANTASTIC, you can purchase groceries at Target, Sprouts or Giant so you have options for shopping...Dunkin and Starbucks are within just a minute of the front door if you don't care to do a pour over (provided) The host is also fantastic, we had a work emergency which required an extended stay and the host responded within just minutes I also had a question about what was required during departure and heard back within just minutes of my inquiry Enjoy feeling at home while taking in all the city has to offer --- will book again on next trip to Philly!!

Worked out great for family of 3 and a friend to enjoy sports at Wells Fargo, the subway is the next block and was easy on and off. Parking garage was nice to have so we didn't have to keep moving the vehicle or have it out in the open. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Great place to stay and location is great! The only down fall was the neighbors with small children (Upstairs). In the bathroom downstairs you can hear their conversations very clear as well as the shows they are watching on the television. When we first arrived, it smelled like someone just finished cooking but it was the neighbors and the smell was coming from the vents. The smell didn't last long. Overall, great location and cute place. Would stay there again.

Elizabeth was very responsive, kind ,and helpful. She explained everything I would possibly need to know in very detailed terms. The space itself was very spacious and beautiful. The location was perfect, you can see city hall straight down the street, there’s a sprouts, target, giant, starbucks and many food places right outside of the building. Very convenient location and there’s free 24 hr parking. absolutely loved this property and can’t wait to come back here i definitely will be booking with Elizabeth in the future!!

I had the pleasure of staying at this charming 2-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom gem, and I can honestly say it exceeded all expectations! The space was not only spotless but also radiated warmth and comfort from the moment I stepped inside. It truly felt like a home away from home. The location is perfect just a short distance from Philadelphia, offering the best of both worlds a peaceful retreat with easy access to the city. What made this stay even more special was Jodatur made sure we had everything we needed, which made our stay feel stress-free and enjoyable. I can’t thank them enough for their hospitality! I’ll definitely be booking again the next time I’m in the area. Highly recommend!

Overall the stay was easy and comfortable. The building in which the place is located is big and can be a bit confusing to navigate at first, but the doormen at the main entrance are there to help point you in the right direction. Just what you need for a short visit to the city. The host, Elizabeth, was very communicative and helpful with a quick response time!

My friends and I came in town for a festival and had the best stay while in Philly! Jason has a beautiful home and was such an awesome host! I would definitely recommend and/or stay here again myself!

Rainer had a really lovely place. It was in a cultural part of the south Philly and it had easy transportation to go anywhere in the city. It was surprisingly really quiet and there are food and convenience store options very close by. The place was really clean and homey and although I am not a big TV watcher, watching the Sweet 16 basketball was very easy given the ROKU setup. Rainer was really good at answering my questions and although I had issues with the other guests there (which was not his fault) he quickly stepped in and resolved them. He is a very chill person who you will probably see in passing or passionately playing his video games. I definitely would recommend for your stays in Philly.
